What a day, overflowing with heavenly anointing, last Sunday was! From the landmark deliverance of a woman from Ghana who came with a horrible case of needles lodged in her system, to the astounding testimonies of God’s power, the service was phenomenal and breathtaking. The worship by the choir, the electrifying power of the Holy Spirit that unleashed spectacular healings and deliverances and the amazing prophecies all bore witness to the abundantly available anointing as God used the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, to set His people free from bondage.

PROPHET T B JOSHUA

Commenting on the woman whose case medical doctors had failed to permanently remove through surgical procedure, he said: “In the natural, you cannot defeat satan. The more you try, the more he becomes bigger.” By the power of the Holy Spirit, the man of God later on went ahead to set her free from her agony that had left her with multiple scars of surgeries through futile medical efforts. Prophet T.B. Joshua also taught on the power of faith, likening it to a heavenly currency. He then ministered prophecy to the congregation before attending to visitors who had come from all over the world at the prayer line where many people were set free from demonic affliction.

Earlier in the day, Wise Man Daniel delivered a thought-provoking message that prodded Christians not to murmur or grumble, but use their faith to access God’s blessings. Titled ‘USE YOUR FAITH TO PUT A DEMAND’ and anchored on the scripture from Hebrews 11:6, he said it is not the amount of prayer one prays that counts but the faith one puts into one’s prayer. He explained: “The Healer, the Deliverer, the Blessing Provider and the Saviour of the world is saying here, ‘It is impossible to please Me without faith.’ This implies that, as long as you have faith, God will work for you. Empty confession or profession of faith will not help us at all. Therefore, as a child of God, if you examine your life, you will find out how much faith you have. If you examine your life, you will know how much you please God, because only faith pleases Him – nothing else.”

Cementing his message with the cases of blind Bartimaeus and the woman with the issue of blood, he said: “Blind Bartimaeus’ shout was unique and different because it was a shout born of faith, which made Christ Jesus to stop in front of him. Such a shout could not be stopped by opposition of any form. The woman with the issue of blood believed enough to press through the crowd to touch the Healer Himself. As a Christian, when you discover a true minister of God, your responsibility is to believe.”

IMMIGRATION STAMPEDE VICTIM’S MIRACULOUS RECOVERY

She could barely breathe. As the crowds surged forward, pushing to enter the stadium, Mercy knew that the end was nigh. To her right, she saw a body lying unconscious, the crowd trampling on the lifeless frame unperturbed. Suddenly, a force from behind pushed her off balance and Mercy fell. Darkness reigned as the stampede surged forward and the young job-seeker lost all consciousness. One week later, Mercy opened her eyes to discover she was in a hospital ward. An oxygen mask was fitted to her face and doctors were fighting for her survival. Miss Mercy Attaidu was a victim of the fatal stampede in the National Stadium in Abuja when a job interview for the Nigerian Immigration Services drew an unprecedented crowd. Finally regaining consciousness, Mercy was informed by doctors that a bone in her neck had shifted as a result of a fracture and her spinal cord was severely damaged. Released from hospital several months later, she was given a walking frame, lumbar corset and neck collar to support her and booked for an operation on her neck.

Apart from the physical agony, bitterness toward the authorities responsible for the calamity welled up in her heart. What began as a hopeful search for employment after graduating ended up with her being partially paralyzed. As despondency continued to increase its grip, a friend recommended Mercy, a native of Kogi State, to visit The SCOAN and receive prayer before undergoing the operation. In the prayer line, as Prophet T.B. Joshua approached her and began to pray, the miraculous unfolded! Immediately after prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit, the terrible pain she had been experiencing vanished and she began to walk freely without the use of her walking aids! Apart from her physical healing, Prophet T.B. Joshua advised Mercy to remove the grudge she had in her heart toward Nigeria and promised to help her get a job. Two weeks down the line, Mercy stood before The SCOAN congregation to testify that she is completely healed and no longer needed an operation! She said that her love for the nation Nigeria had been restored and her zeal for life supernaturally replenished. Thank You, Jesus!

