On Sunday November 15, 2015, Prophet T.B. Joshua sent evangelists to continue their Spirit-filled raid on the kingdom of darkness through a power-packed Mass Prayer that witnessed a colossal dismantling of strongholds and the deliverance of chained destinies during church service. Many vomited strange substances which their souls had been contaminated with through spiritual pollution. Others manifested demonic possession and eventually got loosed for life through the blood of Jesus present in the Morning Water. The testimonies that followed showed the efficacy of prayer and further buttressed the fact that The SCOAN is indeed the Arena of Liberty. As the Choir interjected intermittently with their songs, the congregants exuded so much faith and with their response to the melodies, suggested that it was their turn to arise and shine.

Evangelist Michelle, in a message titled HEART OF THE MATTER, called on Christians to cultivate a pure heart that is capable of connecting with Heaven by meditating on the Word in Spirit and in truth as that is the only way they can guarantee themselves a place in God’s Kingdom. Taking a lead from 1 Samuel 16 which expresses God’s preference for our hearts rather than our outward appearances, she summed up the heart of the matter with the following words: “The Bible is telling us here that the condition of our heart is critical in our walk with the Lord. We need a free spirit, a free heart to connect with Heaven. If God dwells in your heart, it is Heaven but if satan dwells in it, your heart is hell because your heart is the communication point, contact point between the visible and the invisible, between God or satan. Your heart is the contact point for Heaven or hell depending of what you focus on, what you give your attention to and what you meditate on all day long.”

120 EVIL SPIRITS CONSUMED BY HOLY GHOST FIRE

Miss Ofurum Confidence was possessed with a legion of marine spirits right from birth. As she grew up, the spirits began to manifest in her life. They would visit her physically and do her bidding because she was queen in the marine world and wielded some powers and influence over them. She had had physical encounters with the giant man, snake, queen of the coast and ancestral spirit. They usually carried out her orders whenever she wanted to deal with any perceived enemy or someone who had hurt or offended her. In all, she had a total of 120 spirits living inside her. 

Anytime she got upset at home, she would make the house uninhabitable for other family members. She would reach for the nearest weapons such as kitchen knives and scissors and use then to scare everyone away from the house. Even her elder brother would not stand her physically. Her stubbornness and boldness were so frightening to the extent that she fought a teacher in her school and had to be expelled by the school authorities for her escapade.  For her, she was somewhat above the law and untouchable.

She had powers that she deployed whenever she wanted to deal with those who stepped on her toes. Her left finger could spell doom for anyone who offended her each time she raised it while commanding a misfortune to happen to the person. Her eyes had their own powers; to magnetise, seduce and attract men or women whom she wanted to have as friends. Her legs also had their own powers. Whenever she stepped into a place, she caused distractions with them as everyone present would fix their eyes on her.

She smoked cigarettes and drank alcohol and had a strange love for corpses. Each time someone was about to die in her vicinity, some demons would inform her. And until she saw their corpses, she would not be satisfied. She went on with her rampaging life until that Sunday at The SCOAN when the power of the Most High through the medium of the Morning Water brought all the demons propelling her life to destruction to their feet.

While the evangelist was ministering the Morning Water on congregants, the demons in her could not stand the heat and had to manifest. First it was the giant man followed by the snake spirit and then the queen of the coast followed by the ancestral spirit. Even though the demons were clearly being pummelled by the fire of the Holy Ghost, their host was not willing to be brought to her knees as she ran helter-skelter, screaming “fire…fire”. As the demons left one after the other, the man of God who was in Tanzania sent a message instructing the evangelist to minister the Morning Water on her feet. As soon as that was done, the unyielding, stubborn and aggressive demons went crumbled like a pack of cards. Surely, the centre and source of her evil powers had been located and dismantled through the prophetic insight of the man of God.

Thanking God for her deliverance in company of her mother and elder brother, Miss Confidence expressed joy for finding a new life of freedom in Christ Jesus.

FROM TOTAL DESPAIR TO ASTONISHING RESTORATION

Mr Gordon Danladi from Ghana was doing very well in his musical instruments business and was travelling around the world until the unfortunate winds of life blew sorrow to his direction. Between 2008 and 2009, his business crumbled. He lost everything, including his wife and was left with a huge debt profile. Life became a mere shadow of itself even as he resigned to his fate. Like Job, nothing mattered anymore other than God. He sought God through Emmanuel TV and kept his fainting hope alive with the channel. According to Mr Danladi, if not for Emmanuel TV, he would have died.

Coming down to The SCOAN to further cement his faith in God, he was shocked to receive a prophecy from the man of God. “…have you paid the money?” asked the man of God. Mr Danladi was shocked knowing that his indebtedness to the bank was a top secret between him and the financial institution. He however buttressed his belief in the prophetic gift of the man of God and received the Morning Water which he continued to minister in prayer when he returned to Ghana. After a while, he was able to raise money to pay off his debt but was still doing nothing business-wise.

Suddenly, he received a call from his business partners who queried his long absence from China. It was after he explained his experiences to them that they decided to start supplying him goods on credit with the grace of payment after months. It was from there that his story began to change for the better. Today, Mr Danladi owns an unprecedented roofing factory in the northern part of Ghana, employing up to 100 workers. The commissioning of the factory was graced by the crème de la crème of northern Ghana, including regional ministers and chiefs. Thanking God for wiping away his tears of despair, Mr Danladi urged people to hold on to Him at all times.

NO BREATHING SPACE FOR LUMBAR SPONDYLOSIS

Mrs Anna Bem, a nurse from Zamfara, Nigeria was diagnosed with lumbar spondylosis and was advised by doctors to seek further medical attention in India. Because of the waist pain and other debilitating symptoms that she experienced, her job was threatened as she could hardly do anything without assistance. Matters got worse when she was told that she would use a lumbar corset and analgesics for life. But refusing to accept the reality before her, she came down to The SCOAN to seek God’s help. 

At The SCOAN, she received the Morning Water and prayers from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. As soon as she received the Morning Water, she discarded the lumbar corset and continued to minister it to herself amid prayers. In a short while, all the symptoms disappeared. She began to walk without assistance and is now totally healed of lumbar spondylosis. Mrs Anna also testified to the goodness of God in the life of her daughter who was granted fruit of the womb after ministering the Morning Water with her husband. Today, they are blessed with a two year-old baby boy to the glory of God. She advised viewers all over the world to take the Morning Water seriously as it is a gift from God to mankind.

FEAR AND LACK REPLACED WITH JOY AND ABUNDANCE

When Mrs Khuthala Awunzie was pregnant with her son, she had serious complications resulting in bleeding. The doctors had advised her to abort the baby as it might not survive. But believing in God, she carried on with the pregnancy and eventually delivered a premature baby at seven months. After the baby was born, it was placed in the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital. While the baby was in the ICU, Mr Awunzie dashed down to The SCOAN and got the Morning Water which he ministered on the baby on return to South Africa. Within two days of ministering the Morning Water, doctors had certified the baby fit for a discharge. Since then till today, the baby who is now a 4 year-old boy has not fallen ill.

At a time when poverty and career setback were setting into her life, Mrs Awunzie came to The SCOAN and received the Morning Water. She had resigned her employment due to frustration and was not even asked by her employers the reason for her resignation. But after receiving and ministering the Morning Water, the same employers who accepted her resignation recalled her and placed her on a higher position with a better pay package. Even her husband who also had his own share of the abject poverty now has three different companies including a commercial laundry after ministering the Morning Water. Today, husband and wife have two exotic cars and are proud to be a blessing to others, in Jesus’ name.

CAREER SETBACK GIVES WAY TO PHENOMENAL BREAKTHROUGH

Mrs Aboh Doris from Delta state was a broadcast journalist who suffered serious rejection before she eventually got a job. Even when she did get a job, disappointments, delays and failure to remunerate her became issues she had to deal with. She was spurred to start her own media outfit but could not sustain that for long as challenges thwarted all her efforts to meet
deadlines. In a nutshell, she inexplicably could not satisfy her clients. She got confused and was even becoming a menace to her marital life as her husband queried the essence of her going out every time when she could not point to one thing she had achieved in the name of her so-called job.

Disturbed by the turn of things in her life, she woke up from sleep one fateful day and glued herself to Emmanuel TV through which she got the inspiration to carry on with her life. She had watched the testimony of a lady who received her breakthrough at The SCOAN and decided to visit the church. Coming down to Lagos from Delta state, she was at The SCOAN gate but was deceived to return to her state by an evil voice within her which told her that there was nothing for her at the Arena of Liberty. As she embarked on the return journey, another voice told her to go back to The SCOAN where her breakthrough was waiting for her. In fulfilment of a dream in which she encountered the man of God assuring her of her breakthrough, the man of God prayed for her and gave her the Morning Water. After she ministered the Morning Water, things began to change. She eventually got a job with Africa Magic and afterwards got the opportunity to cover a national event at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. She travelled widely across the African continent and also established a multi-million naira studio.

To crown all her efforts, her continuous ministration of the Morning Water led to her being appointed as the Senior Special Adviser on Media to the Deputy Governor of her state. Singing with unbridled joy and confidence before The SCOAN congregation in company of her family, Mrs Aboh Doris also thanked God for providing a home for her immediate family plus a car gift she received from her husband in appreciation of God’s glory in her life. In her parting statement, she sang of her encounter with destiny-changing solution at The SCOAN, after several futile attempts all over the place.

THREATENED ACADEMIC CAREER RESTORED TO GLORY

Miss Maria Chiazor had thought that her ambition to study Nursing would end up a pipe dream due to the sad reality of her parents’ inability to provide funds to see her through at the Institute of Public Health in Niger Republic. But being a member of the Youth Department of The SCOAN, the benevolent hands of God would soon locate her. In the angst of all the financial tension facing her family, The SCOAN Scholarship Programme came to her rescue. All her tuition and sundry fees were paid. She also received spiritual guidance from the man of God who gave her the Faith Bracelet and the Morning Water.

At the end of her studies, Miss Chiazor came out on top with a First Class honours. Currently undergoing her National Youth Service Corps programme, she thanked God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua and Emmanuel TV Partners to rescue her education which was threatened by lack of finance. She advised youths to pursue their education with utmost passion and remain focused. She equally urged them to work as if everything depends on them and pray as if everything depends on God.

The kingdom of darkness was in total shambles on Sunday November 22, 2015 as God’s power descended mightily in the service at The SCOAN. In a message titled, LIBERTY FROM ANXIETY, Evangelist Bolaji captured the sad reality staring the Christian race in the face. Many have allowed the worries and cares of this transient world to weaken their faith in God and His promise of eternal glory. She defined anxiety as an enemy of progress in a Christian’s life as it tends to pitch him or her against their belief in God.

“Our personal cares for the present, future, family and others are capable of changing our focus from running the straight race with God, especially when they arise from unbelief and distrust. Therefore, don’t be agitated and thrown into confusion. Worries about tomorrow do not advance our cause at all; they are absolutely useless. Remember that anxiety distracts one’s mind and hinders our interest in the service of God”.

The faith-destroying tendencies of anxiety notwithstanding, Evangelist Bolaji provided a Spirit-inspired recipe for all Christians to remain focused on God and His everlasting promises.

“Free yourself in the Word of God. When your spirit is free, it becomes sensitive to the Spirit of God. Do you want a free spirit? Keep your heart from cares. He who bore the burdens of our sorrows, worries, fears, cares and anxieties desires us to leave it entirely for Him because He alone knows what it takes to give us rest. Why don’t we trust Him and let Him prove Himself? After all, He is the Governor of our future – He owns the future”.

SCOAN Evangelists, sent by Prophet T.B. Joshua, led the congregants in yet another round of Mass Prayer that was massive in every sense of the word. Stubborn spirits, yokes, curses and sundry afflictions were broken by the power in the name of Jesus. Age-long demonic entanglements were disentangled as the atmosphere of prayer grew in intensity. Those who had been poisoned spiritually received deliverance as they vomited all evil deposits in their systems to the glory of God.

With all the songs of reverence to the Almighty God emanating from the choir, the testimonies that followed were indeed a reflection of one fact – GOD’S WORD WILL NEVER RETURN TO HIM VOID WITHOUT ACCOMPLISHING THAT WHICH IT HAS BEEN SENT TO ACHIEVE IN THE LIVES OF HIS CHILDREN.

‘BAD MARKET’ FOR DIABETES

Mr Jack Washington, a native of Rivers state, residing in Abuja, Nigeria, was diagnosed with diabetes and suffered from the effects of the disease for eight long years. Psychologically and financially, he was not having the best of experiences. Aside the numerous places he had visited in search of a never-coming solution, he also had to bear the brunt of consuming a cocktail of medicines, both orthodox and non-orthodox. He would always wake up at night to empty his bladder indiscriminately; sometimes, he did so twenty times in a night! Weakness of the body and internal heat were other issues he had to battle with.

Knowing that his family had an infamous reputation of producing diabetics, he was afraid and hoped that his case would not be like that of his mother who was sent to her grave by the disease. Something urgent had to be done for Mr Washington to carry on with the good life he had always envisaged. A friend introduced him to Emmanuel TV, having also experienced the hand of God through the ministry. Convinced that his friend’s testimony was enough proof to cement his own faith in God, he made up his mind and started praying along with Prophet T.B. Joshua.

Praying with the man of God on Emmanuel TV soon became a daily affair to the extent that he never went to bed without doing so. One day, while praying with Prophet T.B. When her aunty presented her with the offer of coming over to Italy to seek greener pastures, her heart leapt with exuberant joy. The prospects of working and earning foreign currency thrilled her. Above all, the prestige associated with living abroad, especially in Europe made her grab the offer without looking back. But for Blessing, what awaited her in Italy was a far cry from her expectations. The Nigerian adventurer from Benin soon realised that not all that glitters is gold.

Faced with the grim reality of working as a prostitute to earn a living in a strange land, she had no option than to dance to the irresponsible tunes of her so-called aunty. The camp followers of the illicit trade soon found their ways into her life. Cigarette and Indian hemp smoking were habits she had to live with for twenty five years. She emaciated at some point when the smoking habit took the place of good food in her life. Even the Italian whom she later married was also hooked on those substances. He would smoke himself to stupefying heights and damn the consequences. He never believed in God. He lived his life on the spur of the moment. In a nutshell, husband and wife were a notorious tag-team in the smoking art.

But an encounter with Emmanuel TV soon brought the storm of their lives to an end. Inspired by the Spirit-filled programmes, Blessing’s life was transformed. Those dirty habits became things of the past. As she got and continued to minister the Morning Water on herself and her stubborn husband, the reality and intensity of their transformation became visible to all. For a woman who had smoked for twenty five years, it is now exactly two years since she parted ways with the spirit behind smoking. The husband has also been delivered from that spirit of smoking through the medium of the Morning Water.

BARRENNESS BOWS AS POVERTY SURRENDERS TO THE SPIRIT OF RESTORATION

Mr and Mrs Bassey Enefiok were searching for the fruit of the womb. For six years, they did everything within their human capacity but still could not bring about the cry of a baby in the family. Mrs Enefiok had been suffering from some complications right from childhood and had to come under the surgeon’s knife on six different occasions. Those complications played a major role in ensuring that she never had a child. While she managed to bear the social consequences of childlessness, she continued to look for solution until she came across Emmanuel TV.

Having attuned themselves to Emmanuel TV and the power of God manifested at The SCOAN, the couple came down to the church and received the Morning Water. Ministering the Morning Water and believing in God for a miracle, Mrs Enefiok eventually became pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy after nine months. With the coming of their child also came financial breakthrough and abundance. The couple’s businesses began to boom as money also came from different angles. God also blessed them with a home of their own and an exotic car for their mobility.

Thanking God for the turn-around in their fortunes, the couple advised people all over the world to hearken to the counsels of God’s Prophets, stressing that the Morning Water is a product of prophetic insight God sent to mankind through Prophet T.B. Joshua. She then happily told the congregation that she is currently pregnant with her second child!

DEBT REVERSED THROUGH PROPHETIC TURN-AROUND

Mr Simeon Boafo-Lartey had borrowed some money from a bank with the intention of investing into a business. Unfortunately, his plans hit the brick wall; the business never materialised even as the money also went down the drain. The bank would not take any of his excuses; instead, the management resorted to selling his house which he had used as collateral for the loan. It was a pretty embarrassing scenario for Mr Boafo-Lartey and his family. Though he lived in the house, the bank had sold it and was only waiting to throw him out. He was like a man on house arrest. Worried about the development, he contacted his son in the US who sent down some money for their upkeep. But rather than convert the money to domestic use, Mr Boafo-Lartey used it to fund his journey to The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria.

During a Sunday service at The SCOAN, he received a prophecy from Prophet T.B. Joshua concerning his indebtedness to the bank. The man of God urged him to pay the loan and also prophesied about a land through which his freedom from debt would come. Before leaving The SCOAN for his country, he also received the Morning Water. When he got to Ghana, he continued to minister the Morning Water while calling on God to change his situation from bad to good. Not quite long after he had started ministering the Morning Water, he received a call from a friend who was in search of land. It was from the sale of that land that he raised the money to settle his debt with the bank.

After clearing his loan, reprieve came the way of his family as other miracles started coming in turns. His garage which could not boast of a single vehicle now has a fleet of 12 trucks parked therein. Mr Boafo-Lartey was also blessed with a Toyota Land cruiser. Testifying in company of his visibly elated wife, he advised people all over the world to never lose hope in God.

TRUE LOVE, MARITAL BLISS AND PROSPERITY REINSTATED

Mr Etu Ernest from Edo State, Nigeria was a rampant womaniser to the extent that he went to the cemetery to bury charms in order to win the heart of a woman whom his friend was having an affair with. A native doctor had prepared the charm for him but it did not work even after a second attempt. Instead of winning the heart of the girl in question, dead people approached and interacted with him in his dreams. At that point, he was fed up and needed an escape route.

Even with a legally married wife, Mr Ernest could not be satisfied sexually. He would camp in hotels with different women without the knowledge of his wife. Most of his concerned friends wondered how he lavished his money when some of them were already doing good things with theirs. It was disheartening for them to realise that while they were making investments against the rainy day, he was frolicking in self-delusion with women of easy virtue and building his own castles in the air.

When it dawned on him that the life he was living was abnormal, he came down to The SCOAN in search of redemption. Seated during a Sunday service, his case was prophetically spotted by Prophet T.B. Joshua who told him about his escapades at the graveyard. After the prophecy, he received deliverance and is now enjoying a new lease of life in Christ Jesus. Blessed with the Morning Water and Morning Stickers, Mr Ernest has continued to wax stronger and stronger in faith. God has restored his troubled marriage as he now has time for his wife; they both plan the progress of their family unlike in the past. Mr Ernest is also doing better in his job and has received the blessing of a new car from God.

Testifying further on his deliverance, he also recalled his miraculous protection during an accident in which his former car somersaulted and yet did not have any dent or cause any injury to him. Instead, he was miraculously lifted to safety by a strange hand. According to Mr Ernest, the ministration of the Morning Water which had since become a daily practice coupled with the Morning Stickers on the windscreen of the vehicle, were the medium through which God granted him his miraculous escape from that accident. He advised people not to run from God but to run to Him.

The SCOAN service of Sunday, November 29, 2015 witnessed the demonstration of God’s power, glory and grace. The praise and worship led by the choir prepared the atmosphere for the Word to sink deep into the hearts of those who were hungry and thirsty for righteousness. In his message titled Positioned For God’s Favour, Evangelist Daniel observed that God’s blessing are not necessarily a reward based on human calculations but rather on grace: “As Christians, it is essential to know that God’s favour upon us is not often measured by our smartness, intelligence, eloquence, strength or hard work but according to His grace because God chooses grace rather than works. This implies that God can choose to favour a rustic, uneducated and inexperienced, tactless shepherd boy and put him in the palace for His glory”. He went on to advise Christians on how to position themselves for God’s favour. He added that they should look into God’s Word for direction and enlightenment: “We position ourselves for God’s favour by looking into the Word and acting upon it. When we take the Word of God to heart and truly make it part of us, it will by its very nature change us. When it does we will find ourselves called to act with God. Then, we are truly positioned for God’s favour”.

BABY BOY BOUNCES AWAY BARRENNESS

The marriage of Mr and Mrs James Ameh was challenged by the pain of barrenness for seven long years. They visited many hospitals all to no avail and after many doctors’ efforts, their problem was finally termed as unexplained infertility. During this struggle of barrenness, Mrs Ameh was afflicted by nightmares as she dreamt of people pursuing her. They discovered Emmanuel TV and one night, instead of the nightmares, she dreamt, seeing the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua praying for her in her dream. Seeing it as a sign from Heaven, she and her husband visited The SCOAN and were placed at the Prayer Line for God’s intervention, after which they were given the Morning Water that they believed would set them apart for God’s favour.

They went back home, prayed together and met as husband and wife and continued to minister the Morning Water. Mrs Ameh believed a day like this would come for her to testify to the glory of God and truly to God be the glory, after a few weeks, she became pregnant. People were confused during her pregnancy, thinking that she was only fat but the birth of her bouncing baby boy silenced everyone and  convinced them that the Amehs are serving a living God.

In his own testimony, Mr Ameh explained that he had felt terrible because they could not have a child of their own but now he is happy that he’s a father. He advised that not all problems are natural but rather we are fighting a spiritual battle. Smiling with victory, he said that God had seen them through because they put their trust in Him. Mrs Ameh declared that truly God’s time is the best and prayed that God who did this for them would also answer those facing similar situations in Jesus ‘name.

 A NEW DAWN IN DENMARK, NO MORE BEDWETTING

As fashionable as living in Europe was to Mr Amadi, it could not wipe away that terrible blemish that had haunted his life for too long. Right from his secondary school days in Nigeria, Mr Amadi was under the yoke of bedwetting. The problem became a serious thorn in his flesh to the extent that he lived a somewhat reclusive life in order to avoid exposing his problem to people around.

Even when he left Nigeria to Denmark, the problem continued despite his seeking the best medical advice. In the course of time, Mr Amadi married in Denmark yet out of the shame, he could not tell his wife about the horrible condition. He hid the problem by wrapping himself in a towel and surrounding himself with other absorbent materials as he slept so that any of the urine would be soaked up instantly.