THE SURPRISE SUNDAY CALL

For five years, Ms. Catherine Moseki from Botswana had been walking the thorny path of limitation in progress. Despite possessing requisite qualifications and being a hard worker, promotion simply avoided her. She watched in anger as her junior colleagues rose above her in rank. Decided enough was enough, she came to The SCOAN in December last year where she received the Anointing Water. Back home in Botswana, she received a surprise call.

Her boss called her on a Sunday, inviting her for an interview. She was astounded but knew that the time had come for God to manifest in her life. She prayed, ministered the Anointing Water on herself and asked God to take charge. AFTER 60 HORRIBLE YEARS, BEDWETTING SURRENDERS

Mr Ganiyu Yusuf from Ondo was a handsome and jolly man and yet, under his infectious smile, lay the pitiable being of a very sad man. At his age, 60, he was still bedwetting and this humiliating affliction stole all his joy although very few knew the amount of bondage he was under. Even when time for him to marry came, he was too troubled to disclose to his lovebird and resolved not to say a thing about his embarrassing state lest he lost her. But nothing stays under wraps forever. Soon, his wife discovered and she was very bitter about it.

They became a sad couple but still hoped that one day, God would deliver them. During this period, he used to have bad dreams. He would see himself going to the toilet and before he knew it, his bed would be soaked in his own urine. One day, someone gave him the Anointing Water. Although he had little faith, he started praying, “God of Abraham, Isaac and T.B. Joshua, deliver me from bedwetting that has been disturbing me” and then, ministered the Anointing Water. To his surprise, he did not wet his bed that night. Together with his affliction went the bad dreams. Too good had his deliverance been that he had to wait for one year before he could come for his testimony – to be sure that the shame he had endured for six decades was indeed permanently gone. He advised people all over the world to look and focus on God alone and that Jesus Christ is the Healer.

DARK SECRETS OF FREEMASONRY EXPOSED

“I sold my soul to satan to get what I wanted.” These were the words of Mr Frank Kpodzo, a young Ghanaian who explained how his idolatrous and struggling family background pushed him into the dark world of a secret cult. Frank was a freemason. Initially told that the ‘group’ was merely a social gathering with financial perks attached, it was only after initiation that Mr Frank realized the spiritual covenant he had entered by becoming a freemason. He was initiated in a Masonic Lodge where his clothes were removed, his face blindfolded and an oath of secrecy taken. Upon becoming a freemason member, Frank learned there were degrees or levels of influence in the cult, the highest being the 53^rd degree. He himself reached the 22nd degree where his understanding was broadened to know that the covenant he had entered by joining freemasonry was to sell his soul to satan in exchange for worldly riches.

Sent on assignments to influence youth to join the cult, he explained how he would socialize with young people at clubs and entice them to join. By so doing, countless young people had been initiated into this satanic society through Frank’s influence. He explained that the more people he brought to join freemasonry, the higher he was upgraded in the cult. Mr Frank confessed that although he was a drunkard, smoker and womanizer before, these bad habits increased exponentially upon his initiation. Although he had money, he lacked peace as realization that he was hell-bound at death dawned on him. It was only when he discovered Emmanuel TV that he saw a greater spiritual power at work and resolved to leave the secret cult. However, with such a strong spiritual connection, merely desiring to leave was not enough.

Mr. Frank needed deliverance. Coming to The SCOAN, he received prayer from Wise Man Harry where the evil spirit, stemming from an idol his family worshipped, was exposed and expelled. Last Sunday was his return to The SCOAN to testify that after deliverance, he slept peacefully, had no more spiritual encounters with freemason members in his dreams and no more urge to smoke, drink, masturbate or womanize. He advised youth not to allow their situations to derail them to satanic deception, knowing that God’s power is above all!