This continued for several years until his mother in law came to The SCOAN and received the Morning Water which she gave to Mr Amadi. After watching Emmanuel TV, Mr Amadi’s faith began to grow and he began to faithfully minister the Morning Water he received from his mother in law. During this time, Mr Amadi also had a serious addiction to smoking that he couldn’t break on his own. To his great surprise, after about a month, he realised that he no longer had the urge to smoke and had indeed been set free from this terrible addiction. Furthermore, the embarrassing problem of bedwetting had been solved through the medium of the Morning Water. No longer using towels to cover himself before going to bed, he is now able to go to sleep freely without shame. Today, he is confident to move around unlike in the past when the fear to embarrass himself through bedwetting had taken him hostage. Mr Amadi thanked God for his deliverance and urged people all over the world to take God as the only and best solution to any problem.

BARRENNESS JUMPS FROM FRYING PAN TO FIRE

“I am sorry, sir. I am afraid it is the truth.” Mr Victor Igboderika could not believe what he read. Insisting that the doctor may have made a mistake in the test, he asked for further confirmation but was told that he not only had low sperm count, but had no active sperm cells at all. To make matters worse, he had just proposed to his fiancée who had accepted. He now had the agonizing task of how to break the news to her and he feared that he would watch her walk out of his life. To his surprise, she didn’t even bat an eyelid and said that the result did not matter to her as she believed that nothing was impossible with God. The marriage went ahead and what became a six year battle with barrenness began in the young couple’s lives.

Being informed by a friend, they came to The SCOAN in December of 2014, where they were prayed for by the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua on the prayer line. Mr Igboderika recalled how he felt a hefty object slide down his chest into his stomach and then vanish after the prayer. Interestingly, his wife recounted the same experience as he had. Before leaving the church, they were given the Morning Water to minister over themselves and take home with them.

In less than two weeks, Mrs Igboderika was confirmed pregnant. She went on to deliver a bouncing baby boy, named David Igboderika. For Mr Igboderika, a visit to the laboratory for sperm analysis showed that his sperm cells are now 180 million per millimetre from the previous 0 per millimetre.

 THE SPIRIT THAT PUSHED HER TO PRISON – PUSHED OUT!

Born in India to parents from Imo State, Nigeria and raised in London, UK from the age of one, Jennifer grew up and fell into satan’s claws. Most of her problems started when she was barely twelve years old. Following a bad crowd, she was introduced to shoplifting and taking drugs. Something that started as a game, soon turned into a terrible addiction as the voice of the evil spirit in her head pushed her to steal clothes, bags, perfume and even traffic drugs. The separation of her parents affected her emotionally but she buried herself in her wild lifestyle. She developed a hatred for her mother, who was a hard working, strict woman who tried her best to discipline her but the damage had already been done by the influence of bad friends until she reached the point when she ran away from the house. Now, free and thinking she was a ‘big woman’, she continued her life of clubbing, drinking, smoking, shoplifting, taking drugs and even selling them. Jennifer soon tasted the bitter part of the freedom she had long sought for when she became a professional drug trafficker.

At 16, she gave birth to her first child and by 17, she was a mother of two. Following the voice of the evil spirit, she even got three tattoos on her body, that the demons used to monitor her movements. Soon after that, the different fathers of both children disappeared and she continued her reckless life, a single mum. Suddenly, she received a letter from the father of one of her children, saying, “I am in prison. Can you help me?” She arranged to visit him and during the visit, he asked her for a favour. Because he was the father of her child, she agreed. She was told to meet a man at the train station and collect a package containing drugs and bring it to him in prison.

During another prison visit, she noticed that those with children were not searched so she decided to bring her children the next time to avoid suspicion. Although she managed to pass the drugs to him without being caught, the prison security found the drugs on him and she was traced and arrested. Her children were removed from her and taken to social services and later placed with her mother. After a court case lasting one year, she was sentenced to two years in prison after 37 previous shoplifting offenses were used as further evidence against her. When she had been in prison seven months, the news came to her that her children had been taken away from her mother and were now back in social services.

When she was finally released from prison, she was relocated outside of London in an attempt to separate her from her bad friends. Still her mind was not free as the evil voice kept telling her to go back to her bad habits. When her mother asked her to accompany her to Nigeria to receive her deliverance at The SCOAN, she reluctantly agreed thinking it was opportunity for a holiday. The minute she entered the gates of The SCOAN building, a terrible migraine started as the evil spirit did not want her to receive her freedom.

When the time came for the ministration of the Morning Water, her legs began to shake and when she was ministered to, her head felt as if it was going to explode. For the first time, she prayed, “Lord, I have come all the way from London. I cannot go back with this problem. Please deliver me!” The moment came and the sprit that pushed her to prison was exposed and expelled forever! Jennifer confessed that she is now a new person after her deliverance.

EMMANUEL TV SENDS POVERTY PACKING

For Chrissy Banda life unleashed its harsh realities on her at the tender age of 16 after she had lost both of her parents and was left with the herculean task of seeing her younger siblings through school. Determined, she started work and ensured that her siblings’ upkeep and school fees were paid as at when due. The Malawian national would soon be faced with another challenge that tended to discourage her from keeping her positive mental attitude. As a research nurse, promotion seemed to elude her forever. For eight years, she was on the same level and was almost made to feel less important. While she faced this challenge, things began to get worse at home as her meagre income could not take care of all the responsibilities left behind by her late parents.

HOW T.B. JOSHUA’S BOOK STOPPED ME SMOKING!!

Mr Oluwole Blaise started smoking cigarette from his secondary school days.  That fact that his secondary school was located in a university campus gave him the impetus to feel high and larger than life. Initially, he experimented with three sticks per day but later graduated to one packet daily. He eventually developed a horrible dependence on the substance and could not do anything without smoking. He also spent a fortune on perfumes as he thought their fragrances would neutralise the offensive odour of cigarettes. The young Lagosian could not give up on the bad habit even when he became an usher with his local church. Several prayer and fasting programmes organised by his pastor could not yield any permanent result. His inability to conquer the yoke soon became a burden on him. Considering the economic and health implications of his smoking, he pondered on a way out.

Luckily in 2013, a friend with whom he was planning to travel soon changed the story of his battle with cigarette smoking. Stumbling on The Mirror (a book written by Prophet T.B. Joshua) from his friend’s bag, he had prayed to God, using some of the prayer points in the book alongside some bible scriptures to ask for help concerning his smoking problem. Whilst reading, he felt a heavy burden lift from his shoulders and a cool sensation within him. From that point forward, the yoke of smoking was broken forever! Even when he tried to light a stick the night after first reading The Mirror, he collapsed and fainted. Since that day in April, 2013 till date, the 28 year-old yoke of smoking was crushed by Jesus Christ who used The Mirror to break the addiction. SEVERE ADDICTION TO ALCOHOL ROOTED OUT BY THE ANOINTING

If anything like that ever existed, Mr Vincent Mnisi would have since been inducted into the drunkards’ hall of fame. The young South African was severely hooked on alcohol. He would drink and smoke recklessly to the extent that he once lost his mind and had to be taken to a mental hospital. His mother who resided in the UK did not find it funny as she made frantic efforts to ensure that her son’s condition improved. Taking him to the UK, she had thought he would change but she soon realised his drinking malady worsened. He would drink and sleep on the streets of England only to be picked up to safety by government agencies which were saddled with the responsibility of catering for the so-called ‘homeless’. His access to government loan also fuelled his appetite for more alcohol and contributed immensely to his misdemeanours in the UK.

Due to his addiction, he remained unkempt and would take no bath for days. He would sometimes attack his mother after downing some alcohol, asking her to give him some money in furtherance of his alcoholic activities. Whenever she confronted him with the urgency of his need for Jesus, he would reply by telling her that he expects both Jesus and His Father to visit him because his case had gone out of hand. The place he called his house was an eyesore; it was always littered with empty bottles of alcohol and cigarette ash. The devil had indeed turned him into an alcoholic robot manoeuvred at will to destroy his very self.

While the battle between the forces of good and evil raged on in his life, his mother through some ‘divine’ mistake came across Prophet T.B. Joshua and The SCOAN on the internet. Impressed and encouraged by the life-changing miracles that take place on Emmanuel TV, she soon made up her mind to visit Nigeria. She prayed over the journey and God ministered to her through the scriptures assuring her that He would be with her till the very end. That assurance was confirmed when she was cleared at the airport even though she did not have the Yellow Fever Certificate, a necessary document for travellers from Europe coming to West Africa.

On getting to The SCOAN, she received the Morning Water and continued to minister it in prayer concerning her son’s problem. SPIRIT HUSBAND DEFEATED AND DISGRACED

Miss Mary Gabriel was under the influence of a spirit husband which tormented her life with other spiritual maladies. She had the spirits of anger and lust and had the heart of a lion. Her problems had started right from childhood when she would find herself in the dream having sex with men. She also got married in the dream and continued to manifest violent attitudes in the physical. She once smashed the head of her boyfriend with a bottle and dared the consequences. A night to her deliverance, she had sex with a man she had met on her way to Lagos. That Sunday morning while the service was going on, Evangelist Justin went round ministering the Morning Water in Jesus’ name. As soon as the Morning Water touched her, she began to manifest the spirit husband that had held her life hostage for so many years. “I am the spirit husband…I have destroyed everything about her…I destroyed her marriage… I caused her to go out with different men since childhood”, cried the spirit which was under bombardment from the fire of the Holy Ghost in the Morning Water. Without much resistance, the spirit was cast in the name of Jesus Christ just as Mary crumbled to the ground. MARINE CONNECTION SEVERED THROUGH DELIVERANCE

Their mother, in dire need of fruit of the womb, had gone to the river to consult with spirits to give her a child. Then in her fifties, her request was eventually granted as she went on to deliver a set of female twins. While in Europe, Blessing continued to sustain the relationship they both had with the river spirits by sending money to her sister to ensure that all the rituals involved were observed accordingly. But in spite of all the goodies doled out to the river spirits, all the twin sisters could achieve were nothing short of sorrow, tears and disappointments. Keeping a stable relationship with men was not possible. Most of the men that came their ways would eventually dump them for no justifiable reasons. Blessing’s sojourn abroad was strewn in tales of despair. From Austria to Spain and from Spain to Finland, she could not lay her hands on anything tangible apart from the shame and disrepute that came with international prostitution. When she discovered that there was no real and lasting gain in prostitution after twelve years in the trade, she succumbed to her boyfriend’s advice to return to Nigeria and undergo deliverance at The SCOAN. Returning home, Blessing met her twin sister stranded in marriage as her husband had deserted her. The spate of broken relationships, disappointments and failures stared them in the face and necessitated their action to proceed to the Arena of Liberty for deliverance. MORNING WATER! A SPIRITUAL BARRICADE AGAINST BARRENNESS

Mr and Mrs Badohu from Ghana were desperately in need of a child. But medical realities pointed to the fact that it was humanly and naturally impossible for them to have a child. While Mr Badohu was having low sperm count, his wife had tubal blockage. All attempts to get superior medical attention yielded no result. Meeting a gynaecologist who incidentally is an Emmanuel TV partner, they were advised to seek the face of God. Their 7 years of wandering in search of solution where there was none soon ended when they visited The SCOAN.

At The SCOAN, they received the Morning Water and afterwards returned to their country. Ministering the Morning Water with faith amid prayers, God stepped in. One night after ministering the Morning Water, Mr Badohu dreamt of his wife being operated on by a man in white robes just as Prophet T.B. Joshua appeared telling him about the operation.  In that dream, he saw his wife’s womb outside while a child was being placed inside it. Prophet T.B. Joshua later told him that his wife would deliver a baby girl.

After the dream, he woke up and narrated the dream to his wife. Two months later, after visiting the laboratory for test, his wife was confirmed pregnant. And true to the prophecy of the man of God in that dream, the Badohus were blessed with a baby girl. Radiating so much joy, the couple thanked God for wiping away shame from their faces; they advised people with similar problems to seek God first in every situation.

Aside from the regular powerful prayer time that characterizes a typical SCOAN Sunday service, Sunday, December 13, 2015 was filled with testimonies, praises and biblical lessons that pointed to the urgency of man’s need to connect with God through repentance. Urging the congregants to pursue Christ’s pattern of doing things, Evangelist Anu, in her message tagged CHRIST’S STANDARD OF BELIEF, emphasized the need for all Christians to look beyond their present circumstances. This would enable them to attune to the frequency of unflinching faith in God’s assurance of a glorious future for them. She admonished all not to allow their present circumstances to mislead them and urged them to operate within Christ’s standard of belief, saying: “When you have Christ’s standard of belief, what you see, what you hear and what your circumstances look like cannot affect it…People of God, see beyond your present situation no matter how unpleasant it is. If your belief cannot see beyond the position you occupy now, how can you see beyond when you become a leader? If you cannot serve God as a follower, you will not be able to serve Him as a leader because that position will dictate your direction”.

MORNING WATER RETURNS DENIED PROMOTION

Mr Linus Azombire, a civil servant from Ghana, was never a happy man. He was frustrated because all his juniors inexplicably overtook him in the promotion hierarchy at his work place. For fifteen long years, he laboured in vain to see his promotion come true. Even when he was informed of a promotion, that glimmer of joy was short-lived as the promotion was revoked. He almost suffered a heart attack but for his caring wife who advised him to visit The SCOAN, the arena of liberty. Joshua.

GHANA REVENUES AUTHORITY OFFICER GETS DOUBLE PROMOTION

For ten years, Mrs Agnes Gyadu, a Ghanaian working with the Ghana Revenues Authority (Customs Division), waited for her promotion in vain. Having served the organization for 27 years, it dawned on her that something was amiss with her quest to move up the career ladder. Bent on seeking the face of God concerning her situation, she ran down to The SCOAN in 2012, to tap from the ever-flowing anointing that breaks all yokes. Receiving prayers from the man of God, Mrs Gyadu also went back to Ghana with the Morning Water and Good Morning Stickers. CYBER CRIME AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE LECTURER RECEIVES DELIVERANCE FROM GOD

Stubborn and rebellious against the power of God, the twin demons of a strong man and a spirit wife had spoken through the man, vowing never to be defeated as an evangelist ministered the Morning Water on him. But they were all jesters, because there was no how the anointing that broke the yoke of the enemy could give in to the arrogant ranting of squatting evil spirits who have since been served quit notice and who have only come to steal, to kill and to destroy. Engineer Callistus Ezike, lecturer in Cyber Crime and Criminal Justice at the Kaduna State University, Nigeria, traced his problem to his ancestry. From his mother’s investigation, he had incarnated his grandfather who was a famous native doctor. As he grew up, he discovered a kola nut tree that consumed the soul of anyone who tried to cut it down. To his surprise, one of his distant uncles was opposed to the felling of that notorious kola nut tree. That uncle’s daughter, who was in her twenties, would later lure him to have sex with her when he was barely seven years old. Mr Ezike would go on to eat and have sex in his dreams from that day.

While working with former Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank), he was framed by a lady who accused him of trying to have an affair with her over a challenge she had with her account. He eventually lost his job after that saga and opted for private business. His new business would later crash after a series of strange occurrences including encounters with two fighting birds and a snake creeping over his feet while in a hotel room. Even when he changed his hotel room, a strange light appeared to him. When he later became a lecturer, his life nosedived spiritually as he had affairs with married women and aborted a pregnancy for one of them. Through his mother’s best friend, he was initiated into fetish activities, including Indian temple worship and eventually joined the notorious Free Masons cult, where he was asked to become a lodge secretary.

Vowing never to abort or date married women again, he prevailed upon a friend’s girlfriend not to abort her pregnancy and took over responsibility of the pregnancy by introducing himself to her parents as the father of the unborn child. He would eventually marry the girl and father a child through her. When he decided to visit The SCOAN, the demonic torment became worse even to the extent that the Emmanuel TV channel in his house stopped showing. He decided to embark on a nine-day prayer and fasting programme. Visiting The SCOAN after the prayer and fasting session, he was delivered during the Morning Water ministration. Though the spirits that tormented his life tried to thwart his deliverance, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua sent a message to the evangelist to step on one of his feet. As soon as that was done, the demon-possessed young man fell to the ground like an uprooted tree.

Thanking God for his deliverance, Mr Ezike expressed great joy in his new life devoid of the evil and detestable dream experiences of eating and having sex. He confessed the salvation of his once imprisoned soul and urged people to run to God in times of trouble.

FRACTURED SPINE MENDED THROUGH MORNING WATER

After 37 years of meritorious service to her country as a nurse, Mrs Alice Kafula retired into illness and could not really enjoy the freedom of a well-deserved retirement. Upon medical investigation, it was discovered she had degenerative bone disease that affected her spine and led to a neck-bone fracture that made walking a very huge challenge. Mrs Kafula resigned to taking different analgesics for 13 years without any improvement. Each passing day, the sad reality of having to live with the debilitating condition dawned on her. Watching Emmanuel TV soon proved to be the great spiritual boost she needed to build her faith. She eventually fell in love with the power of God on display at The SCOAN via Emmanuel TV. The plethora of testimonies that she watched on the channel cemented her faith in God and inspired her subsequent journey to Nigeria.

Sponsored by her daughter, Mrs Kafula came down to The SCOAN and vowed never to sleep until her situation was turned around by God. As Evangelist Racine engaged their mind with a message titled A NEW RELATIONSHIP WAS BORN AT CHRISTMAS, it was obvious that the dawn of a glorious era was at hand. The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, no doubt, opens a new epoch in our lives as it draws us to renew our relationship with the Creator through His only begotten Son, just as Evangelist Racine pointed out: “Jesus has come to restore the relationship and fellowship between God and man which sin, the actual enemy has broken”.

NO HIDING PLACE FOR CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS AT THE SCOAN

He had been involved in an accident in 2002 and had almost forgotten that experience when the injury he sustained then reared its ugly head 13 years later. Mr Francis, a South Africa-based Nigerian was diagnosed with stiff neck due to cervical spondylosis.  He resorted to using a neck collar. All efforts to get lasting solution to his condition remained unyielding of any positive result. The debilitating nature of his problem made him

Describing the experience with elation, Mr Francis said “Immediately the man of God laid hands on my head and commanded me to stand up, I stood up and felt some heat all over me. MORNING WATER AND EMMANUEL TV EXPOSE THE FOOLISHNESS OF CRIMINALS 

Mrs Ogechukwu Tagbo received a call from her husband informing her of a transaction with some persons who claimed to be building a hotel and needed to purchase some electronics. Mr Tagbo told his wife that payment had been made by them and even went ahead to show her a bank credit alert confirming that 6.3 million naira had been paid. But as they prepared to make the supply, Mrs Tagbo ministered the Morning Water on the goods and also prayed with Emmanuel TV. A confirmation visit to the bank would later reveal that the Tagbos had fallen victims of fraudsters. The credit alert was a fake.

Fortunately, the fraudsters were traced to Lagos, even though they had given the impression that they were headed to Lokoja. They were eventually rounded up while all the goods were recovered. Other victims who lost their goods to the fraudsters also recovered them. Thanking God for using the mediums of the Morning Water and Emmanuel TV to save her from the evil plan of fraudsters, Mrs Tagbo also testified to God’s goodness in her life after He delivered her from an armed robber who stole her handbag while she was driving and later returned it intact, begging that fire was all over him. The robber eventually gave his life to Christ through her evangelism and vowed never to return to his evil ways. Mrs Tagbo advised people to have faith in God, stressing that without it, it is impossible to please Him.

ARRESTED, CORRECTED AND UPLIFTED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD

Mr Brian Moshi deviated from the godly examples his parents set for him and decided to embrace the mundane pleasures of life. He repudiated his Christian upbringing and allowed his entire soul to be taken over by the devil. All that began after he enrolled into secondary school. By the time he was promoted to Form Two, the illusory fancies of the world soon built their tents in his heart. He started going to clubs, drinking, smoking, watching pornography and masturbating.

As he suffused himself in those evil practices, his academic and spiritual lives suffered stagnation. He could no longer concentrate on his studies and opened up his soul to spiritual manipulations as his dreams revealed. He would dream of snakes, spiders and other objects of demonic manipulation.

Fed up with his unrepentant attitudes, his parents would weep and mourn their fate for having a wayward child who had become un-teachable.  But somehow, God intervened. Mr Moshi visited The SCOAN in 2012 and received prayers from Prophet T.B. Joshua. He also received the Morning Water and Morning Stickers. When he returned to his native Tanzania, he continued to minister the Morning Water in prayer. Within a short while, things changed. His evil appetites ceased. He stopped doing those things which made him spiritually weak and dormant. By this time, he had gotten admission to commence an undergraduate course for which his parents were able to raise the funds. Mr Moshi went on to graduate with a First Class result and also received recognition as the Overall Best Graduating Student for his orderly conduct and extra-curricular commitment.

HARD TIMES TURN TO GOOD TIMES AT THE ARENA OF LIBERTY

Mrs Janet Munguatoshi was struck by poverty and stagnation in business to the extent that she could not feed her family but instead relied on her children for upkeep. In order to put an end to her troubles, she visited The SCOAN and received the Morning Water and Morning Stickers. On her return to Tanzania, she ministered the Morning Water and placed the Morning Sticker on one of her properties occupied by tenants. But to her surprise, all the tenants vacated the house. Still believing in God and praying to Him with strong faith, Mrs Munguatoshi had a dream in which the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua appeared to her and assured her that all was well.

After that encounter with the man of God in her dream, grace located her. A company called and showed interest in her properties and rented four flats immediately. Apart from restoring her business fortunes and increasing her financially, God also blessed her family with good cars. Testifying to God’s goodness, in company of her children, Mrs Munguatoshi urged people to cast all their burdens on God, stressing that no burden can escape the anointing of God for those who trust Him.

Brethren, the birth of Jesus provides us with another opportunity to reunite with our God through repentance. The greatest relationship we can ever have is to relate with our Creator in Spirit and in truth. That relationship is the essence of Christmas.

Hinging his message on the story of Joseph who was sold into slavery by his brothers, Evangelist Chris admonished the congregation on the need to trudge on in spite of the discouraging realities that sometimes punctuate the happiness of life. He observed that disappointments are not death sentences but instead they create the enabling environment for God to manifest and prove Himself in such situations. According to him, a sack letter could be a blessing in disguise if only we are patient enough to dig deep into such a discouraging situation. All the problems Joseph encountered in life prepared him for that position which God had preserved for him. In a nutshell, REFUSE TO ACCEPT FAILURE by Evangelist Chris highlighted the importance of disappointments and setbacks in the life of a true believer.