WHEELCHAIR-BOUND MAN SMILES AGAIN

In 2009, Mr Kofi Smiles from Ghana came to The SCOAN with the problem of inability to walk due to advanced osteoarthritis for more than 14 years. The only option he was given by the doctor in order for him to walk again, was to go for a knee replacement surgery. Because of the problem, he could no longer go to his work. He was forced to stay in the house all day long with only his wife assisting him do the most basic duties, such as going to the toilet. As the problem lingered, he realized that he needed to get a wheelchair because the pain was intensifying by the day. His wife advised him to start watching Emmanuel TV and, finally, he decided to come with his wife to the Arena of Liberty. He came completely unable to walk without the aid of his two crutches. After the prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit by Prophet T.B. Joshua, he started walking without the crutches, something he was unable to do for the past 14 years.

Now, it has been 5 years since he received his healing and he is still walking in the light of his testimony, all to the glory of God. Since he dropped his crutches, he has never picked them up again. He advised people to seek God in the Word of God, because the Word of God is true and sure.

FROM JOBLESSNESS TO JOB CREATOR

Mr. Rodney Edmond Iwelu came to The SCOAN with the problem of joblessness for many years. As a young man, his desire was to be self reliant and yet, he could not get employment to make his dream come true. He had to depend on his parents for his daily upkeep. Even if he was to travel to church, his parents had to give him money for transport. His situation was so depressing that he often flirted with the idea to commit suicide.

One day, he was introduced to The SCOAN and he decided to come to worship and receive the Anointing Water. Back home, he prayed and ministered it to himself, asking God to solve his challenges and restore his destiny. Today, he is the proud owner of a cleaning company with 19 employees. He has contracts with many hotels and companies. He is free from depression and each time he wakes up in the morning, he sees purpose in life. The radical transformation in his life amazes his friends who used to know him before.  “Any evangelical item you receive from a true man of God, you must mix it with faith if God is to manifest Himself,” he said.

“WHERE ARE THE NEEDLES?” – MEDICAL MYSTERY SOLVED BY GOD

The case of Rebecca Idi, a young Ghanaian, baffled medical doctors. Needles had mysteriously appeared all over her body without any physical encounter or explanation. After the needles had been removed surgically, they would return five-fold, a fact attested to by an x-ray which showed the needles increasing throughout her body. It left the surgeon in charge of her case bewildered as there was no plausible scientific reason for the phenomena. A total of 18 needles had been removed from her body but hundreds more returned, causing Rebecca excruciating pain and discomfort on a daily basis. She was forced to leave school and stay isolated at home because of the strange condition.

After Rebecca was taken to a spiritualist in Ghana, her case only seemed to worsen. It was at this point that a family friend recommended she be bought to The SCOAN in Lagos, Nigeria. Addressing her situation, Prophet T.B. Joshua stated that the needles had entered her body through an incantation inspired by evil spirits and thus, only they could only leave through a command in the power of the Holy Spirit. He further explained that when your situation has become a curse, it is beyond mere natural or medical help; it requires Divine intervention. Later on, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for the young girl who instantly fell to the ground.

At that moment, she explained that she felt a strange force leaving her body! Rushing to the toilet, the elated Ghanaian began checking her body and screamed for joy. All signs and traces of the needles that she formerly felt in her body, alongside the excruciating pain that accompanied it, had disappeared in a glorious instant! Returning to the congregation, she joyfully testified that she could no longer feel the pricking of the mysterious needles and her body felt light! A Ghanaian medical doctor from the congregation came forward to check Rebecca, testifying that she had never heard of such a case and praising God for His miraculous intervention. “Where are the needles?” a delighted Rebecca asked the congregation, stunned that God had removed in a moment what had plagued her life and baffled medical doctors for years. Thank You, Jesus Christ!!!

WHOLE FAMILY DELIVERED FROM SPIRIT OF PROSTITUTION

Imagine a family where everyone – mother, sisters and aunts – are all prostitutes. As detesting as it may sound, this was the case with Miss Francisca whose family came bound and chained to the horrible spirit of prostitution, stemming from an idol that was worshipped from generation to generation. While Francisca was still very young, she saw her mother and aunt doing prostitution. Soon, the cycle continued in her own life as she also became a prostitute, sometimes meeting with more than 15 men in a single day. She carried demonic powers in her body which she employed to manipulate men. Any man who saw her tattoo emblazoned on her upper arm and had lustful intent towards her would easily be seduced. Each man she slept with would feel the negative repercussions in their lives, careers and relationships. She carried more lethal powers in her leg. It was while she was wantonly sleeping with various men, that one day, he encountered God through Prophet T.B. Joshua in a dream. The man of God accosted her to stop prostituting. In search of an answer to the strange encounter, she came to The SCOAN where the evil spirit in her spoke out and was eventually cast out in the name of Jesus Christ. Since that day, she has been free and the urge for men has left her.

While she was still having the spirit of prostitution, a woman used to appear to her in her dreams, deceiving her that her biological mother was not her mother. This made her to develop hatred for her mother. Now that she is free, she has started seeing her mother as a real mother in her life. Her mother confirmed coming from an idol worshipping family. She got married at the age of 15 and gave birth to two children to her first husband. With another man, she got another two children. After leaving her second marriage, she went on to marry her third husband and from there she became a prostitute. She would meet up to five men in a day. Miss Francisca also came with her sisters all of whom confessed to being prostitutes. They asked for prayer so that they could be delivered from the demonic attack.

After enjoying a free life since her deliverance last week, she urged all her friends who are into prostitution to seek God and receive their own deliverance so that they can live a godly life.

MIRACLE FLAG OF GOD

Olufunke Alao came with her daughters to The SCOAN to testify to the goodness of God. Last month, she came to The SCOAN to worship. She was holding her Nigerian flag as is the tradition at The SCOAN. During the mass prayer, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, encouraged people to keep their flags in their homes, offices or cars.

She placed hers in her car and one day, on her way to Akure for an appointment, she had a rude awakening. She saw people running for their lives. When she peered through her window to see what was going on, she discovered that there was an ambush. A gang of heavily armed men brandishing totting guns was walking from car to car robbing the shocked motorists. She started praying for God to deliver her. When they got to her car, they ordered her to wind down the glass. She did so while uttering prayer of faith when suddenly one of them screamed, “She is Joshua’s daughter, can’t you see the flag and Anointing Sticker. So, leave her alone”. Immediately, they ran away, leaving her alone and safe. She said that her security was in God alone and people must take seriously what God’s servants say.

Mr Awet Kebedom from Eritrea had been watching Emmanuel TV and had seen the deliverances that took place at The SCOAN. One day, his friend brought Anointing Water and Anointing Sticker for him from The SCOAN. He placed the Anointing Sticker on his car and he ministered the Anointing Water on a daily basis.

One day, while driving, he made a u-turn and suddenly a car that was speeding behind him smashed into it. His car was utterly destroyed in the collision yet he was completely protected by the Lord. He said that with this Anointing Water and Anointing Sticker, he could feel the presence of God. He showed the picture of the seriously damaged car beyond repair. In fact, he was unconscious for about seven hours before he finally woke up and found himself in the ICU with bruised kidney and fractured ribs. After ministering the Anointing Water, he was totally recovered and he can now drive again to the glory of God. With all these experiences, he calls the Anointing Water and Anointing Sticker ‘the signature of God’.

CONFESSIONS OF A PROFESSIONAL THIEF

Mr Victor Richmond Sagoe from Ghana came to The SCOAN with his mother and received a message of prophecy by Prophet T.B. Joshua who exposed how the foundation of their family was crumbling due to a terrible spirit of stealing that had crippled his social and educational life.