FREED FROM CAREER-THREATENING DEBILITIES

Dr. Irene Ngobeni’s career as a medical practitioner was threatened by health issues that had been a thorn in her flesh right from her university days. It was unthinkable that a very brilliant student, who got distinctions in her primary and high school days, could end up struggling to pass her exams in the university. But that was truly the case with the South African resident as she battled with migraines and menstrual pains for fifteen long years. Those health challenges almost ruined her academic and career lives as she could not concentrate to use her brain and energy at optimal levels.

Somehow, Dr. Ngobeni was able to graduate from medical school. When she eventually started work, those health challenges continued to rear their ugly heads in her life. She found it very difficult to make progress in her career much to the bewilderment of a friend who talked her into the dire need to seek for a solution from the Arena of Liberty. Seeing the unpalatable situation she was faced with coupled with the avalanche of miracles she had seen on Emmanuel TV, she accepted her friend’s advice to visit The SCOAN.

At The SCOAN, Dr. Ngobeni was prayed for by Prophet T.B. Joshua and also given the Morning Water which she ministered in Jesus’ name. She later returned to South Africa only to discover an improvement in her spiritual life. She also discovered that the twin tormentors of her life disappeared – the scourge of migraines and menstrual pains which ravaged fifteen years of her life was conquered by the power of God. In order to ascertain the veracity or otherwise of her new-found freedom from pain and to check if her once faltering intellect was fully restored, Dr. Ngobeni enrolled for a couple of courses and was amazed at the results she got.

In all the exams she wrote, she came out with distinctions in a manner that shocked even her very self. She later extended hands of love to the families and relations of the martyrs of faith, as directed by the man of God, and received many other breakthroughs. Testifying to the God’s goodness in her coupled with the joy of restoration, she urged people to see challenges as transient while holding unto the integrity of God’s Word.

UNTWINED FROM THE HOOKS OF MIGRAINE AND BUSINESS FAILURE

Faced with the loss of her job and the inability to actualise her business plans, the devil tripled Mrs. Tlhomamiso Mogaetsho’s predicaments with a recurrent migraine. She was always falling sick and could not co-ordinate her life and affairs properly. All efforts by her husband to find a solution from hospitals and native healers proved abortive. She was later encouraged by a friend to visit The SCOAN for a lasting solution to her challenges. Mrs. Tlhomamiso Mogaetsho bought the idea and headed to the Arena of Liberty where she received prayers and also got the Morning Water.

When she got home and ministered the Morning Water, she realised that her migraine had stopped; she felt as though ice was being placed on her head. Since that moment till now, the migraine has not recurred. After her healing, she also won very lucrative contracts and was able to construct a guest house which in turn has continued to fetch her money. She has acquired additional two plots of land which are being developed. Her guest house was rented by a company which also pays her monthly to maintain the property. Mrs. Mogaetsho also built a two-room apartment for someone in need of accommodation. Grateful to God for the manifestation of His grace in her life, she advised people to continue to pray, irrespective of the situation of things.

FROM DESPERATE DEBTOR TO FINANCIAL GREATNESS 

Mr. Daniel Omoyibo was indebted to four banks and three money lenders to the tune of a whooping 58.6 million naira. His company was on the brink of collapse as he could not pay his workers’ salaries. He was on the wanted list of security agencies and was hiding to evade arrest. Coupled with all those issues was the sad story of his wife who was faced with the problem of ceased menstruation for six years. At a time when things became very difficult, Mr. Omoyibo deceptively used his house as collateral to borrow money from two different banks. While the banks were on his trail, the money lenders also threatened fire and brimstone. But, he was nowhere to be found. Like lightning, they were unable to get hold of him. Burdened by those challenges and eager to get out of the dilemma, he approached a friend to offer him a bailout in the form of a loan but that was never to be as his friend could not provide the loan he requested.

Even though he left without getting the loan, he did not go entirely empty-handed as he was able to acquaint himself with Emmanuel TV as he waited in his friend’s house. That acquaintance with Emmanuel TV would later become the greatest experience he had come across in life.

Having realised that a visit to The SCOAN would change the direction of his destiny, he decided to do so in company of his wife. When they arrived at The SCOAN, they were placed at the Prayer Line and received prayers from the man of God as well as the Morning Water. Miraculously, Mrs. Omoyibo’s ceased menstruation of six years was restored immediately that same day. As the couple returned home and continued to minister the Morning Water on themselves and Mr. Omoyibo’s business documents, more miracles began to unfold. Mr. Omoyibo received divine favours as he won several huge contracts.

After he had successfully executed the contracts, he was able to pay off his debts. He had since constructed a duplex and has a fleet of exotic cars. He also owns trucks and hummer buses for his staff. His staff strength has drastically increased from six to one hundred and twenty-four. He is currently constructing a big hotel as well as a school for the less-privileged. Testifying in company of his wife, daughter, staff and traditional rulers from his community, Mr. Omoyibo advised people all over the world to continue to trust in God.

THE MORNING WATER BRIDGES EVERY GAP, INCLUDING BARRENNESS

For Mr. and Mrs. Odubu, it was a sad tale of barrenness. They searched for the fruit of the womb for nine years without respite. Doctors had diagnosed Mr. Odubu with low sperm count while his wife was said to have irregular menstruation. All medical efforts to make Mrs. Odubu pregnant yielded no result until the couple built their faith through Emmanuel TV and subsequently made up their minds to visit The SCOAN. Typical of those who are earnest seekers of God’s grace, the couple received the Morning Water and returned to their home. As they ministered the Morning Water amidst prayers, God answered them within that same month of their visit to The SCOAN.

After nine months, the Odubus received their first bundle of joy; Mrs. Odubu was delivered of a baby boy christened Oghenemairo Peculiar. Blessings followed the birth of the child as loads of gifts were given to the family including a car. The couple exalted the name of the Most High for wiping away their tears of anguish and putting a new song of thanksgiving in their mouths. Mr. Odubu urged men with similar challenges to support their wives and hold on to God rather than lay blames.

TO DELAY IS NOT TO DENY

Mr and Mrs Gabriel Ebagun came to The SCOAN with the problem of barrenness for 28 years. On the wife’s side, she was diagnosed with ceased menstruation, tubal blockage and hormonal imbalance while her husband had the problem of low-sperm count. They had visited various places for solution, all to no avail. 
They later came to The SCOAN and had the opportunity to receive the Morning Water. At The SCOAN, she witnessed the testimony of a lady who had the same problem of barrenness but was blessed with the fruit of the womb. This woman testified that after ministering the Morning Water, by faith she bought baby clothes believing that God would bless her with the fruit of the womb and God indeed blessed her with a bouncing baby. Mrs Gabriel was so inspired by this testimony and did the same as the woman had done. She ministered the Morning Water in Jesus’ name and bought her own baby clothes. After meeting as husband and wife, she discovered that she started having some symptoms and went to the hospital and to their greatest surprise, Mrs Gabriel was confirmed pregnant.
Mr Ebagun advised everyone to wait patiently upon the Lord.

RESCUED FROM THE RAVAGES OF GAMBLING AND SUICIDE

While at a cyber one fateful day, Mr. Chukwu saw two men playing the betting  game on the internet. He took interest and asked if he could join them which they agreed to. That was how he became possessed by the spirits of suicide and gambling. He would look for money at all costs and use it to gamble. Whenever he gambled and lost, he would harbour suicidal thoughts. The spirit of gambling took over him completely to the extent that he once abandoned his treatment in hospital to go and gamble. He was very skilled at lying to people in order to get money from them. Sometimes, he would use his father’s influence to swindle acquaintances just to be able to gamble. He wasted more than 2.7 million naira on gambling and was hugely indebted to many people. On several occasions, he had squandered his father’s money on gambling.

One day, after his parents had turned down his request for money, he attempted to kill himself by drinking methylated spirits but for the intervention of his family members. He had once spent two months in hospital admission after drinking raw methylated spirits which had his intestines burnt according to scan results. Sometimes, he would deliberately walk on the road expecting to be knocked down by a vehicle in order to escape from the emotional trauma of losing out in gambling. Mr. Ukaoma wasted precious time and money gambling and was on the trenches of death but for divine intervention at The SCOAN. Even the demon which spoke as the evangelist ministered the Morning Water on him, said that he had only six days to live.

“He’s the bad boy of a good father…the only person who would lie to you and you’ll be happy”. Those were the words of the demon as the evangelist ministered the Morning Water on him.

Mr. Ukaoma finally got delivered through the medium of the Morning Water. Though the demons tried to put up some resistance, they could not stop the anointing fire power in the medium as they were cast out. Mr. Ukaoma himself corroborates the experience thus: “As soon as the evangelist ministered the Morning Water on me, I felt heat all over me…in fact, the rest of what happened that day, I cannot explain”. Thanking God for his son’s deliverance, Mr. Chukwu Ukaoma’s father advised that people should draw nearer to God.

DELIVERED FROM MARINE SPIRITS AND HOMOSEXUALITY

Mr. Ebeleme was the victim of a broken marriage between his mother and estranged father. As time went on, he started dreaming of strange experiences; he would see himself in the river with women singing for him. After sometime, he started behaving like a woman physically. He would cook, dress and use cosmetics as woman do. He later developed homosexual instincts and also had the spirit of stealing which led him to steal his mother’s money. Mr Ebeleme would have sexual affairs with his fellow men and was paid in return. All efforts by his mother to seek for spiritual help proved abortive. One of the so-called spiritualists who was patronised to help him ended up sleeping with him.

His homosexual tendencies drew the ire of his community which had him beaten publicly with a broomstick inserted into his private part. After the public disgrace, his mother tried to seek another spiritual help but her son preferred to visit The SCOAN. It was at The SCOAN that he successfully got his deliverance in Jesus’ mighty name. The demon responding to interrogatives by the evangelist said she was a queen from the river. Displaying feminine traits, Mr. Ebeleme was brought to the ground after the demon was forced to leave him through the fire of the Holy Ghost in the Morning Water.

Narrating his experience during the deliverance, Mr Ebeleme said he saw the queen with an arrow trying to attack the evangelists but could not stand the anointing present in the auditorium. According to him, the queen disappeared when she could not survive the fire that had taken over the entire atmosphere in the church. Testifying to his deliverance and freedom from the throes of darkness and death, his mother thanked God for giving her son a second chance.

MASS PRAYER

As the congregants danced to the songs emanating from the choir, the Spirit of God was felt in every corner of the auditorium. During the Mass Prayer led by Evangelists Yinka and Christopher who were sent by Prophet T.B. Joshua, in the mighty name of Jesus, unclean spirits, demonic manipulations and spiritual contamination in the lives of the people were rendered ineffective. Many vomited poisonous substances while others manifested demonic possession and were set free. Still radiating the redemptive spirit of Christmas, The SCOAN Sunday service of December 27, 2015 was worth the while in every dimension.

Being the first Sunday of the year 2016, the church service witnessed a massive turn-out of congregants who came with their hearts full of glorious expectations for the New Year. Ushering them into the fresh vista of a new beginning, the choir dramatised the reality on ground by assuring every worshipper that the fears of the out-gone year have been buried in the past. “I am no longer a slave to fear… I am a child of God”.

It was Prophet T.B. Joshua’s first appearance in The SCOAN after several months of physical absence. But as he would later tell the congregants, “You can see that your pastor did not go on holiday”. That short statement came on the heels of the massive demonstration of God’s power by the Holy Spirit through Prophet T.B. Joshua who prophesied and delivered many from the stranglehold of demonic forces. In less than thirty minutes, he had wreaked untold havoc on the kingdom of darkness!

Evangelist Ruth had earlier assured Christians of the constancy of their place in God in a message titled ‘YOUR SEAT IS STILL THERE’. Referring to a couple of biblical stories, with special focus on the story of ‘The Prodigal Son’, she observed that, irrespective of the flaws of a child of God, he or she still retains a place in the Father’s house. But that is made possible only through repentance and reconciliation. In other words, every true believer will always be accepted back and restored to his or her place of glory in God if only there is true remorse and repentance.

“When a Christian wrongs God, fellowship is broken but he does not lose his place as a son or daughter of God. No matter what you feel about yourself, no matter what you feel about God, your seat is still there and Jesus is always there to reconcile you”. January 3, 2016 ushered in the first Sunday Service of the year with joy as it assured worshippers of their place in God’s plan, irrespective of their human frailties.

A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!

While silver bells sounded all over the world on December 24, 2015, in anticipation of Christmas, the devil also had his own evil plans for Mr Kirsten Nematandani. The South African who once headed his country’s football association, was on his way to a local community when a cow crossed the road and caused him to apply brakes suddenly. Hitting the cow hard, the animal was lifted by the impact and landed at the back of the vehicle. It was the cynosure of all eyes to behold the huge animal flung to the back of the vehicle by the impact of the collision.

 
For Mr Nematandani, it could only have been a miracle. Even people who came to the scene of the accident wondered how he was able to escape unhurt seeing the magnitude of damage done to the vehicle and the harm done to the cow. Testifying before the congregation, he told them that it was the goodness of God through the Morning Water and Morning Sticker that saved him from the cauldron of wicked forces. Apart from an insignificant bruise on his finger, Mr Nematandani came out of the experience unscathed. He urged people all over the world never to undermine the counsels and directives of God.

SMALL LEGS STEP INTO BIG SHOES AT THE SCOAN

Miss Monica Maria’s mother had visited The SCOAN in August, 2013 and returned to their residence in Ethiopia with bottles of the Morning Water. The young Indian lady was undergoing some tough times at her work place. She was not happy and depressed. In search of a way out of the stress, she comforted her spirit with Emmanuel TV and continued to build her faith. One day, she visited the United Nations website and saw a vacancy announcement. She applied immediately as that same day was the deadline for the submission of applications. From the very moment she applied, she continued to minister the Morning Water daily on her credentials, confessing that the job was hers.

Despite UN regulations on employment that stipulates a three-month review time for all applications, Miss Maria was contacted through phone after just one month and was informed of her employment as a Technical Officer in Geneva, Switzerland – a senior position. Testifying with the highest sense of frankness and humility, she observed that she knew she was undeserving of the position, especially at the age of 23, but that God only wanted to bless her. For all the financial blessings and peace of mind, she thanked God immensely, stating that her mother’s last visit was made possible through a loan which has since been paid.

THE YOKES OF POVERTY AND DEPRESSION BROKEN THROUGH PROPHECY

The Nwankwos had come to The SCOAN in 2012 in search of divine rescue from the pangs of poverty and hardship that had crept into their lives. Seated in the auditorium, their situation was spotted, through prophetic insight, by the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. He told them about the depression and suicidal tendencies that had threatened the family’s joy due to frustration. After receiving prayers and deliverance accompanied with the Morning Water, the man of God declared them free from all their problems. As they were about to return to their hotel, an evangelist offered them the sum of three thousand naira for their transportation. For Mrs Nwankwo, the gesture appeared funny as their hotel was only a stone-throw from the church. The couple agreed to commit that money into business, believing that it was blessed. Before they returned to Russia, their country of residence, Mr Nwankwo bought six packets of yam flour which he intended to sell in the European country.

On getting to Russia, the six packets of yam flour sold out in just a minute. From three thousand naira which was the equivalent of twenty dollars, they realised two hundred dollars. Little by little, they continued to import the yam flour and realised bigger margins with time. Today, they own four Afroshops in Russia with different sections, including a hair-making salon – the first of its kind in the entire nation. They also have two exotic cars and now live in peace of mind and abundance. The couple advised people to appreciate the mighty works of God through the medium of the Morning Water.

FIBROIDS AND STAGNATION KICK THE BUCKET

Ms Mashamaize was troubled by a legion of problems. Her professional nursing career coupled with her academic endeavours put so much pressure on her. The South African national also had uterine fibroids and experienced stagnation and disappointments in many areas of her life. After undergoing surgery for fibroids in 2010, the unhealthy growths resurfaced in 2011 much to the bewilderment of her gynaecologist who encouraged her to seek God’s help, stressing that the resurgence of the fibroids was a mystery to her with all the years she has practised.

Her quest for God was given a boost by a friend who told her about the kingdom exploits of Prophet T.B. Joshua. Searching for the man of God endlessly via the internet and cable TV, she almost gave up because she had erroneously thought that T.B. Joshua was the name of a TV channel. But her persistence paid off and she finally discovered Emmanuel TV and came to realise that Prophet T.B. Joshua was a Prophet of God and not a TV channel. She developed the habit of praying with the man of God and eventually visited The SCOAN in December, 2013. After receiving prayers from the man of God, she returned to South Africa and was certified free from fibroids after an ultra-sound scan was conducted on her.

As she continued praying along with the man of God on Emmanuel TV, her hitherto poor academic performance improved drastically. According to her, the man of God signed some papers she was holding in the dream and told her they were her university papers. After that experience, she applied for admission into the university and was successful. Today, she has obtained her Bachelor’s and is currently rounding-off her Master’s programme in Clinical Psychology. In addition to these blessings, she was also rescued from a ghastly motor accident through God’s protection after ministering the Morning Water. CATAPULTED TO NATIONAL LIMELIGHT BY GRACE

As a teacher who had put in 15 years into the profession, Mr Justin Atindohouto expected promotion to higher levels but it was never to be. Surprisingly, it was his subordinates that overtook him in the scheme of things, much to his disappointment. To find an escape route from the psychological trauma his stagnation was causing, he took to drinking alcohol. His family life deteriorated; he could no longer concentrate on his parental role. His mother was hugely taken aback by his situation because he was the most educated in the entire family.

As he battled with his problems, he encountered a friend who introduced him to Emmanuel TV. He reluctantly accepted his friend’s advice and decided to pray along with the man of God on Emmanuel TV. PROMOTED BY FIRE

After being promoted to the Rank of Superintendent of Immigrations in 2008, Mrs Ebong from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, battled to get to the next rank. On three occasions, her name was not included in the list of officers to sit for the promotion exams, leaving her stranded in the same position for six years while all her colleagues enjoyed their new ranks. Remembering the counsels of the man of God who encourages Christians never to yield to the devil’s antics whenever there are challenges, she continued to believe in God for a breakthrough.

When it was time for another promotion exam, she prepared herself, ministered the Morning Water on her papers and sat for the exam, calling on God to hear her cry. To God be the glory! On Sunday, January 10, 2016, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua added a philosophical dimension to the idea of love, urging Christians to understand the secrets of its applicability to life and to the service of God: “When we love without expectation, our love is being sown to the Spirit. Anything you do to carry God along, you are doing it in Spirit because God is Spirit – I mean, in total humility and submission to His will”. Speaking further, this time about expectation, the man of God linked it to the emergence of offence, especially when our expectation from people is not met: “Expectation of certain behaviours from loved ones, relatives, acquaintances and friends sets us up for offence. This is a major root of offence”. Instead of imbibing the mundane philosophy of tit-for-tat that has become one of the greatest banes of Christianity all over the world, Prophet T.B. Joshua admonished Christians to love without expectation and do good even to those who hurt us.

DEAD MANHOOD RESTORED TO LIFE

When the man of God appeared to the congregation pen-ultimate Sunday, after several months of dutiful absence, he did not come empty-handed. In confirmation of his declaration that he was not on holiday, he presented a power-packed gift to the church – the Believer’s Card. Mr and Mrs Kalu are living witnesses to the spiritual efficacy of the new medium. “When the man of God gave me this card, something like a shadow immediately walked out of me…I staggered and eventually fell down. When I stood up, I decided to take this card home to share with my family,” Mrs Kalu told the congregation as she testified to the mighty works of God in her family. Getting home, Mrs Kalu introduced the card to her husband who had been suffering from erectile dysfunction for five years. Those years were strewn with dejection and lack of affection for the couple as they slept in separate rooms – a practice unbecoming of a Christian couple.

Mr Kalu, who was also beset by a legion of other challenges, wept after he had been introduced to the Believer’s Card, bemoaning his financial fate. But his wife was on hand to help encourage him. As the family prayed with the card, the results came in an instant. Mr Kalu vibrated as he held the card in prayer; he noticed something move within him and as he tried to fathom what was going on, the vibration increased in intensity. His erection was restored instantly during the prayer while the affection that had deserted the marriage returned in abundance. Mr Kalu expressed inestimable gratitude to God for restoring the joy and affection of his marriage, even as he advised people to hold on dearly to any medium given to them by the man of God. He observed that there is nothing beyond God.

THE BELIEVER’S CARD REUNITES MOTHER AND CHILD IN JESUS’ NAME

Pastor Mrs Ruth Ojoka had come to The SCOAN with a heavy burden on her mind. Her only daughter had absconded from home and had not been seen for ten years. Seated in the auditorium, in anticipation of divine intervention, she was beckoned upon by the man of God. As soon as he called on her, she burst into a screaming hysteria, “Man of God, where is my child? Prophet T.B. Joshua, where is my child?” Understanding her pain, the man of God gave her the Believer’s Card. Mrs Ojoka prayed with the Believer’s Card, calling on God to reunite her with her only daughter, wherever she was in the world.

In a matter of three days, her daughter called her via telephone, after which arrangements were made for their reunion at The SCOAN. On the fourth day, Miss Rejoice Ojoka who had been missing from home ran into the warm embrace of her mother right here at the Arena of Liberty. Narrating her experience, Miss Rejoice Ojoko confessed to have been possessed by the spirits of an unreasonable hatred towards her mother and lust which lured her way from home into the wild world. Expressing the mutual affection that had ceased to exist between them, mother and daughter embraced each other in an emotion-laden reunion. Mrs. Ojoka described the Believer’s Card as an invaluable vessel of God’s power that cannot be subdued.

DOUBLE PROTECTION, HEALING AND MIRACULOUS RESCUE FOR THE DIJENGS

Seated in The SCOAN auditorium on Sunday, January 3, 2016, Mr Moemedi Dijeng from Botswana received some prophetic words from Prophet T.B. Joshua about his life. “…This last September 17, something terrible happened to you. It would have taken your life… just give thanks to God that you witnessed this year… your blood was taken… there is a travel before you this February. It was September that you attempted to go when that accident happened.” One week after, Mr Dijeng visited The SCOAN in the company of his wife to confirm the prophecy and to testify to the goodness of God in their lives.

According to Mr Dijeng the said accident actually involved his wife. It was a multiple accident in which three cars were affected. Pictorial evidences showed how Mrs Dijeng’s car was hit from behind and battered. The couple were unanimous in their belief that the Morning Stickers pasted at the back of the car prevented any form of fatality. Mr Dijeng also confirmed the prophecy concerning blood taken from him. He told the congregation that so much blood had been taken from him over the years for examination to ascertain certain medical conditions threatening his health. In one of the medical reports, he was diagnosed with high blood pressure.