Right from when he had known himself, he realised he had the embarrassing urge of stealing things around him. Coming from a well-to-do family, he never actually lacked anything and was always sponsored by his father to attain the highest levels of education. Even as he was in one of the best and most expensive universities in Ghana, he continued stealing. As his bad habit of kleptomania developed and matured, his loot became more expensive until he finally stole his mother’s jewellery worth hundreds of thousands of US Dollars. As his mother discovered that he was the one that had stolen and sold her precious gold coins which she inherited from her mother, she called for the authorities to arrest her own son!

Instead of being reformed, it was like he had graduated to a higher level in the craft. He had no intentions of stopping his dreadful vice. Becoming a professional, he started stealing things of greater value and would only trade them for things of no lasting value. He became a money squanderer, spending money on marijuana, alcohol, designer clothes and living a wasteful lifestyle. He would especially concentrate on stealing from people he knew, getting close to them and stealing, knowing that they would never suspect their closest friend to be the mastermind behind these heinous acts. He also discovered the knack for opening locked doors and padlocks. When he was moved to a different school, he tried to stay away from any friends, thinking that he would be able to maintain his focus by doing so. As he gained his first friend in the new place, his acts of stealing resumed once again. This time around, it grew even worse, pushing Victor to enter fraudulent business on internet. He started defrauding innocent victims of big amounts of money by impersonation and pretense. His condition became so severe that his mother, as a final solution, decided to bring him to The SCOAN and the Holy Spirit located them through the prophecy given by Prophet T.B. Joshua.

Confirming to the former notoriety of his son tearfully, his father, a police officer working for the UN, explained how he once had him arrested.  As Victor and family returned to The SCOAN a week later, he testified that all thoughts of stealing and theft had completely left him and he is now like a newborn baby. He advised youths reeling under the weight of his former lifestyle to avoid wrong influence and turn to God. His mother, joining to testify to the goodness of God, advised people to trust in the Lord with all their heart.

CONFESSIONS OF A NOTORIOUS WITCHDOCTOR

The first time Mr Friday Joshua Achema came to The SCOAN, he hid himself. Although he knew he was the one Prophet T.B. Joshua was referring to when he called out for a witchdoctor to come out, he refused. Instead, he sneaked out and went home to fast and pray; deceiving himself that his diabolical powers would leave him. It never occurred to him that it would require powers from above to set him free. When he returned during a prophetic service the following week, the man of God approached him on the same issue. He later sent evangelists with the witchdoctor to go and destroy his shrine in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Testifying, Mr Achema who was accompanied by members of his family, displayed his paraphernalia – the diabolical artillery he used to destroy people’s destinies, bring people counterfeit breakthroughs and cause harm to unsuspecting souls. He also brought out an oracle which people consulted. Along with it came red feathers he used to inflict sadness in people’s lives. Among other things, he had powers to influence court decisions including serious cases of murder. All he would do was evoke evil spirits to enter the presiding officers. People would be seeing his clients speaking, but in reality it was the oracle doing the talking which they didn’t know. If people came to him looking for fruit of the womb, he would give them children from the marine world after performing various sacrifices.

He would defraud his clients by asking them to bring materials they would not be able to find. For example, he would ask them to bring gorilla hair.  If the person said he could not, he would offer to travel out to a different country where he would get the hair. He would use this as justification for charging high prices. However, in reality, such bizarre items were never actually used but only requested so as to provide a platform for effective fraud.

As someone who had experienced a lot in the kingdom of darkness, he advised people those who are into any dubious character to change and follow Jesus because everything is vanity. ‘Have faith and trust in God who is able to do all things because the power of darkness would fail you’ he said.

Packed to capacity and spilling over to the overflow canopies, The SCOAN, on Sunday, was the place to be. From power prayers that crashed spiritual storms to surrender to calmness, to the great and spectacular works of miracles that saw many people receive their healing and deliverance from the talons of the wicked, the incredible power of God was indisputable. Among the many memorable events, the young woman from Ghana, who was healed from mysterious needles that were lodged in her system, returned grinning and glowing with good health to testify that all the pricking she used to feel, left her the moment she encountered the resurrection power of Jesus Christ through the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua; and that ever since, she has become a new person. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, stepped onto the altar and taught with power on the issue of faith, explaining the degrees of faith and how they matter in a Christian life.