Continuing, Mr Dijeng, was delivered and eventually certified free from the disease. His rescue from an accident that would have consumed his life also came to the fore as he testified to God’s glory in his life. Then, he was a heavy drinker of alcohol and would spend nights on the crawl from bars to nightclubs. On one occasion, after soaking himself in liquor, he drove at a high speed and later fell asleep, only for the car to dangerously skid off the road. How he was able to survive that accident remains a miracle. Mr Dijeng later embraced and started ministering the Morning Water on himself and discovered that his drinking habit was no more. The same Morning Water ministration brought about his miraculous acquittal from a 10 year-old court case in which he had earlier been convicted. The visibly elated couple advised viewers all over the world to have faith in God.

A MORNING WATER-INSPIRED TURN-AROUND

Before she visited The SCOAN in 2013, her life was overgrown with weeds of limitation. Her school business witnessed stagnation as student enrolment waned drastically. Ends refused to meet while bills piled up unpaid as she was left with her precarious fate staring her in the face. Mrs Nkem Esedo, a native of Anambra residing in Wukari, Taraba brought her ‘trailer load of problems’ to The SCOAN where she received prayer and the Morning Water. After she returned home and ministered the Morning Water, life turned around. Gradually, student enrolment increased dramatically. Mrs Esedo would later build more classrooms as her finances improved.

She would go on to acquire an acre of land in addition to building a new palatial apartment for her accommodation. Life indeed moved from grass to grace. She also bought a new car for herself even as the academic fortunes of her school became reputable – most of the results of her students who sat for their WAEC examinations came in as distinctions. Thanking God for the turn-around, Mrs Esedo advised people facing similar challenges to seek the face of God as He alone can turn situations around for good.

MIRACULOUS PROMOTION FROM THE THRONE OF GRACE

Mr Geoffrey Mensah from Ghana was stuck in his banking career in the centre of nowhere. In spite of his lofty credentials, he remained stagnant in one position – Officer Grade 2 for nine years. His wife, knowing that her husband’s case needed divine solution, visited The SCOAN and received the Morning Water. Returning home, she shared the Morning Water with her husband. Mr Mensah made it a duty to minister the Morning Water every day as he went to work, asking God to help him. Within one month of ministering the Morning Water, he received a double promotion. He was promoted from Officer Grade 2 to Officer Grade 1 and from Officer Grade 1 to Branch Manager. DOG SPIRIT DECIMATED BY THE BELIEVER’S CARD

A strange hush fell over the congregation as the young man received the Believer’s Card from Prophet T.B. Joshua, only to see him explode into a flurry of movement. The evil spirit hiding in the boy’s life had been exposed by the light of God and began to manifest out of his life. Seeing the spiritual battle that was taking place, the man of God instructed, “Shout Jesus!” As the boy shouted the name above all names, he was hurled to the ground and the demon was cast out. The congregation roared. The man of God prophesied how the boy had been possessed by the spirit of dog which had given him the same immoral, flirting characteristics and had ruined his life but was now a thing of the past.

Now, a week later, as he came forward to testify to the congregation, Mr Rial Rustamov explained that his affliction began seven years ago when he had a dream where he was bitten by a dog. The spirit of dog entered him at that point and destroyed his academic and spiritual life. He could not concentrate; he would watch pornography, masturbate, flirt at school and spend hours chatting with girls online at home, as the man of God had prophesied. His academic life was affected in that his grades started deteriorating. He was no longer able to keep focused while in class. He no longer spent time reading the Bible or praying and found himself lose interest in the things of God.

However, since receiving his Believer’s Card from the man of God, the 20 year old from Azerbaijan in Eastern Europe declared that he no longer thinks about pornography, lust or evil. He says he felt that he had been given spiritual armour to protect himself against the wicked thoughts of the enemy which had pushed him into a life of flirtation and frustration.

He advised those caught in similar traps of the devil as he had been that they should trust in God as He alone could make a way where there seemed to be no way in their lives.

The remainder of the service was an action packed session as the man of God delved into the deep things of God to speak forth God’s opinion over the lives of scores of individuals face to face, calling them out from among the congregation. As the Lord Jesus revealed intimate details about their past, present and future, the time of prophecy brought the conviction of sin, edification and comfort to the people of God.

Thereafter, the man of God sent two of his evangelists to lead the congregation and viewers worldwide in mass prayer which captured their bodies, souls and spirits for the glory of God as they were released from every evil spirit which had been threatening their future. As the evil spirits were expelled from the lives of their helpless victims, people fell to the floor under the delivering influence of the Holy Spirit and many received instant healing, some even vomiting out the spiritual causes of pain and sicknesses in their lives in a mighty outpouring of the Spirit of the living God. “Son of David, have mercy on me… Let Your mercy speak for me… Your divine favour locate me…” The choir heralded in the Sunday service with an appeal for mercy from the throne of grace, knowing that all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. Evangelist Kimi Skota gave a heart-moving rendition of the Christian classic – Amazing Grace. The pungency of her voice and the clarity of the lyrics reminded all of the awesomeness of God – a loving Father always willing to welcome both the lost sheep and the prodigal son.Evangelist Racine, in a message titled BE DETERMINED, urged believers to remain steadfast in the race, irrespective of the troubles they may encounter on their way to glory. He urged them to bless God in good and in bad times: “Those who find room in their hearts to bless the name of the Lord, in their trials, always have breakthrough.” He also encouraged them to move on, no matter what comes and no matter what happens. According to him, their faith in God is the most important element that will see them through the rough and muddy terrains of life, if only they can act it out and hold on to it without failing. He defines it thus: “Faith is not abstract. Faith is not a risk but a sure and practical act.” In his conclusion, he called on Christians to see the unseen in every situation by applying their faith to every circumstance. He urged them to dig deep and reject the suggestions of the spirit of fear: “when fear hits, speed up the attack! We fight through our situation by maximizing our forward motion.”

SPIRIT WIFE DECIMATED BY HOLY GHOST FIRE

Chief Collins Okorie, a Nigerian resident in Ghana, could not fathom the reason for most of the strange behaviours he exhibited towards his wife until he visited The SCOAN. The Nigerian businessman was afflicted by a spirit wife who ensured that his immediate family was never at peace. She would always visit him at exactly 1 am and have intimacy with him after which he would descend on his wife with blows much to the surprise and annoyance of his children. For so long, peace and harmony were absent in his marriage. 

His relationship with the spirit wife affected him in many untold ways. He was afflicted with sickness any time money came his way and he tried to buy things for his wife. Sometimes, he would use his money to lust after other women, spending wastefully. Chief Okorie could not tell anyone about his experiences with the spirit wife because she had threatened to kill him if he ever revealed their affair to anyone. Unknown to Chief Okorie, his soul had been under the influence of the devil through his agent, the spirit wife.

While Mrs Okorie was fed up with the no-affection situation in their marriage, she vowed never to enter the New Year with this problem. She came down to The SCOAN where she received deliverance and got the Morning Water and Faith Bracelet. Reaching home with the anointed materials, the spirit wife appeared to Chief Okorie and tried to convince him to steal away the Faith Bracelet from his wife. Each time he tried to touch the Faith Bracelet, he felt something like an electric shock and retreated. And as his wife ministered the Morning Water, he felt some reaction within his body and opened up to her on his experiences with the spirit wife.

Mrs Okorie convinced her husband on the urgent need to visit The SCOAN. As he journeyed to The SCOAN, the spirit wife appeared to him physically on two occasions and told him how foolish he was to end their relationship rather abruptly. She even went to the extent of taking his wedding ring from his finger. Undeterred and inspired by his wife, Chief Okorie eventually arrived at The SCOAN. As he sat in the auditorium, the spirit wife appeared trying to deceive him out of the church.

As soon as Chief Okorie heard the voice of the man of God, he fell under the anointing of God and his body began to shake uncontrollably. As he continued to shiver, he manifested the spirit wife who boasted that she had destroyed his business and spoilt his career. He was eventually delivered and set free from the manipulation of the spirit wife. Testifying alongside his wife, he publicly apologised to his wife and thanked God for restoring his marital bliss and affection. He urged people to always go for spiritual check-up before they embark on marriage.

LIFTED FROM GRASS TO GRACE

Mr Barango Matthew Wenke was stricken by poverty to the extent that his daughter was once sent away from school because they could not afford to pay her school fees of two thousand naira. As he struggled to make a meaning out of his life, he embraced politics but was eventually betrayed by fellow politicians. After opting out of politics, he had a dream of establishing a refinery and nurtured that dream with his faith in God. Still holding unto his dream, he decided to come to The SCOAN where he received the Morning Water which he continued to minister as he walked the talk of his dream. 

Within a very short while, the story of his life changed. People who avoided him in the past looked for him and offered to help him. He eventually received financial assistance to establish his refinery after being granted the operational licence. Nurturing a vision to be among the list of Africa’s richest, he diversified and established over ten companies, including a school for the less-privileged, a low-cost university for the poor and an airline. With offices in Benin Republic, Abuja and Yenagoa and with prospects in Israel Mr, Wenke, a native of Bayelsa, is creating jobs for youths in Nigeria.

After a tough election that took place in the office of the Honourable Minister of Petroleum, Mr Barango Matthew Wenke emerged the President of the Private Refinery Owners of Nigeria (PRON). Thanking God for his ‘grass to grace’ story he advised people to have faith in God, wait for His time and worship together with their spouses.

AGE-LONG YOKE OF BEDWETTING BROKEN THROUGH PROPHECY

Mrs Ajao had come to The SCOAN with a paper filled with prayer points, hoping to receive God’s touch. She never had an inkling that the real problem tormenting her life would be spotted by the man of God. She was more concerned about her financial problems and expected God to put an end to them. The man of God was almost leaving the auditorium when he turned around and called her out. “There’s a woman here…your problem is bedwetting…come out.” Running out from the congregation, Mrs Ajao received her deliverance amidst screams. The man of God explained that it was an evil spirit that was responsible for her problem.

Returning to The SCOAN with her husband for testimony, Mrs Ajao told the congregation how she had suffered so much embarrassment due to the yoke of bedwetting. According to her, the problem started from childhood and had prevented her from spending the night away from home. All medical examinations aimed at ascertaining the cause of the problem showed that there was nothing amiss with her urinary system. She also praised her husband for standing by her, in spite of the stigma attached to her problem. Thanking God for delivering her from the spirit of bedwetting, Mrs Ajao advised people to come to the realisation that miracles are real at The SCOAN even as she admonished them to move closer to God in faith.

ABSOLUTE TRANSFORMATION FROM ZERO TO HERO

When Mr Thompson Muzona visited The SCOAN in February 2011, he was languishing in poverty and hardship and needed urgent divine help. The Zimbabwean was able to meet with the man of God who prayed for him and made a prophetic declaration – “It is done: go and implement.” Returning to his country with the Morning Water given to him by the man of God, he continued to pray, believing strongly in the prophetic declaration of the man of God. He ministered the Morning Water incessantly during prayers and kept his faith intact. Within a short time, the hand of God began to manifest in his life. From one makeshift grocery shop, he constructed nine more. As ideas from heaven flashed through his mind, he thought of diversifying his business and ventured into transportation. Today, he has fifteen buses on the road.

Mr Muzona has moved from his one-room rented apartment to his own building and has also acquired more land to expand his business. Apart from the grocery and transportation businesses, he also plans to establish a pharmacy and butchery. He is a major employer of labour in his country. Thanking God for transforming his life through the medium of the Morning Water, he told the congregation that God’s grace located him in many ways. According to him, a two-year yoke of barrenness was also broken when God blessed him and his wife with two great boys. Filled with joy and the spirit of gratitude to God, he advised the whole world to wait upon God as He will never disappoint.

SPIRIT HUSBAND EXPELLED, MARITAL BLISS RESTORED

Mr and Mrs Azumah Wisdom were married with children yet the devil found a way to add trouble to their lives. Mrs Wisdom had a spiritual husband that had truncated the affection in their marriage. She would see a strange man in the dream claiming to be her husband. The same strange man had earlier appeared to her in a dream when she was about to marry Mr Wisdom. In that dream, she got engaged to the strange man.  After that episode, everything fell apart between her and Mr Wisdom. There was no affection. She would beat and disgrace her husband in public. Sometimes, she would deny him of affection and make him feel inferior. According to Mr Wisdom, even when his wife agreed to his advances, he would lose his erection.

As she came to The SCOAN in search of a solution to her spiritual problem, the man of God located her through the word of prophecy. “She has a spiritual husband…if she is not separated from the spiritual husband, this man (referring to Mr Wisdom) cannot enjoy the marriage.” Prophet T.B. Joshua, taking authority in the mighty name of Jesus, cast out the spirit husband and severed whatever covenant he had with Mrs Wisdom, thereby restoring their marriage and bringing joy back into their lives. Testifying before the congregation, the couple confessed their new-found love for each other. In an emotion-laden review of her unsavoury past, Mrs Wisdom regretted all she had done to her husband and pleaded for his forgiveness. She thanked God for her deliverance and for the restoration of affection in their marriage.

DELIVERED FROM THE SNARES OF A STRANGE WOMAN

There is nothing hidden under the sun. The forgoing captures the power of prophecy and lends credence to the omniscience of God who has continued to use His servant Prophet T.B. Joshua to reveal hidden things to the children of God. After Mr Robert Nnazi had an illicit affair with a woman, she used a handkerchief to clean herself up. Later, he discovered that his manhood was no longer functioning properly to the extent that he could not meet his wife. According to Mr Nnazi, a native of Benue, Nigeria, the strange woman had caused so much havoc to his life. He had lost his first wife as a result of his affair with the woman. Even his career suffered serious setback and stagnation since he met the strange woman. He had also escaped death by motor accident on three occasions.

In his dreams, he would see snakes feeding him with pepper soup as well as strange people pointing guns at him. In one of the motor accidents, he had been declared dead and taken to the mortuary before he eventually woke up. All those evil consequences of his affair with the strange woman came to an end when he received the prophecy from the man of God during a Sunday service: “There is a brother there…you met a woman. After meeting the woman, she used a handkerchief to clean her body and since then, your “thing” died… you cannot meet your wife…”

Mr Nnazi was delivered by Prophet T.B. Joshua and was declared free in Jesus’ name. Testifying after his deliverance, Mr Nnazi thanked God for saving him from destruction and death and regretted the misery and evil experiences his affair with the strange lady had brought into his life. Today, he enjoys greater affection with his wife, whom he described as a lovely woman. He advised people all over the world to have faith in God in times of trouble.

In his deep and incisive message on Sunday, 24 January, 2016 titled, Life Through The Spirit, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua admonished Christians on the need to understand the workings of God in the spirit realm because God is Spirit. God must be worshipped in spirit. Romans 8:14 says, “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.” According to Prophet T.B. Joshua, if you don’t worship God who is a Spirit, in the spirit, you will be led intellectually or by your emotions – what you see, hear, read or how you feel. If we do not worship God who is a Spirit, in the spirit, can we hope to obtain His favour and acceptance? So, we miss the end of worship. Speaking further, the man of God said, “When one does not worship God who is a Spirit, in the spirit, the worship is defective; that is, carnal – dealing only in the letter and referring to the Spirit and design, which are at a distance, by types and ceremonies. We must depend upon God’s Spirit for strength and assistance, laying our souls under His influence and operation (Romans 1:9). We should worship Him with fixedness of thought and a flame of affection, with all that is within us”. He then advised all to commit themselves to the guidance of the Word.

TESTIMONIES

MIRACULOUS HEALING AND BREAKTHROUGH
Mrs Charlotte Aidoo suffered from severe hypertension for five years. She was always weak and could not live the normal life she had been used to. Her career as a caterer was hugely affected as she could not deliver on orders made by her clients. Whenever she received orders she would hand them over to her apprentices who ended up disappointing her clients. It got to a time that she stopped receiving orders from customers because of her health. The financial toll the ailment took on her was unquantifiable as she spent a fortune on medication.

Mrs Aidoo visited The SCOAN and was at the Prayer Line where she received prayers from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua and was also blessed with the Morning Water. On her return to her native Ghana, she ministered the Morning Water after which she visited the hospital where she was certified free from hypertension. Mrs Aidoo is now back to her energetic self. She works hard, is very healthy and happy with her healing.

One day, when she had already gone back to Ghana, she was called that her bakery caught on fire. Immediately when she got the call, she was confident that God would take charge in the situation because she always faithfully ministered the Morning Water on her business in Jesus’ name. To the glory of God, when the fire was put out, nothing was destroyed. After the whole incident, someone told her that a man wearing white had come to the bakery and told the workers to put powdered soap inside water and spray it all over the bakery. Immediately after they did that, the fire stopped. Mrs Aidoo tried looking for the man who helped save her business, but to this date, they cannot trace the man at all. To God be the glory!

DELIVERED FROM THE SPIRIT OF DEATH

The spirit of premature death had been a thorn in the flesh of the Phiris back
in their native Zambia. Shortly after Mrs Phiri gave birth to her first baby girl, she lost her to that wicked spirit after weeks of medical care in the hospital. It was that unpalatable experience that led them to the discovery of Emmanuel TV. Consequently, Mr Phiri visited The SCOAN and received the Morning Water with which he returned to Zambia. After ministering the Morning Water together, the couple met as husband and wife.

Mrs Phiri eventually became pregnant and later delivered a second baby girl to the glory of God. Soon after the delivery of the baby, the same ailment that was said to have killed their first child reared its ugly head again. Having been diagnosed with pneumonia and anaemia, the new baby was bed-ridden in hospital and had to be placed under oxygen with urgent need of a blood transfusion. Mrs Phiri would not give in to fear. Instead, she continued to pray, ministering the Morning Water and believing her daughter was healed. She insisted her daughter should be discharged much to the displeasure of the doctors and nurses.

Back home with her daughter, Mrs Phiri continued to minister the Morning Water until it dawned on her that her daughter was indeed healed. Returning to the hospital for test, it was discovered that her daughter was free from all the ailments that had earlier been diagnosed in her – giving her a very outstanding clean bill of health. Mrs Phiri, while displaying all the medical test documents, thanked God for restoring her daughter’s health and for putting an end to the yoke of premature death that had tormented her for so long. She gave the following advice to viewers all over the world: “If you want to overcome the devil’s schemes, do so by the blood of Jesus and the word of your testimony.”

MUTIPLE MIRACLES THROUGH THE MORNING WATER
Mr and Mrs Marvellous Nweze had suffered from various different hardships. Mr Nweze had been involved in a terrible motor accident while he was on a journey from Accra, Ghana to Aflao. Prior to embarking on the journey, he ministered the Morning Water on himself. Along the way, he suddenly saw a white car directly in front of him. He tried to dodge it, but lost control causing the car to end up in the bush. While the car was still in motion it was as if he was struggling with an invisible being that was handling the steering wheel. The car finally reached a pot hole and started spinning and suddenly, it stopped. He pulled himself together and came out of the car. To his surprise, he discovered that all four tires of the car had deflated. It is indeed a miracle that a car could travel that distance with four deflated tires. There was a large crowd gathered around. They wondered how anyone could have come out of the vehicle alive.

He further testified about how God healed his son of a terrible sickness. According to him, he received a shocking message from the wife while he was away that their son was very sick and she was at the hospital with him. The doctors even reprimanded her as to why she allowed the sickness to reach such a level before seeking medical solution. She explained that it had happened within just 30 minutes. The sickness was so severe that the skin started to peel off. He looked as if he had been severely burnt. With no solution at hand, they ministered their son with the Morning Water and a miracle happened. The sores of the skin and mouth totally disappeared within hours. Seeing the baby now, one would hardly believe he once suffered from such a terrible sickness.

Mr Nweze continued his testimony by recounting how God delivered them from limitation in progress. This happened after they received their deliverance here, at The SCOAN. Their finances were totally transformed. They were able to buy a land and also build a magnificent house, having lived in a rented house for many years. He advised the congregation and viewers all over the world to believe in God; with Him, all things are possible.

GLAUCOMA CANNOT STAND THE LIGHT IN THE MORNING WATER

Mr Cyprien Mouanda suffered a terrible eye problem after an incident that happened eleven years ago while working for an oil company. For awhile, he was out of job as he searched for a lasting solution to his problem. When it appeared as if the ailment was abating, he joined an American company but could only work for seven months due to the resurgence of the eye disease. His company was compassionate; they got him a consultant optician who eventually diagnosed him with glaucoma.

As he resorted to glasses to help improve his sight, his wife discovered Emmanuel TV and shared the marvellous news with him. After realising that they had been missing God’s raw power, the couple decided to visit The SCOAN where they received the Morning Water. When they returned to their native Gabon, Mr Mouanda continued to minister the Morning Water on his eye. Removing his glasses one morning while watching Emmanuel TV, he discovered he could read the subtitles. He tried to read his Bible and saw everything clearly. Returning to the doctors for confirmation, he was certified free from the eye disease that rendered him inefficient at work. Mr Muoanda proclaimed his healing as he also affirmed that God has continued to work in his life since the restoration of his sight.

END OF THE ROAD FOR FAMILY IDOL

Mr Kanyi Randy was possessed by the family idol when he was only two years. He grew up with the spirit and eventually started manifesting some strange characters. He would spend most of his time with computers at the cyber cafe. His computer skills were very obvious but he used them the wrong way. He would build websites for people for illicit businesses. As he progressed in school, he became a truant who would go out to get drugs for his mates. He started ganging up with bad friends who ensured that his appetite for alcohol and Indian hemp remained unmatchable.

Randy was dismissed from five different schools for his misdemeanours. He later became a scammer, using the credit cards of unsuspecting people to shop for free online. His mastery of the internet made him an asset even to churches where he was taken for deliverance. After spending days in one particular church, he had to be sent away for being irredeemable; the pastor could not deliver him. Randy continued to have horrible dreams in which he found himself eating assorted food and having sexual relations with women.

From his internet escapades, Randy made money which he usually squandered on girls of easy virtue at clubs and casinos. He would keep late nights in the company of rugged friends. On one occasion, he was beaten and stabbed and nearly lost his life in the process. Randy’s voracious appetite for money was alarming. He would spend millions of CFAs in a matter of days, frolicking from one 5-star hotel to the other. His life style gave his mother so much stress. She would borrow money to pay his school fees yet he would mess up himself with his wayward fancies. Fed up with his life, his mother handed him over to his aunt who took it upon herself to bring him down to The SCOAN for deliverance. During the ministration of the Morning Water on a Sunday service, the young man fell under the power of God just as the spirit cried out through him, “I am the family idol… nothing good comes out of his life… I give him money anytime he needs it… He has talent but I use it negatively.” In spite of all attempts to resist arrest and binding, the spirit tormenting young Randy was cast out finally.