His words: “If you possess Christ in deep level, you will be able to give away Christ in deep level. You can only give away that which you possess. When you possess Him in deepest level, you will be able to give away in deepest level. The power to do all things is with you, but the amount of faith you have is the amount of power you release. There is power in our mouth; the belief in our heart is released by faith out of our mouth.” Having powerfully taught this interesting topic; he led the church and viewers of Emmanuel TV into commanding evil spirits in the lives of people to order. In a powerful time of mass prayer for the nations, Prophet T.B. Joshua ordered satan, the manufacturer of sickness, disease, suffering and failure to order in every area. The atmosphere was charged as the man of God said, “Begin to release your nation, your country in the name of Jesus! Open your lips and order your children out of the forest right now! Whatever you command here shall be command in Heaven. Write it down, you have a testimony!”

Wise Man Racine preached on the topic:  GRAB ONTO FAITH which admonished Christians from ‘looking at life and its adversities from a natural point of view’ saying ‘it only brings fear.’ Quoting various scriptures, he said, “When you log into the new realm above the senses, you will know God’s opinion about yourself; the opening of the eyes of our faith is the silencing of our fear. In the face of overwhelming circumstances, David logged into the realm above the senses and saw the victory; he believed the vision and spoke the Word of faith and Goliath fell. Hannah suffered barrenness for so many years, she received and believed the Word of faith spoken by Eli and her life of barrenness came to an end. She began to describe the taste of honey when she was still swallowing tears.  Her heart responded to the Word of faith and saw beyond her barrenness Samuel, the promised child, a great prophet.”

DIABETES ANNIHILATED WITH JUST A DROP!

Miss Mary Aliyu from Abuja lay in the hospital bed writhing in agony. A test by doctors had revealed a serious attack of high blood pressure and diabetes. She was losing weight and found herself unable to even bathe herself. A peaceful sleep was a faraway cry for her as she had to wake up at least ten times a night to urinate. For three months, she lay in hospital in great pain with no hope until a friend brought her the Anointing Water. A single drop was ministered to her tongue. Although she was not sure if this was enough to set her free, she offered a silent prayer, commanding all traces of diabetes out of her system, in Jesus’ name. To her amazement, that night, she drifted into a deep and sound sleep. She did not get up to urinate either and that marked her freedom. When she woke up in the morning, all the pain had disappeared. She was able to bathe herself and eat. Doctors were surprised to see the woman who had been condemned to the hospital bed, finally walking on her own and looking healthy. They arranged for another test to be carried out. When the results came, all traces of diabetes and high blood pressure had gone. She advised people to trust in God.

WHEN THE LEAST BECOMES THE GREATEST

   When Magistrate Mavis Kwainoe, a State magistrate from Ghana decided to become an Emmanuel TV Partner, she probably did not realize the extent of Heavenly grace she was unlocking on herself through her philanthropy. Just as she had joined Prophet T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Partners in changing peoples’ lives, her life has also experienced extraordinary transformation by the power of Jesus Christ.

Magistrate Kwainoe came to The SCOAN four years ago where she received the Anointing Water. In her workplace, an opportunity for staff to further their education with a scholarship abroad had risen. However, she was the least qualified and experienced in her department and, therefore, stood little chance. Nevertheless, she wrote her essays and prepared her résumé to apply. After praying and ministering the Anointing Water on the documents, she was the only one who passed the examinations for the scholarship programme. Her superiors were astonished at the news that the least among them had been granted the maximum scholarship award. She sent two applications to two different schools, gained admission to both and was asked to make her choice. She opted to study at the prestigious George Washington University in the United States of America.