Testifying in an emotion-laden recall of his irresponsible past, Randy regretted the pains he had put his mother through and thanked God for his freedom. The young man advised the youth to pursue hard work instead of quick fixes.

Having been sent by Prophet T.B. Joshua, in Jesus’ name, Evangelists Yinka and Rikhard led a great onslaught against the kingdom of darkness during the  Mass Prayer. It was historic in the sense that many were set free from age-long bondages and demonic manipulations. Many vomited all substances of spiritual contamination that had wreaked havoc on their lives for so long. To God be the Glory

THE HIDDEN TRUTH

God’s presence was felt in every aspect of the Sunday service of January 31, 2016 at The SCOAN. As the choir gave congregants enough musical reasons to shake off the devil from every corner of their lives, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua reminded all Christians of the need to hold on to God in times of trouble. According to him, troubles have always had a significant role to play in the lives of all those who have a special place in God’s heart. In a message titled, THE HIDDEN TRUTH, the man of God observed: “When you are in trouble, that trouble should strengthen your desire and determination for God. Your situation cannot say you are not a Christian. God refines us with situations like that. The reaction of your situation on you separates impurities. Your situation separates impurities and allows the character of God to grow in your life. My situation cannot determine my Christian life. The Spirit of God needs a free spirit”.

Concluding, the man of God admonished congregants to avoid the erroneous impression that the Christian race is a bed of roses. According to him, the crown only comes after the trials that must be overcome: “A true Christian is tested by his ability to face situations. Trials and temptations are tests to promote you. Your faith life needs to be tested by foolish things. You can never live and be ‘out of touch’ until the end of your days. That touch is to separate impurities and allow the character of God in your life to grow”.

 AK 47 RENDERED HARMLESS

All the way from Edo State Nigeria, HRH Aidenojie Ehidiamen attended the first Sunday service of 2016 were he received the new Good Morning Sticker from the man of God. The royal father who is also an ardent user of the Morning Water has always made it a point of duty to minister anointing materials from The SCOAN, in the name of Jesus.  

After that eventful first Sunday service of the year, the traditional ruler in company of his driver and police escort had prayed and committed the journey back to Edo state into God’s hands. He ministered the Morning Water and asked for God’s protection on the road.

On their way back to Edo State, specifically around the Ijebu-Ode axis, their car had run into a gang of robbers on the road. Flouting the orders of the AK 47-carrying robbers who tried to flag them down, the driver manoeuvred his way out of the way of the robbers and drove the royal father out of the danger zone. But for the miraculous hand of God which played a major role in their safety, the robbers would have opened fire seeing that their plans did not work out. It also remains a mystery how the driver forgot to put on his headlamp which would have exposed the police officer to the robbers, thereby drawing the anger of the marauders of the highway who hate to behold any law enforcement agent whenever they are at work.

Thanking God for their miraculous protection, the royal father urged people all over the world to appreciate the anointing materials from The SCOAN. He also prayed to God to continue to increase the man of God in anointing as he keeps helping mankind and returning them to Christ.

HARDSHIP BOWS TO THE POWER OF THE ANOINTING

Mr Nzube Onyekaozulu had been delivered at The SCOAN in February 2012. After that experience, the young man embarked on the compulsory National Youth Service Corps programme and was posted to the capital city of Abuja where he was faced with the grim reality of hardship. Mr Onyekaozulu experienced so much hardship that he had to live in an area where the safety of life was not guaranteed. On one occasion, with his Morning Sticker on his door, armed robbers could not even knock; they passed his door and attacked other tenants.

As he continued to pray and minister the Morning Water, a business idea from heaven came to his mind. He started shoe business with the little money he had saved. He would move from office to office selling shoes. With credit facilities from a friend, his business grew. It got to a level that he bought a car from the proceeds of his business. The car became his mobile office as he would stock shoes in the boot and drive to offices to deliver to his customers. From there, he got a shop and stocked it with shoes. Business became very lucrative for Mr Onyekaozulu who now boasts of three good cars. He is also an employer of labour and has continued to support people who need help, especially in the area of their education. Apart from his shoe business, the young man is also involved in car business. He connects people to sellers and gets commission. Thanking God for the turn-around in his life, Mr Onyekaozulu urged people to seek first the Kingdom of God so that all other things would be added unto them.

CURVED SPINE STRAIGHTENED AND HEALED

Mrs Tsholofelo Moagi-Hlohlolo, a native of South Africa, suffered from a curved spine after she delivered her daughter. The condition deteriorated to the extent that she could not do her domestic chores. It was very difficult for her to drive even as she couldn’t carry heavy burden. She was taken to many hospitals yet there was no solution in sight.  A particular doctor even suggested that she be confined to a wheelchair but her belief in God lingered while she hoped for the best. A friend would later introduce her to Emmanuel TV after all her efforts to get medical help failed. Speaking emphatically, her friend told her that help would surely be found at The SCOAN. 

Visiting The SCOAN in 2014, Mrs Moagi-Hlohlolo received prayers from Prophet T.B. Joshua as well as the Morning Water. On her return to her native South Africa, she would give the Morning Water to her children who would in turn minister it on her body. As the ministration went on, she felt sensations on her body. Her healing was almost immediate; all the debilitating pains that accompanied her curved spine gave way to the healing hand of God. Today, she is totally healed and is fit, hale and hearty and does all those things she could not do before now. Mrs Moagi-Hlohlolo gave thanks to God for her healing and urged people all over the world to have faith in Him.

A HOPELESS SITUATION TURNS PROSPEROUS

Mr Isa Barguma was a civil servant in his native Adamawa State, Nigeria. As a Staff Officer, he could not achieve much with his salary. It was as if he was working from hand to mouth. The trend continued until he retired and was left with nothing apart from his paltry pension. All efforts to create something out of retirement failed. His plan to go into farming fell apart. He eventually embraced buying and selling but could not make much progress from that. It was at the verge of his frustrations that a friend introduced him to Emmanuel TV which he later installed in his house. 

In May, 2015, Mr Barguma visited The SCOAN and received the Morning Water with which he prayed, insisting that he would not return to Adamawa empty-handed. As a mark of his seriousness with God, he ministered a whole bottle of the Morning Water on himself. Shortly after his arrival in Adamawa, things that happened can only be described as a raw expression of God’s power. Two weeks after his visit to The SCOAN, he bought a house of his own after his business experienced a sudden but miraculous boost. This was followed by a car. In a matter of three weeks, he was blessed with a house and a car – things that some other people labour for in their entire life time.

Thanking God for his restoration, Mr Barguma also highlighted the immense benefit of the Morning Water on his family’s health. According to him, ever since he started ministering the Morning Water in his home, no member of the family has fallen ill. He advised all retirees to run to Jesus.

AGE-LONG MIGRAINE IS NO MORE

For over six years, Miss Martha Obiofiong, a native of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, suffered from severe migraines which greatly affected her academic activities. The problem continued even when she embarked on the mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme. Having been posted to a school, she could not withstand the noise and unruliness of pupils to an extent that the Head Teacher always gave her permission to go and rest whenever she got tired. All medical efforts to solve her problem hit the brick walls

. 

One day, reprieve came her way. That day the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua made his first appearance after several months of dutiful absence and came with a great gift to the church – the Believer’s Card. Miss Obiofiong was one of the lucky recipients of that gift. After receiving the Believer’s Card, she prayed with it that very night. While discussing with family members, she felt like scratching her head. As she placed her hand on the spot she wanted to scratch, she removed a strange pin from there. Since that pin was removed, the age-long migraine ceased till date. While thanking God for her new-found freedom, Miss Obiofiong urged people all over the world not to limit God to a particular response but to leave everything to Him.

DIABETES AND HYPERTENSION MEET THEIR WATERLOO

Mr Samuel Banigo from Rivers State, Nigeria, suffered from diabetes and hypertension. The health challenge had been a recurring issue in his maternal lineage. Many of his aunts and uncles have died of the ailment. Even his mother had the same problem. Life became a shadow of itself for him as he would urinate frequently even when he was on a journey. Sometimes, he would pay additional money in order to allow drivers stop for him to ease himself. While everyone was asleep at night, he would visit the rest room continuously. All the drugs recommended for him by doctors proved incapable of helping his condition.

In 2015, Mr Banigo visited The SCOAN and came to the Prayer Line where only a wave from the hand of Prophet T.B. Joshua made the difference. According to him, immediately the man of God waved his hand towards him, he felt a cool sensation and afterwards, all the symptoms of diabetes and hypertension stopped. Returning to the same hospital that diagnosed him with those ailments, he was issued a clean bill of health stating that he was totally free from the two health monsters that tried to destroy his life. Mr Banigo urged people all over the world to accept the fact that Prophet T.B. Joshua is a man of God sent from Heaven to bring healing and salvation to mankind.

DISAPPOINTMENT TURNED TO APPOINTMENT THROUGH PROPHETIC WORD

Driven by a bitter disappointment and left lifeless like a ship without a sail, Mr Phumudzo Madzhie from South Africa came to The SCOAN in 2014, and received a prophecy by Prophet T.B. Joshua that he had applied to the USA and that he had been disqualified. The man of God instructed him that after the deliverance, he should reapply. The man of God also warned him that he should settle down with a lady before embarking on this journey. He had indeed applied to go to the USA though an organization initiated by the President of the US. He was disqualified and not selected, leaving him terribly rejected and frustrated. If not for the prophetic word, he would never have reapplied. However, before reapplying, he followed the second instruction in the prophecy to settle with his fiancée and within a few months, they got married because he knew it was an instruction in righteousness. There were 50,000 applications and only wanted 40 from South Africa. He calculated the percentage chance that it would be him as 0.0003. Nevertheless, he applied and was selected by the president of the USA as one of the 500 top up and coming businessmen across Africa to participate in the journey.

He went for the all expenses paid trip touring around the USA highlighting in Chicago and Washington DC. They had weeks of two lectures per day along with workshops and meetings with CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies, visiting the World Bank and Google HQ to name a few. He was also invited to go to the White House where he met the US President, Barack Obama. Now, he knows so many connections in different countries across Africa and several US capital organisations to be able to fund any of the projects that he wants to do. After coming back, he was able to start a restaurant under the franchise called Mike’s Kitchen. He began receiving multiple awards in this franchise as the Best Newcomer/Franchisee, 2014 and award of joining The Millionaires Club 2014, for a store that consistently had a turnover of over 1 million Rand per month. Being inspired by the example of Prophet T.B. Joshua, he has also sponsored over 300 families with food allowances, scholarships and internships at his company. His advice “is that the grace and mercy of God is all that you need. That is the only thing that can qualify you for the things that you want.” He also wanted to thank the man of God for giving his life direction because if not for the prophecy, he didn’t know where he would be today. Crowing the whole testimony off, the man of God smiled as he said, “You will soon leave that restaurant for your wife – something even bigger is coming for you”.

RELATIONSHIP BEGINS WITH GOD

In The SCOAN Sunday Service of February 7, 2016, after a time of anointed praise and worship, the congregants received food for their souls from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. As he dwelt further on certain salient truths about the Christian race, he enlightened the congregation on the attitude required of the true Christian in order to maintain and sustain relationship with their Creator. According to Prophet T.B. Joshua, no Christian should consider themselves out of touch with the harsh reality of trials, attacks and challenges as this forms the basis for their elevation: “As a Christian, take note of this word of exhortation. Anything close to Jesus receives attack. If you are in the place where God wants you to be, the devil will do everything to dislodge you, displace you out of the relationship. It is a sign. When the devil knows you are in a place God wants you, that this is your destiny in your hands, he will fight you. By thinking that you are out of touch, you are giving the devil a chance. I pray you will see that attack you are going through as an object that separates impurities, as a refiner of character, a builder of character.”

TESTIMONY TIME

POLITICAL VICTORY MADE POSSIBLE AT THE POINT OF SURRENDER

Dr Archibong Henry, a medical doctor from Cross River, Nigeria, passed through hardship after his attempt in 2007 to contest a political office left him bankrupt and stranded at point zero. Visiting The SCOAN, Dr and Mrs Archibong received the Morning Water as well as the Good Morning Sticker and their faith and conviction spurred them to conclude that God would soon turn it around for them. One night, after praying with and ministering the Morning Water, Dr Archibong encountered Prophet T.B. Joshua in his dream, taking him to the front of a large crowd where he was given the flag of Nigeria. He woke up and concluded that he needed to re-contest for political office in the upcoming elections.

With no money in his pocket to run a campaign, he was surprised when well wishers raised money for him to get the nomination form. He then chose to send his campaign messages through social media, which did not cost him a dime. Barely a day to the election, he was asked by his party leaders to step down for another candidate who had the financial muscle to flex himself through the tasking processes of the election. He stepped down but was then suddenly invited to another meeting where he was informed that a mock election had been conducted and he had come out the winner. The party leaders therefore said he would be their nominee in the election, despite the fact that he did not have the necessary money to continue the process.

When the election proper was conducted, he won and the electoral tribunal confirmed his victory, naming him the representative of the Itu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, National Assembly. The lawmaker advised people never to see distance as a barrier to blessings from God.

GENETIC TRANSFORMATION THROUGH THE MORNING WATER MEDIUM

Miss Chiazoka Chukwuma, from Enugu, Nigeria was born with sickle cell anaemia, a disease that had claimed the lives of eight of her siblings and truncated her secondary school education. She was also addicted to eating sand and charcoal. The pain she experienced was untold. After traversing several places in search of solution, Miss Chukwuma came across Emmanuel TV in her elder sister’s house. Witnessing that cases worse than hers were being tackled at The SCOAN, she decided to come for her healing. She visited and received the Morning Water which she ministered in prayer at home.

Miss Chiazoka was ecstatic to notice that the pain she had been experiencing all over her body was no more. Excited about the development, she told her elder sister and decided to return to the hospital for a medical re-examination. The tests confirmed that her genotype, which was previously SS, had miraculously turned AA. She is no longer a sickle cell patient! Thanking God in company of her elder sister, she advised people to believe in God’s ability to tackle their own situations just as He has done in her case.

A COLOSSAL BREAKTHROUGH

Mr Tonyekiri Biewari from Bayelsa, Nigeria, had dreamt of encountering Prophet T.B. Joshua in his dream. In that dream, the man of God gave him three cubes of sugar and told him, “Son, you are not meant to struggle in life. God has given you everything you need”. After that experience, the young man who was a contractor with an oil company and was expecting a big contract, made up his mind to visit The SCOAN where he received the Morning Water. Getting home, he gathered his family for prayers and ministered the Morning Water. Two days after returning to his base in Bayelsa, he was awarded the contract he had been running after for two years. Having been awarded the contract, Mr Biewari needed funds to execute it and called the prayer warriors at Emmanuel TV for prayer. Seven days later, he was granted a loan of sixty million naira without collateral.

Within six months, he had offset the loan facility he got from the bank and now has over seven oil barges which he rents outs to oil companies. He has also been able to complete five massive homes which had previously been abandoned for many years due to lack of funds. The number of exotic cars in his garage is unimaginable. He has also embraced the spirit of giving and has given out houses and cars to both individuals and churches. Displaying pictorial evidences of his God-inspired achievement since visiting The SCOAN, Mr Biewari, who was accompanied by members of his family, advised people never to give up on God, no matter the situation.

TB Joshua

In furtherance of his teaching on the need to guard against offence, Prophet T.B. Joshua spoke about THE CHALLENGES FACING RELATIONSHIPS on Sunday, February 14, 2016. He gave a message which dealt with issues faced by countless people worldwide. According to the man of God, the way we handle relationships often leads to offence but we must be careful not to hold onto such offences to the detriment of our own relationship with God. The more we hold onto grudges and offences, the more we imprison ourselves. “We cannot function properly because we are holding someone hostage of unforgiveness. We carry anger, hatred, bitterness, hurt against someone – that is self-imprisonment. Many of us are victims of self-imprisonment.”

With special reference to Romans 12:19-21 which admonishes Christians against anger, vengeance and hatred, the man of God encouraged the congregation not to allow the wrongdoings of others to cut us away from the path God has destined for us. He reckoned that Christians must not allow the hurts and wounds of life to stand between them and God: “Because of wounds and hurts which offences have caused in our lives, most of us cannot function properly in our professions. Each time you carry out the assignment, you remember someone you have trained who has become your boss. You will not want to give your best – and your best is needed.”
Leading by example, the man of God led the congregation in prayer, urging them to let go of the past and free all those who they have held hostage in their minds. He said, “Rise up and let us pray. Right now, begin to release yourself by forgiving those who have wronged you and promise after you leave here, that you will do restitution, in Jesus’ name.”
It was indeed an atmosphere of repentance and restitution as the choir on their part gave the congregation a great musical exhortation on the urgent need to free themselves from grudges, strife and offence.

MIRACLE VISAS FOR THE OKAFORS
Mr and Mrs Uchenna Okafor had been nursing the ambition to travel abroad for a holiday. The funds were not a problem but the destination appeared to be a puzzle to the couple. They had planned to visit Dubai in the United Arab Emirates but eventually changed their minds and settled for the United States of America. Putting all modalities in place, they had to face the uphill task of attending the visa interview at the American embassy in Lagos, Nigeria. Two days to their appointment at the embassy, Mr Okafor visited The SCOAN and was able to see Prophet T.B. Joshua.

Having told the man of God his intention to travel, he also requested for prayers. The man of God only asked him four questions after which he handed the young man a Believer’s Card, declaring that all was well. The young man left with his hopes ignited to high heavens. When the visa interview date came, Mr Okafor and his wife arrived at the embassy only to meet a mammoth crowd scrambling for positions in the long queue. As they strove to find their place in the long queue, a man came and took them to the front where it was easy for them to be attended to.

As the interview commenced, the couple were shocked to witness the rejection of two applicants who were before them on the queue, even though they had rich histories of foreign travels. They were almost thrown into the defeatist thinking that their applications may not sail through since those of more qualified applicants had failed. But that was never to be. When it got to their turn, something unusual happened! The same four questions the man of God had asked Mr Okafor days back were the ones asked by the visa officer. The most striking thing was that the questions came in the same order on both occasions.
As Mr Okafor was trying to fathom the striking semblance of the questions and the order in which they were asked, the next response from the visa officer sent his heart rolling with irrepressible joy. “Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Okafor, your visa requests are granted. Come back next Thursday and pick up your visas”. They had applied for two-week holiday visas but were shocked beyond words to receive two-year multiple entry visas each as they returned to the embassy for collection.

CEASED MENSTRUATION RESTORED
Miss Petronella Majige, a Tanzanian living in Australia, was confused and worried. Her menstrual flow suddenly and inexplicably stopped for more than one year. All efforts to get clarifications from doctors on the reason for her condition remained futile; even her father who was a professor of medicine could not offer any justifiable explanations. Visiting The SCOAN, she was among those who received the Believer’s Card from the man of God in January 2016. Immediately she received the Believer’s Card, Petronella felt a sharp pain within her abdomen. God was at work!

To the glory of God, ever since the day she received the Believer’s Card, her ceased menstrual flow was miraculously restored! Thanking God for her healing, Miss Majige confessed that she had actually come down to The SCOAN for other problems but never knew that God was going to restore her menstruation. She advised people all over the world to be patient with Jesus Christ as He does things in His own time beyond human comprehension.

THREE DECADES OF STAGNATION COME TO A GLORIOUS END
For thirty-one years, Mrs Adegbite Modupe served as a class teacher in a local primary school without promotion. She barely managed to cope with the cumbersome demands of teaching as she had to write loads and loads of lesson notes which sometimes interfered, especially with her private life. She would often be invited to occasions but would not be able to attend because she would have to complete her lesson notes before going out of the house. The struggle continued until January, 2016 when she visited The SCOAN.

Mrs Adegbite Modupe was one of those very fortunate people who received the Believer’s Card from the man of God as he made his inaugural appearance for the New Year. After receiving the Believer’s Card, she went home and resorted to serious prayers. In a matter of three days, God answered her prayers. Engrossed in her duties as class teacher, a call came through informing her of her promotion to the rank of Assistant Head Teacher, a position she had earlier prayed for. Presently enjoying the benefit and privacy of a new office, Mrs Adegbite Modupe is thankful to God for elevating her after three decades of stagnation. She advised people to heed the counsels of God’s prophets with an utmost sense of urgency.

SPINAL SCOLIOSIS BATTLED TO A STANDSTILL
In 2012, Mr Godfrey Kyei suffered from a strange back pain that led to four different surgeries. It was later discovered that the Ghanaian suffered from spinal scoliosis and needed another corrective surgery. Condemned to the use of a walking aid and unable to function as a complete man, Mr Kyei was scared. About that time, he was already watching Emmanuel TV and was conversant with the marvellous works of God at The SCOAN. Rather than allow himself go under the physician’s knives again, he opted to visit The SCOAN because he was very sure and confident that his case was a minor one compared to cases being handled by God in the Arena of Liberty.

Arriving at The SCOAN and placed at the Prayer Line, Godfrey received an anointed touch from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. As soon as the man of God touched him, he felt a sharp sensation from the back of his head down through his spine and that was the end of his agonies. He testified that from that moment, all those pains were gone for good! Demonstrating before the congregation to prove his fitness and new-found freedom from pains, Mr Kyei urged believers to always run to Jesus whenever they face challenges. He happily brandished his medical reports showing his condition before and after the prayer, adding that his miraculous recovery confounded the doctors in charge of his case who had booked him for surgery prior to his visit to The SCOAN.

INABILITY TO WALK REVERSED IN JESUS’ NAME

Mrs Ivonne Milla had a dream in which a strange voice told her that she would not be able to walk anymore. The next day, as she made her way to a training programme, she felt a sharp pain on her back which immediately immobilised her. She could not stand up, let alone walk. Her family was forced to rush her to the hospital where the medical doctor tried in vain to fathom the cause of her problem. She became a serious liability to her family to the extent that someone had to tell her that it was better she relocated to the village to die.

As she battled with the pains and the inability to walk, her mother encouraged her to visit The SCOAN. “But how can a woman who is unable to walk get herself to The SCOAN?” she had uttered to her mother in tears. As a proof of their concern and family love, Mrs Ivonne Milla was virtually carried like a baby by her family to The SCOAN and was placed inside a car at the entrance of the Prayer Line. As the man of God approached her, he handed the Morning Water to her brother and asked him to minister it on her.