She displayed documents outlining the details of her scholarship and the letter of acceptance from The George Washington University. Fees of US$43,920 have been provided for her as part of the full scholarship.

Mrs Beatrice Kwainoe, Magistrate Mavis’s mother, extolled the name of the Lord and gladly gave thanks to God for the overflowing breakthrough and the glory. She advised, “If you are a good giver, you shall receive.”

MAFIA COVENANT CRUSHED!

  He belonged to the mafia. Together with members of his notorious gang, Mr Aren, an Armenian living in Holland, travelled Europe perpetrating all forms of evil from robbery to drug trafficking. In spite of the ill-gotten money he made through robbing people and many other clandestine activities, he had a mountain of personal and health problems. He grew tired of this life which never granted him peace or progress. Desperate to find a solution, hesearched the internet for a supernatural cure and came across youtube videos of Prophet TB Joshua. Amazed by what he saw, he came to The SCOAN where a prophecy from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, exposed the darkness that was hiding within him saying that he had the spirit of robbery and belonged to a gang. Joshua said that evil spirits are the cause of suffering, crime and atrocities in the world today, saying, “There are powers that cause people to be bowed down in bondage.”

Once a hardened criminal, now a friend of Christ, Mr Aren is free and full of joy. He now sleeps peacefully without any nightmares!

BREAKTHROUGHS LEFT AND RIGHT!

When Mrs Saboi Chiteta from Zambia came to The SCOAN early this year, she was under heavy chains of limitation. Nothing seemed to work for her. Despite being an accountant, she was serving in a totally different area at her place of work and her husband was a chain smoker. Not only that, they were unable to sell off a property for many years, bringing serious limitations in their life. Everything changed with a single visit to The SCOAN. She received the Anointing Water. When she got back home, miracles started bombarding them from all directions. It started with her husband who, after ministering the Anointing Water, stopped smoking, breaking his 18 year addiction. They were able to dispose of their property and build a business apartment in an up-market location. Knowing that better was not good enough, they exercised their faith further and applied for a farmland with the Ministry of Lands. The government offered them a four hectare piece of land. To crown it all, she has been relocated to the accounts department of her company. Praise Lord!

INSTANT DELIVERANCE FROM INSTANT MONEY RITUALS

Love of money, the Bible says, is the root of all evil. The fetish story of Mr Jesse, a 20-year-old student from Ghana, exemplifies this Scripture well. Born and raised in a Christian home, he was set for a godly life until one day when he travelled to the village to attend a funeral ceremony. He witnessed idol worshipping whereby the priest used his mouth to tear off the head of a live chicken. On his return back home, he noticed a strange and ugly characteristic within him. He started to steal things from his home. Every time he saw money or little things in the home, his heart would not rest until he picked it. Soon, the urge grew and he started to snatch things from friends too, particularly money. It did not matter where it was hidden; he would find it. He stole thousands of dollars from his father to go out and squandered on expensive designer shoes, clothes and the latest gadgets. The problem became chronic when he got to university and encountered colleagues who drove fancy cars and lived a big, luxurious life. He was surprised that students could have such money. One of them took him to a spiritualist who gave him two options – ‘wallet money’ or ‘instant money’. With ‘instant money,’ there was a box the spiritualist would make incantations over, throw a black powder inside and then, any amount of money he wanted would appear in the box. The conditions were that, he immediately had to put the amount; that is, the percentage charged for producing him the money in the bank which he would later withdraw for them after about a week from his bank account so that they would be getting a different money and not the one produced by magic. Then from the remaining money in his hand, he had to give some little money to three different virgin girls, unknowingly ruining their future for they would not give birth in their lives.

Soon, the dirty money from the satanic altar came with its dirty lifestyle and started to stain his otherwise Christian background leading him to be drinking heavily, smoking and taking hard drugs as well as womanizing in clubs. Not even the strictness of his father would redeem his rapidly deteriorating lifestyle. He started to loan his friends money and collect their valuables as collateral which they would not be able to redeem back.