As soon as the Morning Water touched her, the man of God commanded her to rise and walk. For the first time in a long while, the Cameroonian rose to her feet and walked to the glory of God. Testifying with members of her family, Mrs Milla thanked God for her healing, adding that she has been strong and healthy for the last twelve months.

A PRECARIOUS MARITAL ISSUE DIVINELY RESOLVED

After the inspiring teaching addressing the challenges facing relationships, Prophet T.B. Joshua practicalised his sermon by addressing the case of Dr & Mrs Abhiwu whose marriage was virtually on the verge of separation. A fortnight earlier, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied to Mrs Abhiwu that he was seeing separation, insisting that she was not actually living with her husband in Ghana. The young lady tearfully confirmed the prophecy, explaining that her husband Dr Hilarius Abhiwu had openly told her he had no affection for her and no longer considered himself a married man. The following Sunday, Dr Abhiwu clarified how his marital mess initially began. He explained that his mother-in-law was extremely controlling, to the point that for two years after their marriage, his wife was still living in her mother’s house.

As he was extremely busy caring for patients as a sole medical superintendent in the region he lived, he was being forced to travel a long distance to meet his wife. “I am caring for lives but she is caring for bottles,” he fumed, explaining that his wife was a major employee of his mother-in-law’s soft drink distribution business. Before Dr Hilarius could continue, Prophet T.B. Joshua insisted that his wife, Gloria bring her mother to The SCOAN, emphasising that irrespective of the challenges, this was a marriage from God. This Sunday, the young couple was gloriously reconciled as Prophet T.B. Joshua addressed the issue. He explained that Gloria’s mum, who was present in the church, was simply being overly protective of her daughter, not knowing that this was causing turbulence to the young marriage. He advised her to avoid unnecessary interference in the marriage, adding that all of these challenges were meant to strengthen the relationship. Prophet T.B. Joshua then prayed for the couple who fell down together in a warm embrace as they received their deliverance to start married life afresh.

Prophet T.B. Joshua revealed the secret behind the application of faith in the life of a true Christian with his message titled CHRISTIANITY LIES IN THE HEART during the Sunday service of February 21, 2016. While the choir complemented his teaching with songs of worship, the atmosphere in the auditorium took a remarkable dimension with prophesies, testimonies and deliverance which all attested to the fact that with faith, God’s power is always within reach. According to the man of God, “Faith is a Heavenly currency. Faith is natural. We need to know the faithfulness and trustworthiness of God. If you pay attention to God’s Word, you will find that faith comes spontaneously, that is naturally.” In other words, there is no way a Christian can claim to have faith without feeding his mind on the Word of God. The more he or she feeds their mind with God’s Word, faith comes naturally.

The man of God explained that whatever we do that is not from our heart will not be rewarded by God because it amounts to pretentious living. “Faith is of man’s heart and without faith, you cannot please God. God is our Rewarder, Whatever you do that is not from your heart, God is not the Rewarder.”

Concluding, the man of God led the congregation in a prayer to denounce and renounce every form of pretentious life that they have lived with a pledge to rededicate their hearts to God Whom we cannot please without faith.

AGE-LONG SPIRIT OF BEDWETTING SENT PACKING

Miss Onyinye Anyanwu, a beautiful native of Imo State and a fresh graduate from the North American University, Benin Republic, was seriously embarrassed by the spirit of bedwetting right from her childhood days. It was a very terrible experience for her from secondary school through her university days. Once she closed her eyes to sleep, she would wet the bed; it was something she could not control. For thirty three years, the embarrassment lingered.

She had lost many would-be husbands as a result of her bedwetting problem. Some of the men that came her way opted out of the relationship as they could not understand the reason a beautiful grown-up woman would wet the bed. All efforts by her late mother to seek solution yielded no results. Troubled to the extreme, Miss Anyanwu decided to visit The SCOAN in anticipation of divine intervention. The Spirit of God located her in the midst of the crowd and Prophet T.B. Joshua gave her a prophetic word saying, “There is a woman here, you bedwet uncontrollably”. Amazed at this accurate prophecy exposing her secret problem, she came out to confirm the words of the prophet.

Receiving her deliverance in the name of Jesus, Miss Anyanwu rolled on the floor as the spirit of bedwetting was being cast out of her. After her deliverance, she dreamt of a strange woman advancing towards her but for the first time, she was able to overcome her. Smiling with joy, she said that she has not wet the bed since! Thanking God for her deliverance, Miss Anyanwu urged people all over the world to always look unto God and depend on Him for everything.

MORNING WATER-INSPIRED CAREER BREAKTHROUGH

Mr Kofi Enoch Awayiwu from Ghana was a security guard who started his career in 1999. Life was very tough for him then, as he would struggle to take care of his family. Along the way, a woman introduced him to Emmanuel TV and also gave him the Morning Water which he started ministering to himself in faith. After a while, he was promoted to the position of Security Supervisor. As he continued ministering the Morning Water, another opportunity came from a different company which offered him the position of Operations and Marketing Manager. Mr Awayiwu resigned his position as Security Supervisor and took up the new offer which came with a better remuneration.

His faith God increased as he continued to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV. Through ministration of the Morning Water, he was inspired to apply for the establishment of his own security company. Though he did not have a licence from the Ministry of Interior as at the time, he got a contract offer from a big international franchise. He quickly applied for the licence, ministering the Morning Water while he waited against all suggestions by ministry staff that he would not get his license the same day he applied. His faith eventually paid off when the Minister of Interior walked in and signed his licence, enabling him to establish his private security company. Today, he owns his own company and is also an employer. While thanking God for uplifting him through The SCOAN, he advised the congregation to always watch Emmanuel TV and pray with the man God.

A CAR GIFT FROM HEAVEN

Life took a dramatic turn for Mr Abiola Ogunade, a humble electrician from Nigeria when he came into contact with the Morning Water and Sticker from the ministry of T.B. Joshua. Each day was a constant struggle as he had to carry his heavy bag of tools on his back and enter public transport, in the busy streets of Lagos, looking for work. As an electrician who moved from place to place fixing electrical problems for his clients, he really needed to upgrade his mobility. He used to look at people with their own vehicles and imagine what it would be like to one day be a car owner. Something that was a far-away dream became a reality when he came to The SCOAN and received the Morning Water and Sticker. He ministered the Morning Water in Jesus’ name and prayed with the car sticker in faith that people would see the glory of God in his life. God answered his prayer sooner than he expected as the next morning, a relative in the USA sent him a photo of a new car and said, “Do you like it? It’s yours!” Truly, a month later, the car arrived in Nigeria and today Mr Abiola Ogunade stands before the congregation proudly displaying the keys and ownership documents of his very own vehicle. He also advised the youth to focus on God and have faith in Him, in order to receive His blessings.

 RED CARD FOR CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS

Mr Cletus Eze from Enugu, Nigeria suffered from a stiff neck and near paralysis after he had an accident which affected his spine several years ago.  He was afterwards diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and was almost reduced to a liability. His trip to India to undergo surgery did not help matters. Instead, things got worse. After realising that there was no other way he could get help medically, he decided to visit The SCOAN. It was a divine appointment for him as God made it possible for him to receive prayer from the man of God.

God performed a spiritual operation on him and set him free from a condition that had rendered him almost useless for a year and six months. Describing the manner in which he got his healing, he said, “When the man of God prayed for me, I felt a sensation and realised that I could move my neck freely.” All the burdens and discomfort, including the neck collar are gone for good. Displaying much agility, Mr Eze urged people to have faith in God, no matter the situation they find themselves in.

MARITAL BLISS AND AFFECTION RESTORED

Mr and Mrs Leonard Bashumika from Tanzania have been legally married for twelve years yet there was lack of affection in the marriage to the extent that they separated for five years as they could not find an amicable way to settle the scores between them. As a beautiful woman, Mrs David Bashumika told of how during the period of separation, she was practically confined to the house because anywhere she went, she was accused of wanting to take other people’s husbands. The problems led Mrs Bashumika to The SCOAN where she received the Morning Water and returned to her native Tanzania praying to God to restore her marriage. After a while, the couple re-united for a while only to start the inexplicable fight all over again. But Mr Bashumika knew that there was more to their problems than met their physical eyes. He became even more convinced when his wife called from China to tell him that she dreamt of a big snake always lying beside her whenever she wanted to sleep.

That dream coupled with other strange experiences forced husband and wife to visit The SCOAN. During a Sunday service, the man of God gave a prophetic message about their problem and called them out. As Mrs Bashumika came out from the congregation towards the man of God, she suddenly took to her heels, running away from the Prophet. After her deliverance, she confessed that she ran from the man of God because she saw him driving a very big truck towards her – a confirmation of the bulldozing nature of the anointing of God in Prophet T.B. Joshua. Today, the couple are enjoying their marriage and have rekindled the fire of love that joined them together as husband and wife.

On Sunday 29^th February, 2016, the SCOAN Choir ensured that the congregants danced away all their fears and burdens, replacing them with the hope and faith that abound in the Word of God. That is always the case when the Spirit of the Lord is upon the souls of his children – they will dance a living dance!

Prophet T.B. Joshua sent the congregation pondering with a deep message titled, BELIEF IN THE HEART. The bottom-line of the message laid in the fact that God cherishes anything done from the heart. In his message, the man of God emphasised that “Faith is not imitation.” He observed that many Christians have been doing foolish things and calling it faith: “God will not meet you because you imitate what someone did. Faith is not imitation. God will meet you when you take action in obedience to God. When our spirit acts upon the Word, all we need to do is use our faith to put a demand upon the anointing.”

Speaking further, the man of God taught the congregation how to connect with God through the study of His Word, stating that mere recital of the scripture is not what is needed to connect with God but a heart-felt and slow approach, attentively and repeatedly: “The more you think, meditate about what you read in the Bible, the more your spirit, that is your heart acts upon the Word you read.”

Concluding, the man of God urged Christians to avoid taking offence as it blocks their connection to God and His everlasting blessings: “Only a free spirit can communicate with God, hear from God. Whether you are right or wrong, you have to release yourself and put it behind you and move forward. You have no right or permission to hold onto an offence. Holding onto an offence affects the glory of God in your life.”

AGE-LONG SPIRIT OF BEDWETTING EXPELLED; FRENCH CITIZENSHIP GRANTED

Mrs Mukambonera Claudine, a Rwandan national residing in France visited The SCOAN with a couple of challenges. She had been applying for citizenship in France but all her efforts hit the brick wall. Her bedwetting problem was perhaps the biggest and most embarrassing challenge that had troubled her right from birth. During her school days, her fellow students would run away from her saying that she had an offensive odour. While in the boarding house, no student wanted to share the same bed with her.  Sometimes, while she slept on the upper bunk, her urine would trickle down on the body of the student who slept on the lower bunk. She was left alone in her world and was made to feel very bad about herself. She was always washing and cleaning the hostel in order to minimize the stench of urine that came from her. Those were really challenging moments in her life. Her marital aspirations were also troubled by her bedwetting problem. On one occasion, a suitor was discouraged by someone who informed him that she was bedwetting. Though she eventually married her suitor, the bedwetting problem continued into her marriage. To save her head, she would ensure that she slept together with her children and would ascribe her bedwetting to them. Even when she shared a bed with a friend in France, it was the same sad story. Sometimes, she would be on the street crying and bemoaning her unfortunate lot in life.

When she came to The SCOAN, she was placed at the Prayer Line where the man of God prayed for her and subsequently gave her the Morning Water. On her return to France, she ministered the Morning Water devotedly with prayers. To the glory of God, she was granted French citizenship. The bedwetting problem also came to a permanent end. Joy and self-esteem which were seriously lacking in her life have now returned. She praised God for answering her prayers.

PRESIDENTIAL AIDE – “THE PEACE OF THE ELECTIONS WAS DOWN TO T.B. JOSHUA”

Ambassador and Mrs Raphael Horsfall came to The SCOAN with the problem of recurrent miscarriage. Since they got married, Mrs Horsfall had been experiencing recurrent miscarriages. Whenever the pregnancy was six weeks old, she would have a nightmare in which she would find herself eating in the dream. The aftermath of that nightmare was that she would start bleeding, thereby losing the pregnancy.

Medical appointments with the best gynaecologists could not help just as all diagnosis failed to detect any problem. Her husband is an Ambassador of Peace and Conflict Management with the Presidency in Abuja and who, in company of other Niger Delta dignitaries, had visited The SCOAN in 2009 in search of a spiritual solution to the problem of militancy. According to Ambassador Horsfall, the spiritual guidance and direction given to them by the man of God resulted in the creation of the Amnesty programme by the late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua.

Ambassador Horsfall believed that if the man of God could solve a national problem that almost crippled the national economy, then his wife’s case was miniature. His candid conviction would eventually prove true indeed. The couple visited The SCOAN and received prayers as well as the Morning Water. As they returned to Abuja and continued to minister the Morning Water, the hand of God upon their case was made manifest. One afternoon, as he was about to have his lunch, Ambassador Horsfall received a cheery news from his wife. She was pregnant and this time, the pregnancy has come to stay. Today, Mrs Horsfall is eight months pregnant. Grateful to God for the miracle, Ambassador Horsfall urged leaders to seek the face of God in everything they do.

To end his testimony, Ambassador Horsfall explained his recent post as Senior Special Assistant to the Political Advisor of the former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. During a time of tension in the in the run-up to the election, there was confusion and worry as to which direction to follow in the government. They had sought advice from different places. Ambassador Horsfall came to The SCOAN and pleaded with Prophet T.B. Joshua for God’s opinion and the man of God clearly stated that the election had been lost and they should concede defeat graciously.

He took the instruction in righteousness back to the Aso Villa and told the president. A few months later, people wondered why the president didn’t fight back or annul the election as he had the powers to do so. This was the reason why.

DELIVERED FROM INDEBTEDNESS AND BLESSED WITH A HOUSE

For Mrs Rebecca Odoi Laryea, it was the problem of indebtedness that brought her to The SCOAN after she and her husband were duped by a trusted family friend who absconded with the sum of eighty thousand dollars paid in by a customer for the purchase of a coaster bus. All efforts to retrieve the money remained futile. The automobile business of the Ghanaian couple ran into murky waters as all their savings went down the drain in their bid to locate the duper. After exhausting all options, the couple visited The SCOAN.

At The SCOAN, they received the Morning Water and returned to Ghana with faith. Ministering the Morning Water, they called on God to save them from the mess they had found themselves in. Within a short time, the man who had absconded with their money called her husband from Dubai, paid her husband’s air fare to the Middle East city, refunded the money for the bus with an extra six thousand dollars on top to enable them purchase the latest brand of coaster. The couple eventually bought and shipped a brand new coaster bus for their business at the expense of the lost-but-found friend.

Apart from recovering their money, the couple who had faced accommodation problems, were able to build an apartment of their own in a prime location in Accra within seven months. Thanking God for taking away shame and reproach from their lives, Mrs Odoi Laryea advised people to look up to God when their human strength fails them.

ELUSIVE VISA GRANTED AT LAST

“There is a brother; you are going to the embassy on Thursday. You have the document. You have been there two to three times but whatever happens, don’t be disappointed…” It was with these words that Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied the case of Mr Hilary Ugochukwu Anyamene. The native of Anambra State, Nigeria was facing challenges with his visa application. As a business man who specialised in marketing American spares, he needed to get his visa in order to go over to the US to ship products to Nigeria. On two occasions, his visa applications were rejected. He made up his mind to apply for a third time and also insisted on visiting The SCOAN before embarking on the third journey to the US embassy. Even though friends had tried to discourage him from visiting The SCOAN, his mind was made up. For them, it was better that he should wait and reapply after one year.

Visiting The SCOAN, he received a prophetic message from Prophet T.B. Joshua regarding his visa issue. That message turned around his situation for good. He returned home and prepared for another date with the American embassy. On getting there, the lady who interviewed him only asked a few questions after which she told him that his visa application was successful. Filled with joy and displaying his two-year multiple entry visa, Mr Anyamene thanked God for granting his heart’s desire.

SPIRIT OF PROSTITUTION ARRESTED AND EXECUTED

“I don’t want her to have any good in her life… just to destroy her life to make her miserable… her family – everyone is miserable…” Amidst heavy pummelling by the undiluted power of the Holy Ghost, the evil spirit in the young woman cried out revealing all the wicked plans it had for her life. Even the physical appearance of Miss Biliki showed that something was amiss with her spiritual life. A ring in the nose, another beneath the lips plus a plethora of tattoos all over the body – all those were relics of her association with the marine kingdom.

Even her mother knew that she had an evil spirit which had caused so much havoc in her life. At 15, she absconded from home only to team up with a prostitution cartel in Lagos Island. A woman who traded in prostitutes promised to take her out of the country to Cotonou where she became a professional prostitute. While nine other girls were sold away, she was kept because of herage. As she plied her trade in the illicit business, she ran into a man who took her away to a new location. After two weeks, the man left.

Young Biliki started working in night clubs to make ends meet. In her long romance with prostitution, she had travelled to a couple of countries, including Niger where she met a witch doctor who promised to exorcise the evil spirit tormenting her life. After spending money for the spiritual exercise, her life became worse. She returned to Cameroon and became a stripper, dancing in strip clubs and exposing her nakedness to the evil delight of irresponsible men. Most of the so-called witch doctors who claimed they would help deliver her from the evil spirit tormenting her life ended up sleeping with her.

She had come to The SCOAN to test the power of God in Prophet T.B. Joshua. That was the greatest but best mistake she made. During Mass Prayer, the fire of the Holy Ghost located her and beat the evil spirit blue-black before sending it back to the pit of hell. Renouncing her former life amid tears, Miss Biliki advised people to put their trust in God while promising to dedicate the rest of her life to serving Him.

Speaking further, the man of God taught the congregation how to connect with God through the study of His Word, stating that mere recital of the scripture is not what is needed to connect with God but a heart-felt and slow approach, attentively and repeatedly: “The more you think, meditate about what you read in the Bible, the more your spirit, that is your heart acts upon the Word you read.”

Concluding, the man of God urged Christians to avoid taking offence as it blocks their connection to God and His everlasting blessings: “Only a free spirit can communicate with God, hear from God. Whether you are right or wrong, you have to release yourself and put it behind you and move forward. You have no right or permission to hold onto an offence. Holding onto an offence affects the glory of God in your life.”

AGE-LONG SPIRIT OF BEDWETTING EXPELLED; FRENCH CITIZENSHIP GRANTED

Mrs Mukambonera Claudine, a Rwandan national residing in France visited The SCOAN with a couple of challenges. She had been applying for citizenship in France but all her efforts hit the brick wall. Her bedwetting problem was perhaps the biggest and most embarrassing challenge that had troubled her right from birth. During her school days, her fellow students would run away from her saying that she had an offensive odour. While in the boarding house, no student wanted to share the same bed with her.  Sometimes, while she slept on the upper bunk, her urine would trickle down on the body of the student who slept on the lower bunk. She was left alone in her world and was made to feel very bad about herself. She was always washing and cleaning the hostel in order to minimize the stench of urine that came from her. Those were really challenging moments in her life. Her marital aspirations were also troubled by her bedwetting problem. On one occasion, a suitor was discouraged by someone who informed him that she was bedwetting. Though she eventually married her suitor, the bedwetting problem continued into her marriage. To save her head, she would ensure that she slept together with her children and would ascribe her bedwetting to them. Even when she shared a bed with a friend in France, it was the same sad story. Sometimes, she would be on the street crying and bemoaning her unfortunate lot in life.

When she came to The SCOAN, she was placed at the Prayer Line where the man of God prayed for her and subsequently gave her the Morning Water. On her return to France, she ministered the Morning Water devotedly with prayers. To the glory of God, she was granted French citizenship. The bedwetting problem also came to a permanent end. Joy and self-esteem which were seriously lacking in her life have now returned. She praised God for answering her prayers.

PRESIDENTIAL AIDE – “THE PEACE OF THE ELECTIONS WAS DOWN TO T.B. JOSHUA”

Ambassador and Mrs Raphael Horsfall came to The SCOAN with the problem of recurrent miscarriage. Since they got married, Mrs Horsfall had been experiencing recurrent miscarriages. Whenever the pregnancy was six weeks old, she would have a nightmare in which she would find herself eating in the dream. The aftermath of that nightmare was that she would start bleeding, thereby losing the pregnancy.

Medical appointments with the best gynaecologists could not help just as all diagnosis failed to detect any problem. Her husband is an Ambassador of Peace and Conflict Management with the Presidency in Abuja and who, in company of other Niger Delta dignitaries, had visited The SCOAN in 2009 in search of a spiritual solution to the problem of militancy. According to Ambassador Horsfall, the spiritual guidance and direction given to them by the man of God resulted in the creation of the Amnesty programme by the late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua.

Ambassador Horsfall believed that if the man of God could solve a national problem that almost crippled the national economy, then his wife’s case was miniature. His candid conviction would eventually prove true indeed. The couple visited The SCOAN and received prayers as well as the Morning Water. As they returned to Abuja and continued to minister the Morning Water, the hand of God upon their case was made manifest. One afternoon, as he was about to have his lunch, Ambassador Horsfall received a cheery news from his wife. She was pregnant and this time, the pregnancy has come to stay. Today, Mrs Horsfall is eight months pregnant. Grateful to God for the miracle, Ambassador Horsfall urged leaders to seek the face of God in everything they do.

To end his testimony, Ambassador Horsfall explained his recent post as Senior Special Assistant to the Political Advisor of the former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan. During a time of tension in the in the run-up to the election, there was confusion and worry as to which direction to follow in the government. They had sought advice from different places. Ambassador Horsfall came to The SCOAN and pleaded with Prophet T.B. Joshua for God’s opinion and the man of God clearly stated that the election had been lost and they should concede defeat graciously.

He took the instruction in righteousness back to the Aso Villa and told the president. A few months later, people wondered why the president didn’t fight back or annul the election as he had the powers to do so. This was the reason why.

DELIVERED FROM INDEBTEDNESS AND BLESSED WITH A HOUSE

For Mrs Rebecca Odoi Laryea, it was the problem of indebtedness that brought her to The SCOAN after she and her husband were duped by a trusted family friend who absconded with the sum of eighty thousand dollars paid in by a customer for the purchase of a coaster bus. All efforts to retrieve the money remained futile. The automobile business of the Ghanaian couple ran into murky waters as all their savings went down the drain in their bid to locate the duper. After exhausting all options, the couple visited The SCOAN.

At The SCOAN, they received the Morning Water and returned to Ghana with faith. Ministering the Morning Water, they called on God to save them from the mess they had found themselves in. Within a short time, the man who had absconded with their money called her husband from Dubai, paid her husband’s air fare to the Middle East city, refunded the money for the bus with an extra six thousand dollars on top to enable them purchase the latest brand of coaster. The couple eventually bought and shipped a brand new coaster bus for their business at the expense of the lost-but-found friend.

Apart from recovering their money, the couple who had faced accommodation problems, were able to build an apartment of their own in a prime location in Accra within seven months. Thanking God for taking away shame and reproach from their lives, Mrs Odoi Laryea advised people to look up to God when their human strength fails them.

ELUSIVE VISA GRANTED AT LAST

“There is a brother; you are going to the embassy on Thursday. You have the document. You have been there two to three times but whatever happens, don’t be disappointed…” It was with these words that Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied the case of Mr Hilary Ugochukwu Anyamene. The native of Anambra State, Nigeria was facing challenges with his visa application. As a business man who specialised in marketing American spares, he needed to get his visa in order to go over to the US to ship products to Nigeria. On two occasions, his visa applications were rejected. He made up his mind to apply for a third time and also insisted on visiting The SCOAN before embarking on the third journey to the US embassy. Even though friends had tried to discourage him from visiting The SCOAN, his mind was made up. For them, it was better that he should wait and reapply after one year.

Visiting The SCOAN, he received a prophetic message from Prophet T.B. Joshua regarding his visa issue. That message turned around his situation for good. He returned home and prepared for another date with the American embassy. On getting there, the lady who interviewed him only asked a few questions after which she told him that his visa application was successful. Filled with joy and displaying his two-year multiple entry visa, Mr Anyamene thanked God for granting his heart’s desire.

SPIRIT OF PROSTITUTION ARRESTED AND EXECUTED

“I don’t want her to have any good in her life… just to destroy her life to make her miserable… her family – everyone is miserable…” Amidst heavy pummelling by the undiluted power of the Holy Ghost, the evil spirit in the young woman cried out revealing all the wicked plans it had for her life. Even the physical appearance of Miss Biliki showed that something was amiss with her spiritual life. A ring in the nose, another beneath the lips plus a plethora of tattoos all over the body – all those were relics of her association with the marine kingdom.

Even her mother knew that she had an evil spirit which had caused so much havoc in her life. At 15, she absconded from home only to team up with a prostitution cartel in Lagos Island. A woman who traded in prostitutes promised to take her out of the country to Cotonou where she became a professional prostitute. While nine other girls were sold away, she was kept because of her age. As she plied her trade in the illicit business, she ran into a man who took her away to a new location. After two weeks, the man left.

Young Biliki started working in night clubs to make ends meet. In her long romance with prostitution, she had travelled to a couple of countries, including Niger where she met a witch doctor who promised to exorcise the evil spirit tormenting her life. After spending money for the spiritual exercise, her life became worse. She returned to Cameroon and became a stripper, dancing in strip clubs and exposing her nakedness to the evil delight of irresponsible men. Most of the so-called witch doctors who claimed they would help deliver her from the evil spirit tormenting her life ended up sleeping with her.

She had come to The SCOAN to test the power of God in Prophet T.B. Joshua. That was the greatest but best mistake she made. During Mass Prayer, the fire of the Holy Ghost located her and beat the evil spirit blue-black before sending it back to the pit of hell. Renouncing her former life amid tears, Miss Biliki advised people to put their trust in God while promising to dedicate the rest of her life to serving Him.

PROPHET TB JOSHUA

The SCOAN Live Sunday Service of March 6, 2016 witnessed the power of God at work. The prophecies, healings and testimonies that followed showed that we can always receive answers and solutions to our questions and challenges, respectively, when we put a demand on the anointing of God. The choir’s ministration coupled with the brief but profound sermon of Prophet T.B. Joshua gave the congregants much to meditate upon. The highpoint of the sermon centred on our relationship with God: “To know that God hears us when we pray is much greater than healing, blessing, deliverance and breakthrough. If you can hear from God, you will know when to pray and what to ask for. When we pray according to God’s will, He answers us.”

Concluding, the man of God left the congregants with the following eye-opener: “If you are destined for Heaven and Heaven is your home, God has a way of stopping you so that you can inherit the Kingdom. He can use anything to stop you. Your sickness as a Christian is not like others – it is not to destroy you but to improve you.”

CHRONIC STAGNATION GIVES WAY TO GLORIOUS PROMOTION

Mrs Comfort Akama Shidem was not a happy woman for twelve years. Her dream of climbing up the corporate ladder in her career was threatened by the sad reality of stagnation. She had remained a Chief Nursing Officer for quite a long while and was in dire need of promotion but it was not forthcoming. Approaching her organisation’s management for clarification on her long-sought promotion, she was told she needed to upgrade her qualification by returning to school.

The Benue State-born woman gladly enrolled into the University of Calabar, Nigeria. In spite of her age, pressures from home and the strangulating strictures of non-payment of salary, she was able to fulfil the academic requirements with the help of the Morning Water (which she ministered with devotion) and was awarded a degree. Thinking her new certificate would unlock the closed doors of her promotion, it was a rude shock that awaited her. She was told that her new qualification was no longer relevant and was once again advised to go back to school.

In anguish but with a strong faith in God, she decided to visit the Arena of Liberty, knowing that her case was a very small one compared to the impossible cases handled here. Her visit to The SCOAN would become one of the most significant events in her life. Receiving the Morning Water, she ministered it periodically as one who was administering doses of medication. After a while, she reapplied for her promotion. It was at this point that her life was overtaken by the Shekinah glory of God. The same man who had turned down her application for promotion, surprisingly granted it. She was thereafter promoted to the position of Deputy Director. While she was still pondering on the awesomeness of God, she was appointed Head of Department and was posted to a Local Government Area in her State. These were her words of advice to people all over the world, as she testified before The SCOAN congregation, “Believe in God and His prophets and it shall be well with you.”

MIXED BLESSINGS FOR MR NJIKTA AND DAUGHTER

For Mr Zacharias Njikta, life was not as smooth as he had wanted it to be. He spent his youthful days hoping to study abroad without success. Now, at 65 years, the retired Principal from Cameroon recounts his unlikely ‘promotion’ by God at His own time.

As an Emmanuel TV Partner, he was always ministering the Morning Water in prayer. One fateful day, he decided to apply for an American visa in order to visit his children who were living there. Ministering the Morning Water before stepping out for his appointment, he was surprised at the ease at which he passed the visa interview at the embassy and he received his visa in no time. However, landing in the US, he was greeted with a not too palatable situation. One of his sons who had spent some time over there had no work permit and was virtually living in hiding. Mr Njikta encouraged his son to apply for a work permit. As the young man applied online, his father anointed the screen of the computer with his Morning Water and within a month, the young man received his work permit. After a while, the young man procured two cars – one for himself and the other for his father.

Inspired by the breakthrough of his son, Mr Njikta applied for admission into a university in the US and his application was granted. He is now a student of Walden University on scholarship. He is studying Teacher Leadership and intends to establish a school to train young students. According to him, people should not put a time limit to their ambitions because God’s time is the best. He challenged them to aspire, irrespective of age. He also urged people all over the world to read the Word of God and live by it. Miss Lynda Favour Njikta, his daughter, also testified to her deliverance through the Morning Water, from the spirits of career dissatisfaction, frustration and alcoholism. She glorified God for her new-found freedom and for discovering her purpose as a designer after many lukewarm experiments with the wrong jobs.

GOOD RIDDANCE TO VISA PALAVER

Mrs Juanita Macarby, a Ghanaian national, had been trying to join her husband in the US for several years without luck. The visa process which should ordinarily take six months was spanning into years. After many failed attempts, her husband advised her to visit the Arena of Liberty to “receive a touch and the Morning Water”. True to her husband’s belief, Mrs Macarby received prayers, ministered the Morning Water and returned to Ghana where things took a new turn for the better.

On the day of her visa interview, she ministered the Morning Water and headed straight to the US Consulate. The Consular was very nice and receptive to the extent that Mrs Macarby felt that she was chatting with a friend. At the end of the whole process, Mrs Juanita Macarby was told to come for her visa in two weeks but surprisingly, she was called just after two days to come and pick up her permanent resident visa to the US. Mrs Macarby is departing Nigeria for the US on Thursday, March 10, 2016 to join her husband. She advised people to rejoice in every unpleasant situation as God is still saying something.

DECADES OF BARRENNESS COME TO AN END

Mr and Mrs Gabriel Ebagun had been searching for fruit of the womb for close to six years and all medical technologies such as IVF could not help them.  This was not the first struggle for Mr Ebagun who had previously separated from his first wife after twenty one years of childlessness.

His second wife was mocked by many people who labelled her husband a serial failure in terms of fathering children. It was at the peak of all those embarrassing developments that the couple visited The SCOAN where they received prayer at the Prayer Line.

To their great joy, shortly thereafter, Mrs Ebagun conceived and today, she is the proud mother of twins – two bouncing baby boys named Solomon and Jesse. Thanking God for delivering him from a thirty year stigma, Mr Ebagun advised people to plan their way in the Lord and remain focused on Him.

FROM ZERO TO HERO THROUGH THE SCOAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

Mr Akpo Victor Adikpe was on the verge of dropping out of school as lack of finances almost crippled his illustrious ambition to get a good education. It was a tough battle before he could even pass his WAEC and JAMB exams. He had to wait for ten years after graduating from secondary school to be able to pass those exams but not without the spiritual help and prayers he had received at The SCOAN in 2007.

After all disappointments, friends who felt for him advised him to approach The SCOAN which has maintained a reputation for helping the needy achieve their God-given destinies. Narrating his challenges to the man of God, he was treated with so much dignity – a rare occurrence in a world where people look down on the poor and needy. Even though he was not a member of the church, the man of God, T.B. Joshua took up the responsibility of his education through The SCOAN scholarship programme.

Today, Mr Akpo Victor Adikpe is a qualified legal practitioner, having successfully graduated from the Law Department of the University of Jos, Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School. All glory and honour be unto God. A young man who facing lack, frustration and rejection is now an important member of the Nigerian society. RESCUED FROM THE TRAP OF LACK AND STAGNATION

For two years, Chief Peter Mackwin was in a big financial mess. His business collapsed while his immediate family struggled to survive. As the breadwinner, he could no longer manage to provide his family’s needs to the extent that his children stopped going to school. Help was not forthcoming from any angle. After waiting in vain for any form of human respite, he decided to visit The SCOAN.

Receiving the Morning Water, the indigene of Plateau, Nigeria returned home and started ministering it on himself and all his business documents. After a short while, the glorious changes that flooded his life are better experienced than described in writing. His business took an upward leap as contracts began to flow in from different angles. A man who could not pay his children’s school fees is now sponsoring seven other people (not members of his family) in the university.

He has been blessed with a building and two exotic cars. He has also constructed a twenty one-chalet hostel for his state university as well as a motorised borehole for his local community. He thanked God for the turn-around and advised people with the following words: “God is the Master of everything and He will provide for you at your point of need.”

PERENNIAL BLEEDING BOWS TO THE ANOINTING OF GOD
During penultimate Sunday service, the man of God, while ministering to the congregation, prophesied about a woman who was having the issue of blood. His words were as follows: “There is a woman, you put on a pad – it is not your period. You have been like that for some time now. Sometimes, when you don’t have money, you use a rag just to stop whatever is coming out of your body. It’s no longer just blood; your system is damaged. Please, come out; Jesus loves you. You know Jesus can stop it. Remember the woman with the issue of blood. Come out and enjoy the grace”. Coming out of the congregation, the woman confirmed the prophecy to be true about her life. The man of God delivered her immediately, declaring an end to her problem through Christ Jesus.

MRS LIANNA DOUGLAS & FAMILY

Testifying in company of her mother and two sisters, Miss Lianna Douglas, all the way from Trinidad and Tobago, recounted how she had suffered so much embarrassment as a result of the bleeding she was experiencing. According to her, as soon as she heard the prophecy, she was frozen with surprise. She explained that when the man of God stretched his hand towards her, she felt the power of God on her womb and could not help but fall to the ground. The bleeding ceased immediately she fell to the ground.

In an emotion-laden thanksgiving, Lianna’s mother said they placed a demand on the anointing of God in the man of God and were able to get the healing their daughter needed. “No more bleeding – it has stopped by the hand of God,” said Lianna’s mother as she continued to express her gratitude to God. On her own part, Lianna, overwhelmed with joy sang a song of praise to the Most High for healing her.

Brethren, as we submit our lives to the will of God, He will uphold us in His glory and set us high on the hill where His light in us cannot be hidden; then, we shall be called THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.

The SCOAN Sunday Service of March 13, 2016 witnessed an uncommon message from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. Knowing that, both the physical and spiritual aspects of man work together, the man of God delved into the impact of physical fitness and lifestyle choices on our spiritual lives. In an encouraging word titled YOUR REAL VALUE, the man of God said: “If you are not naturally fit, you cannot be spiritually fit. When you talk of faith, you must be fit naturally to be fit spiritually. If you dodge your responsibility in the natural, it will be difficult for you to believe God in the supernatural.”

Speaking further, the man of God observed that what we sometimes want are those things that are harmful to our wellbeing while those things we don’t want are actually the ones that would help us: “Whatever is sweet to the tongue often causes damage to the system. What we hate, because it’s so bitter, is oftentimes very good for the system.”

In a final admonition, the man of God urged Christians to begin to take things in the natural seriously as it will be difficult to really serve God when the human nature is out of tune: “We keep preaching the Bible everyday but there are some areas we go astray. People need to sit us down and counsel us about life in the natural. You are lost, you need to recover yourself.  When you say someone is lost, it means their real self is gone.”

THIRTY THREE YEAR YOKE OF SMOKING BROKEN

Mr Victor Lucky Odiete smoked cigarettes for 33 years. Even though he knew the health and financial implications that the bad habit was having on his life, he found it difficult to give it up. The Nigerian-Italian resident in the United Kingdom developed the habit in his native Nigeria in the early eighties through the bad influence of friends. For those 33 years, Mr Odiete smoked an average of 20 sticks of cigarettes every day. His doctors’ counsels fell on deaf ears. Even the affectionate pleas of his son could not touch his heart.

The story however changed in December 2013 in Birmingham, UK. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua sent some evangelists to Birmingham to carry out a Morning Water Revival. Mr. Odiete was one of the lucky persons that received their deliverance at that event. Just a ‘mere’ ministration of the Morning Water into his mouth changed the negative course of his life that had held him hostage for three decades. After that experience in Birmingham, Mr Odiete tried to return to smoking but could not just explain why a habit which he had kept for that long suddenly became offensive and irritating.

Smiling and radiating so much joy, Mr Odiete stated categorically that since December 2, 2013 till today, he has not smoked a cigarette.  Testifying to his freedom from tobacco bondage, he had the following advice for viewers, all over the world, “Cigarettes are dangerous to your health. Young people, it is better not to start smoking than to start and get addicted.”

PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS OVERCOME BY MORNING WATER

Mr and Mrs Moses Aruwa were expecting a set of twins but their expectation was threatened in the seventh month by complications of severe bleeding in pregnancy. So severe was the affliction that Mrs Aruwa would often wake to find the bed soaked in blood. The couple went from one hospital to the other in search of solution. But all medical efforts to stem the tide of those complications failed even as doctors confirmed that one of the twins had died in the womb. This meant that both the dead and the living foetuses had to be evacuated through an operation. In an attempt to observe the usual protocol concerning surgery, the doctors had asked Mr Aruwa to sign a document permitting the operation to be carried out on his wife.

Armed with his Morning Water, while his wife was being wheeled to the theatre for surgery, Mr Aruwa ran towards the window and ministered the Morning Water into the theatre. In a miraculous chain reaction, not only did his wife delivered successfully without the surgeon’s knife touching her body. Three other women who were also being prepared for surgery went into labour and delivered simultaneously to the glory of God.

After the baby was born, it was placed in an incubator by the doctors who said it was weak and needed special care. But Mr Aruwa feared not. Instead, he ministered the Morning Water on the incubator, asking God to strengthen his son. By the next day, the doctors confirmed that the baby was okay to go home. Mr Aruwa and his wife were full of praise to God for doing a great thing in their lives. They urged people, all over the world to run to God, stressing that impossibility in the sight of man is a possibility before Him.

SHATTERED BONES COULD NOT SHATTER GOD’S PLAN

After a terrible motor accident, Miss Tossou Francoise, a Cameroonian resident in Germany, suffered the worst injury of all who travelled in the doomed bus. Her leg was completely broken and the bone completely shattered. She was bed-ridden for two months and was in severe pain. Doctors who attended to her concluded that amputation would be the only option due to the severity of the damage. Back home in Cameroon, her family had thought she was dead, having not heard from her for months. It took the concern of her closest friend to discover that she was bed-ridden due to injury.

It was the arrival of her friend in the hospital that inspired the release of God’s power onto the scene. As her friend prayed and ministered the Morning Water to her in the hospital, Mrs Francoise felt heat all over her body and insisted she wanted to stand up to go and ease herself much to the surprise of all present. But determined, Mrs Francoise took the crutches and walked to the bathroom and back to her bed by herself. The next time her friend would visit her, she met a completely free and healed Tossou Francoise, bubbling with the zest of sound health and released home without any crutches or apparatus. Demonstrating her fitness before the congregation, the soft-spoken lady advised people all over the world to believe that the Morning Water is the blood of Jesus Christ; it is more than ordinary water!

FROM JAMB APPLICANT TO INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE

Mr Kure Aninga encountered so much difficulty as he tried to get admission into one of the Nigerian higher institutions. For inexplicable reasons, he was unable to get admission as all his applications were turned down despite his getting good grades. As he battled with the situation he had found himself in, his father introduced him to Emmanuel TV and urged him to continue believing God for a miracle. His father, being an ardent visitor to The SCOAN, knew that sooner rather than later, his son’s heart’s desire would come to fruition in Jesus’ name.

As the lad continued watching the faith-moving miracles that happen at The SCAON via Emmanuel TV, he also received the Morning Water and ministered it amidst fervent prayers. Suddenly, an international opportunity came up. A university in Ukraine had openings for international students and he applied. Initially, he had tried to doubt his capacity for the foreign admission, thinking that it would be more difficult gaining an international admission for him since he couldn’t get one in his own country, Nigeria. But subsequent events soon corrected his impression. He would later discover the unpredictability of God’s wondrous ways. Against all odds, his application to study Aeronautical Engineering in Ukraine was granted.

When he eventually resumed his studies in far way Ukraine, another challenge reared its ugly head. He could not understand what he was being taught as his courses were delivered in the native Ukranian language. Through the ministration of the Morning Water, he was able to win the cooperation of his Ukranian colleagues and some lecturers who took time out after lectures to put him through the language barrier. By the grace of God, he was able to see himself through to his final year. The defence of his project became the next big challenge he had to scale through. That challenge was worsened by the fact that a member of the panel he would face was a professor who always took delight in asking him tough questions outside the confines of his coursework.

Knowing that the particular professor was part of the project defence panel, rather than be unnerved, he became spiritually creative. Armed with his Morning Water, he went to the auditorium where the project defence was to take place and ministered it round the whole place, including the eight seats meant for the members of the panel. Interestingly, immediately before his defence began, the ‘tough’ professor stood up abruptly and left the auditorium much to the delight of the young Nigerian. In the professor’s absence, Mr Kure Aninga defended his project valiantly as most of the questions thrown at him by other members of the panel were things he knew much about. He was told to take a bow and as he was about to go celebrating his successful defence, the same professor came back to the auditorium. But it was too late. The child of God had since ‘crossed the red sea!’ Today, Mr Kure Aninga holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and is also preparing for his master’s. He is now referred to as Engineer Kure Aninga. Thanking God in company of his supportive father, the young man advised people all over the world, especially the youth to believe that God is still alive.

A BETTER JOB AND A BRIGHTER FUTURE… THE BEST IS YET TO COME!

Mrs Yetunde Oladeji was hard-hit by a pair of problems in 2003. The problems’ aim was to destabilise her family life. The Nigerian resident in the United States had lost her job and had also witnessed her marriage crash that same year. With three big boys to cater for, she had to take up a job in teaching, a job she was overqualified for, in order to make ends meet. In spite of the fact that she humbly came down from her previous job of 75, 000 dollars yearly to a teaching job of 32, 000 dollars, she tried to make sure that her children were provided for. She even embraced the idea of acquiring more education to develop herself in this field.

Convinced that the best for her life was yet to come, she visited The SCOAN in 2015 and received the Morning Water as well as The Mirror signed by Prophet T.B. Joshua. When she returned to The States, she put all her documents inside the anointed book given to her by the man of God and continued to minister the Morning Water over them. After a while, she received divine help. A new job with a six-digit salary erupted into her life with a transformative flow of peace and provision. With her new job as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, she enjoys a lot of travelling privileges and allowances. Her family is now happy. She is currently on the line for a service award as well as a second salary increment, putting an end to twelve years of lack and financial hardship. I CAME TO CHALLENGE PROPHET T.B. JOSHUA

Mr Emmanuel Dickson grew up in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. His upbringing was somehow problematic in the sense that his father and mother lived almost apart from each other. The inadequacies in his parents’ relationship opened his life up to the danger that would later follow. One day while his mother had gone fishing, an older lady came calling with evil intentions. She cajoled the teenager into a sexual affair. After that episode, the young man would dream of himself swimming in oceans and seeing pythons all around him. At a point, he received a ghastly visitation – a mighty python slithered past him physically while he lay awake on his bed, scared stiff.

With those strange experiences, his life took a precarious course as he could no longer control his sexual urge. He became lustful of women and would sleep with anyone that came his way. Hardly did a day pass by without him sleeping with a woman. In the process of living such an unwholesome life, he attracted to himself other detestable spirits including anger and pervasion with sex. Even when he had the opportunity to travel to South Africa for studies, he diverted his attention to pornography and occultism. He would explore literatures on infamous occult groups, in order to further furnish his already warped senses with corruptible knowledge.

His indiscriminate sexual escapades would later result in him having two children from two different women out of wedlock. Living dangerously without focus, he seemed destined for perdition by the evil forces that tossed him about like a kite in a turbulent wind. A visit to The SCOAN penultimate Sunday delivered his soul from the total destruction which had lay in wait. As the man of God ministered prayer around the congregation, the spirit in him had tried to prove stubborn but fell silenced in defeat by the anointing in the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua.

Speaking through him, the demon tormenting his life cried out, “I am his wife… I want to kill this boy… I am a spirit of snake… I came to see the powers of this man of God. I came to challenge him. I am the snake; the great python.” Crawling on the ground in serpentine style, towards the man of God, Mr Dickson, visibly controlled by the demon received a liberating blast of God’s power and the enemy bowed to the anointing that breaks every yoke in the name of Jesus Christ. Testifying and thanking God for his deliverance and freedom from the spirit wife and marine world, he confessed his new-found peace of mind in Christ Jesus even as he urged people, especially youths, to be wary of the internet which he said can also be used for good but had equal scope for evil and destruction.

A DESTINY-SAVING RECONCILIATION

Mr Chris Chibuzor Okwonkwo from Anambra, Nigeria, had impregnated a girl out of wedlock and had denied the pregnancy. For over 2 years, he avoided the lady and refused to have anything to do with the child. But during a Sunday service, the man of God, through prophetic insight made the following revelation: “There is a man here, you have a child. The woman was not your wife but you went out with her two to three times. She is pregnant and she has a child for you. You say you are not aware, you are not interested. But this child is yours. You have seen the child in a picture and he looks like you.”

Coming forward in the auditorium, the young man confessed his misdeeds and agreed totally with the prophecy of the man of God. In line with his divine mandate to bring salvation, hope and repentance to the world, Prophet T.B. Joshua arranged a reconciliatory meeting of the lady, her parents and the father of her child. According to the man of God while counselling Mr Okonkwo, the reconciliation became necessary in order to avoid blocking his own future progress with a silly mistake of the past. After reconciling the interested parties, the man of God admonished young people to be of good behaviour and to honour their parents. As you continue to make God’s Word the standard for your life, may you recover your real value in Christ Jesus, in Jesus’ name. Emmanuel!

PROPHET T.B JOSHUA

It was Palm Sunday 2016, commemorating the triumphant entry of our Lord Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. The choir captured the scenario and animated the service with songs of praise to the Most High, reassuring Him of their resolve to serve Him forever. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, in a message titled A VISIT WITH GOD, urged Christians to attune themselves with God and position themselves properly to receive His blessings.

He analysed the problem of belief and gave an explanation on how to ignite this principle in the light of God’s Word: “The problem of believing is made easy if you know that it is acting on what God has spoken.” In other words, our faith will only move mountains and make great things happen when we realise that faith is acting on what God has spoken. According to the man of God, “Believing demands action. The Spirit makes us know that believing is possessing.” Christians can only possess their possessions when they believe God’s Word and act upon it by faith.

EVANGELIST RACINE

Earlier, Evangelist Racine, in a message titled GOD’S STANDARD OF LOVE, had reminded Christians all over the world on the urgent need to live according to the example set by God when He sacrificed His only begotten Son for the redemption of the world. He urged them to uphold the principles Christ stood for: “This is time to give our kindness, love and faithfulness. It is time for sober reflection.” Concluding, Evangelist Racine, explained what Christ’s standard of love stands for: “Christ’s standard of love never gives up and always gives way for reconciliation.” He thereafter encouraged Christians to walk in the path of love.

CHILD CULTIST SAVED FROM LOOMING DEATH
Master Somtochukwu Achumie, a secondary school boarding student from Anambra State was complaining of an inexplicable and recurrent illness that forced him to leave school for home on three different occasions. Heavy fever, cold, severe headache, hotness of the legs, stomach ache and chest pain were symptoms that characterised his experience and made life agonising for the lad. His complaints led his parents to The SCOAN to worship God and to get the Morning Water for their ailing son.

ACHUMIE AND FAMILY

Returning home and receiving the Morning Water from his parents Somtochukwu went back to school, ministered it and complained of a terrible feeling inside of him. At that juncture, he insisted on coming back home. Back home, his father knew something was amiss spiritually and instructed his wife to minister the Morning Water on their son who had already asked for tea. Ministering the Morning Water into his tea, the young student took a sip and became more troubled, complaining that something was moving from his belly towards his throat. As his mother ministered more of the Morning Water on him, he vomited seven pins and fainted. He was thereafter revived after his mother ministered more of the Morning Water on him.

Testifying to his son’s healing and revival, Mr Achumie and his wife never knew that their son belonged to a secret cult. It was the man of God, through prophetic insight that made the revelation which was corroborated by the lad. He recounted how he was initiated when he was in Junior Secondary Three by a friend who lured him into a bush where he was flogged and inducted into the cult. According to the man of God, those pins represented the mission of the cult and were not physically placed inside him but were commanded spiritually to enter him after he had taken blood as part of the initiation rites. The man of God directed his parents to change his school immediately.

Testifying in company of his visibly emotional wife, Mr Achumie thanked God for saving the life of his son. The man of God admonished Christians all over the world to love everyone but not to trust anyone except God.

MULTIPLE FIBROIDS RECEIVE MERCILESS BASHING
For twenty years, Mrs Opelore Alli was in the wilderness of life. Peace of mind and joy were overtaken by agonies and endless pain. She had been diagnosed with multiple fibroids and heavy bleeding. All the hospitals she went to could not solve the problem, not even the spiritual homes she was taken to by well-wishers. She kept on crying day and night until she encountered the man of God at The SCOAN where she was given the Morning Water.

Mr Cheniku Killian would sit in the beer parlour and make jest of the man of God, Prophet T.B Joshua, saying that he was fake. The Cameroonian who derived pleasure in womanising and drinking alcohol found solidarity in fellow drunkards who would vilify the man of God whenever they gathered in their assembly. He was not aware that he had a huge problem and continued to wallow in self-deception, thinking that casting aspersions on the person of Prophet T.B. Joshua was a worthwhile thing to do. A man who abandoned his pretty wife in the village just to mess around with irresponsible women, was definitely tormented by spirits and needed deliverance but there he was, reviling a man, to whom he should have run, for spiritual help.

One day, as he sat watching football on television, he inadvertently stumbled on Emmanuel TV. As he watched the life-changing channel, he came across different testimonies about people who had been delivered from yokes like the ones he was under. Instead of praising God for His wonderful works, he continued his mockery, saying they were all fake. But a voice in him kept admonishing him to tarry awhile and listen to the Word of God coming from Prophet T.B. Joshua via Emmanuel TV. The constancy of that gentle voice persuaded him into having a rethink.

The first attraction was the statement from the man of God that “…when you sin don’t run away from God, run to Him.” The power in those words brought him back to his senses as he began to realise that no matter the sins he had committed against God, there was still an opportunity for repentance and redemption. As he stretched out his hands to the TV screen to join the man of God in prayer, he felt a great shock even before his hand touched the screen and immediately, he saw a complete being walk out of his body.

Since that day, his life has changed for the better. He has reunited with his wife and now has affection for her. His drinking and womanising problems are over. Even his once stagnant business has now been restored. Thanking God for his new life, in company of his wife, he left the following advice for people: “If you find yourself condemning a man of God, go on your knees and ask for mercy.”

BROKEN MARRIAGE RESTORED

Dr and Mrs Hilarius Abiwu had been married for five years but were torn apart by certain issues that remained unresolved for so long. As a medical doctor with so many professional obligations, Dr Abiwu hardly had time for his wife. But most importantly, interferences from his mother in-law worsened the whole thing. The usual intimacy that characterises a blissful marriage was absent in their case to the extent that Dr Abiwu no longer had even an iota of affection for his wife. Even the wedding ring on his finger was nowhere to be found – a sign that he was disgruntled with the marriage.

For five years, the couple lived like two walls apart. It was an agonising episode for his wife, who could not fathom the reason the flame of love in their lives was losing its glow. In her seeming confusion, she visited The SCOAN and was spotted during a Sunday service by the man of God through prophetic insight. “I am seeing a broken home… This is the problem of your family – there is divorce”, said the man of God as he referred to her case. Confirming the prophetic message amid profuse weeping, Mrs Abiwu received her deliverance through the prayer of Prophet T.B. Joshua, who afterwards invited her husband and mother in order to resolve the matter in the light of God’s Word.

Through divine wisdom, the man of God, after stating that the marriage was of God, mediated in the matter and admonished each party accordingly. He finally reconciled the couple and also ensured that the wife’s mother would not overreach her boundaries in future.
In spite of the misgivings they had harboured against each other, the couple are now living in total peace! Testifying to the rekindling of their love for each other and the restoration of their marriage, the couple thanked God for using Prophet T.B. Joshua to bring joy back into their lives. Dr Abiwu also confirmed that the reconciliation has brought many blessings into his life, especially in his professional career which has continued to experience progress upon progress. The pain and hurt of the past have been overtaken by love, promotion, awards and great hope for the future. The couple advised people to have faith in God and make His Word the standard for their lives. They also admonished Christians not to run away from challenges but to dig deep and fight them through in prayer.

SPIRIT OF HOMOSEXUALITY DISLODGED

Mr Sumaila Benjamin from Edo state, Nigeria, was afflicted with the spirit of man. The problem started when he was between the ages of 16 and 17. Then, he was working for a boss who allowed him and other male workers to sleep together as a group, but he had always noticed that while he slept, someone always came to pull his trousers down. After noticing that aberration, he took steps to tighten his trousers in order to check the excesses of the ‘nocturnal marauder’. He eventually caught the man in question and reported the matter to his boss.

Notwithstanding the punishment meted out to the culprit, a spiritual damage had been done to his life. His urge for same-sex relations increased and continued to torment him. He experienced setback in everything he put his hand to. Tired with the turn his life had taken, he visited The SCOAN where he had an encounter with God through Prophet T.B. Joshua.

During that historic Sunday service, Prophet T.B. Joshua walked up to him, prophesying, “You have the spirit of a man. Suddenly, the spirit came upon you. You have a kind of passion for men… when you see a man, it is like you see a woman.” After the prophecy, Mr Benjamin was delivered and declared free from that bad spirit. During his testimony, Mr Benjamin thanked God for his deliverance. According to him, things have since changed in his life. He is no longer attracted to men and has overcome all the setbacks that were caused by his passion for men. He has the following advice for people all over the world: “Run to God, no matter the problem you are going through.”

The SCOAN service on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 was memorable in the sense that it re-echoed the triumph of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ over death, sin and sorrow. It offered congregants and Christians all over the world another opportunity to re-align themselves with the ideals of the risen Christ who according to the choir, cannot be denied. “There’s no denying my Jesus… He wants to know you…”

In a powerful time of prayer, Prophet T.B. Joshua brought to reality the meaning of the term ‘resurrection’ which is to bring back to life peace, comfort and joy, in the name of Jesus. Speaking to the congregation and viewers worldwide, he said that many of us have been following someone else’s destiny but the promise of God this Easter is to bring back our destiny so that we can become an authority in our calling. According to him, it does not matter what you are doing; what matters is what you are destined to do.

Earlier in the service, Evangelist Chris in his message titled DEATH IS DEFEATED, called on Christians to attune themselves to the realisation that Easter is a day to celebrate their triumph over death, sickness, poverty and infirmity through Christ Jesus whose blood paid the supreme price for all mankind: “…Easter is a day set aside to commemorate the resurrection of the One who paid the supreme price for our sins. We are here today to celebrate the fact that death was swallowed up in victory! If Jesus Christ defeated death on the Cross of Calvary, what is the problem you are facing today that cannot be swallowed up?  Today, your sickness will be swallowed up in good health! Your poverty will be swallowed up in blessing! Your bondage will be swallowed up in freedom! Your barrenness will be swallowed up in fruitfulness! Your test will be swallowed up in testimony! Jesus Christ lives; He never said goodbye.

He concluded with a call on Christians to remain focused and never allow the harsh realities of life to derail them from the path of truth and honour: “Nothing can be more ridiculous or absurd than to allow symptoms or feelings to cause us to doubt the fulfilment of God’s promises. We can believe God. His promises stand. He cannot lie. The Bible is full of promises for every matter. As long as you have faith, they will work for you.”

FROM TENANT TO LANDLORD THROUGH PROPHETIC DECLARATION

MR ROBERT DUT TALANG

Mr Robert Dut Talang had migrated to the United States from his native South Sudan with high hopes and expectations. He had envisaged an easy, prosperous and financially rewarding time in America. But what he met in the United States was very discouraging. Life was definitely not a bed of roses over there as he struggled to settle his bills, including his house rent. His business was virtually on its knees. After trying in vain to get himself out of the predicament, a friend introduced him to The SCOAN.

Convinced of the presence of God in the Arena of Liberty, Mr Talang visited The SCOAN and received a prophetic declaration from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. “It shall be well”, said the man of God to him, holding his hand and looking at his face with a smile that lit up the fires of hope inside his heart. Keying into that prophetic declaration, Mr Talang returned to his base in the United States with the Morning Water given to him by the man of God.

As he continued to hold on to that prophetic declaration, Mr Talang also prayed together with his family amid a devotional ministration of the Morning Water. Within a short while, the unexpected happened. The landlord of the properties he was occupying for residential and official purposes approached and informed him that the properties had been put up for sale, asking if Mr Talang was interested in acquiring them. Even though he had no dime for the purchase, he remembered the declaration of the man of God and claimed it once again. He ministered the Morning Water around the properties, believing God had settled everything.

After those acts of faith, Mr Talang registered a new business and together with his attorneys met with the landlord to negotiate for the purchase. And to God be the glory, after fruitful deliberations, he was able to purchase the properties. He is now a landlord and has rented many of the rooms to tenants. Narrating his glorious story to the congregation, Mr Talang thanked God for lifting him from the trenches of debt and shame to the zenith of prosperity and progress through Christ Jesus. “When God is not in your life, it is hopeless”, he told the church as he ended his testimony.

MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS FROM THE THRONE OF GRACE

Professor Benedict Mbam of the Ebonyi State University, Abakalilki, had an excellent career progression until he got to the rank of Senior Lecturer, where he got stuck for seven years without further promotion. The experience was demoralising as he saw his subordinates being promoted ahead of him but could not explain why things turned out that way. Deep down in his heart, he knew something was wrong somewhere. His visit to The SCOAN would eventually disentangle him from the evil that had held him down for seven years.

PROFESSOR BENEDICT MBAM

Receiving the Morning Water at The SCOAN, the hardworking academic went home ministering it all over himself and the entire household. After three months, the first bubble of glory appeared – he received promotion to the rank of Associate Professor of Computer Science. As he was still savouring the joy of his first promotion in seven years, he was appointed Director, Academic Planning, a position exclusively reserved for full professors only. How an Associate Professor was able to get that promotion remains a case study in uncommon grace. Moving on to a federal university, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, he was made a full professor within months of ministering the Morning Water –  another promotion from Heaven.

When they got the news of his promotion in his new school, the management of his former school also promoted him to a full professor. With those promotions came great improvement in his financial status. He was able to buy brand new cars for himself and his wife and also built a house for himself. Just last week, he was elected the Dean, Faculty of Physical and Applied Sciences, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. As he thanked God for the grace he has received through Christ Jesus, Professor Benedict Abam advised people all over the world: “Hold onto faith and one day, your miracle will locate you.”

IN EVERY DISAPPOINTMENT, THERE IS A BIGGER BLESSING FOR GOD’S CHILDREN

MR PAUL AZEKA ASIA

After fifteen years of meritorious service to his employer, Mr Paul Azeka Asia, instead of being rewarded for his loyalty, was told that his position was no longer useful. It was declared redundant by the company’s management thus forcing the Ghanaian to leave and join the list of the unemployed. It was failure at the peak of success. Not willing to accept defeat, he visited The SCOAN after watching series of wonderful miracles and testimonies on Emmanuel TV.

Attending a Sunday service, he cried to God to change the story of his life and received inspiration from the testimony of a brother, all the way from the UK who had similar challenges but triumphed after visiting The SCOAN. After the service, he received the Morning Water and continued to minister it with zeal even on his credentials. In less than two weeks, he saw a job advertisement that matched his qualification and applied online, ministering the Morning Water on the computer screen. Two weeks later, he was invited for a job interview. After attending the interview, he was selected among the long list of candidates who applied for the job.

His new job is better than the previous one and the way it came could only be a miracle. Acknowledging that it is not easy to get a job in Ghana, he reckoned that his case was exceptional in the sense that he lost his previous job in December 2015 and got a better one in January 2016 in a country where people could be out of a job for years. Thanking God for the unlikely way his job was restored, Mr Asia advised people to build their faith on God, the Solid Rock as all other grounds are sinking sand.

TIME UP FOR BARRENNESS

Mrs Precious Okorie, a Nigerian resident in Togo, searched for the fruit of the womb for six years without reprieve. Her condition took a heavy toll on her psychologically. All the hospitals she visited could not diagnose any problem with her. Even her recourse to herbal medicine could not yield any result.

An encounter with Emmanuel TV inspired her visit to The SCOAN from where she received the Morning Water.

Returning home, Mrs Okorie ministered the Morning Water in prayer together with her husband. That same month, she became pregnant and went on to deliver a baby girl (christened Mary Okorie) after nine months. Describing the Morning Water as an ‘atomic bomb’, Mrs Okorie marvelled at the immediacy of her pregnancy after she had ministered it. Thanking God for His intervention in her life, she advised people to trust in God so that they could meet their own breakthrough through Christ.

FOR HEART DIESASE, IT WAS DEATH BY THE ANOINTING

He had been diagnosed with symptoms of valvular heart disease and had tried different medications without solution. Mr David Ogong eventually stumbled on Emmanuel TV via Youtube. The marvellous healings and deliverance God has wrought through Prophet T.B. Joshua easily caught his attention and endeared him to The SCOAN. The Ugandan national, without looking back, made up his mind to visit the arena of liberty. He visited The SCOAN in 2015 and had the opportunity of receiving prayers from the man of God who also blessed him with the Morning Water. Before he departed from Nigeria, he felt a great improvement in his health condition as he ministered the Morning Water.

Returning to Uganda, Mr Ogong went to the same hospital that had diagnosed him with the heart problem. After another round of tests, it was discovered that his heart was healthy. The valvular heart disease that had reared its ugly head was no more. Thanking God for his healing, Mr Ogong also testified to the healing of his brother who had collapsed and gone into coma due to multiple organ failure in the UK. According to Mr Ogong, after doctors gave up all hope on his brother’s case, it took just the ministration of the Morning Water to rouse him from a two-week coma. Today, his brother is hale and hearty. Mr Ogong while promising to return with more testimonies, urged people to believe in God and His servants.

THREATENED MARRIAGE SAVED THROUGH PROPHECY

Mr Kelechukwu John while sojourning in Angola had started an extra-marital affair with a lady whom he claimed promised to help him secure all his residence documents in the South African country.

The Nigerian kept the relationship without the knowledge of his wife and never knew that the bubble would one day burst in full glare of the public. The woman in question had visited Nigeria and had accompanied her ‘lover’ to The SCOAN Sunday Service, where the man of God, through prophetic insight revealed the unhealthy union between them. “The brother under the canopy – your wife is at home but you are here with a lady. What kind of prayer do you want to offer? What do you hear us preaching since morning? Your wife is at home. She is even trying to cook food for you but you are here with one lady…” After hearing these words from the man of God, Mr John   hurriedly came out of the congregation to confirm the prophecy. The man of God thereafter summoned his wife to the church and ensured that their threatened marriage was saved. Mr John admitted wrongdoing and took responsibility for his actions. He asked God and his wife to forgive him. On her part, Mrs John accepted her husband’s apology and stated that she had forgiven him. She advised every family facing similar challenges to know God so that He would always help them recover their homes.

LOST AFFECTION RESTORED

Right from the night of her wedding, Mrs Ifeoma Obimma developed apathy and dislike for marital affection. This later developed into a full-blown lack of affection for the opposite sex. Her legitimately married husband suffered untold rejection by a woman with whom he had exchanged marital vows. The spirit behind her challenge ensured that they lived thousands of miles apart from each other. While the man was here in Nigeria, his wife was junketing between the UK and South Africa and was more concerned with her business than any other matter. The couple spent seven years apart.

MRS IFEOMA OBIMMA

Though they are blessed with a set of twins – a boy and a girl – it was a serious battle before she could allow her husband to meet her. She continued to give the man headaches until the day she attended The SCOAN Sunday Service where she had an encounter with the man of God through prophecy. The man of God, led by the power of the Holy Spirit, spoke of her case: “You are a man. Your affection is dead. This is giving you loneliness. Anybody that looks at you – you are a beautiful lady, beautiful woman – they want to marry you but you don’t have affection.” Confirming the prophecy to be true, Mrs Obimma was delivered by the man of God, in Jesus’ name.

Testifying in company of her husband, she narrated to the amusement of the congregation, how she had previously denied her husband the intimacy of marriage and frustrated every move he made for them to meet as husband and wife. She acknowledged the fact that it was only her business that mattered to her even more than her husband. She however thanked God for changing her life through the prophecy and deliverance. She confessed that after her deliverance, life has become normal for her. She now has great affection for her husband and treats him as her God-given husband. She commended her husband for his patience and maturity in the face of all she did to him and advised people to always seek the face of God in everything they do.

YOKE OF BEDWETTING BROKEN FOREVER

Ms Kate Agbebaku had been tormented by the spirit of bedwetting which had actually started while she was a child. The problem affected her in many ways and took her to so many places in search of a solution. She even went as far as doing a fifty-day fasting programme in order to overcome the problem. Instead of abating, it became worse. An encounter with the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua in her dream would eventually inspire her to visit The SCOAN, believing that her problem would definitely come to an end.

Seated in the auditorium on Easter Sunday 2016, the man of God prophesied about her case in the following words: “… When you sleep in the night, something happens to you. It started from a young age. You thought it was over but you are experiencing it again. Don’t be shy; get rid of it and be delivered… This bedwetting is happening to you.”

Testifying before the congregation how the problem of bedwetting had seriously embarrassed and affected her life, she thanked God for her deliverance, observing that since she was delivered by the man of God, the problem had gone for good. She advised the congregants and people all over the world to keep believing God because He is indeed an awesome God.

The service left the congregation and viewers in the incredible joy of Jesus’ resurrection. Whatever situation you are in, by His resurrection, you can rely on Jesus. We have been seeing the purpose why Jesus was resurrected – Jesus Christ brings back to life the joy, peace, comfort and reconciliation. Happy Easter!