One day, he wanted to get money from his father for another money ritual but his father told him that unless he went to The SCOAN, he was not giving him any more money. Jesse detested anything to do with The SCOAN but his aunt had a leg problem and wanted to come to the church for prayer. Reluctantly, he accompanied her to The SCOAN where he received the shock of his life. He saw one of his friends from Ghana, who was also a habitual thief like him testify of his deliverance the previous week. He laughed it off thinking it was all arranged comedy and started planning how, once back home he would be spending the money his father had promised him.

In the church, the evil spirit told him to run away but, as the man of God was already on the altar, he could not even stand up. Then, the wise men started laying hands on people. He thought he would dodge them but, suddenly, he felt three invisible hard slaps which took him off his feet. He was confused, wondering what was happening to him. He had been to many places for prayer but had never experienced anything like this. Before he knew it, he saw intense fire around the wise men and, unable to run, he was overwhelmed by the power of the Holy Spirit. He fell to the ground. Light had prevailed over darkness; he was set free!

After his deliverance, he said that he no longer felt that hatred towards the things of God neither does he have the uncontrollable urge to steal, smoke, drink and destroy. Speaking of the instant money rituals that had ruined his life, the 20 year-old advised the youth that if satan gives you something with the right hand that seems like apparent blessing, he takes from you with the left hand what your life depends on.

SOUTH KOREA HEALING MIRACLE – CEASED MENSTRUATION RESTORED

  Pastor and Mrs Kim Jeong Shoo from South Korea came to testify to the greatness of God for the mighty healing He executed in their lives through a touch by Prophet T.B. Joshua during the Pastors’ Conference in South Korea early this year. Mrs Jeong Shoo had been experiencing ceased menstruation for ten horrible years. Because of this problem, she could not conceive. Being a pastor’s wife, she suffered humiliation and was depressed. Desperate, they visited many hospitals but there was no solution. Some specialists suggested a test-tube baby which she refused. She and her husband were also contemplating adopting a child. She, nevertheless, continued to believe that one day God would see her through. Pastor Jeong Shoo said the problem affected him a great deal as a minister of God. People began to ask how a pastor could have  no child for ten years. He was also not allowed to facilitate weddings at his church for the same reason. When they learned about the Pastors’ Conference with Prophet T.B. Joshua, their hopes lifted and they knew that their solution was just a touch away. She prayed for God to locate her and intervene in her dire situation. When the man of God approached her on that memorable day, she felt a breeze of wind blow into her life. Immediately, she felt pain in her stomach and her menstruation which had ceased began to flow. Today, they are a happy couple redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ and a living testimony of His ability. They advised, “There is nothing impossible with the Almighty God.”

LOOK, THE NEEDLES ARE GONE!

  Miss Rebecca Idi from Ghana was for three years experiencing pricking in her abdomen and suspected it could be ulcers but she was in for a shocker. A visit to the hospital revealed that she had needles lodged in her body.  Surprisingly, every time the doctor carried out an operation on her, five needles would replace the one removed. Her stomach was covered with scars, horrible reminders of the doctor’s scalpel. In total, 18 needles had been surgically removed from her body and yet, scores could still be seen littered in her system through an x-ray. Tired of opening her up, the doctors realized the issue was beyond medical wisdom and advised that she should seek for solution elsewhere. She resolved to come to The SCOAN having earlier tried several spiritualists and native doctors to no avail. That was last week and Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her at the prayer line in the power of the Holy Spirit and the 21-year-old was declared free.

Testifying on Sunday, accompanied by members of her family, her face was distinguishably radiant and glowing with full life. She recapped the painful ordeal she had gone through passing from hospital to herbal homes without cure. After the prayer, she found that there was no more pain as the needles had gone. She could sleep easily and eat freely. Smiling, she admitted that she found herself wondering, “Where are the needles that God removed from me?” Now, she can move, sit and stand freely without pain or discomfort. She happily pressed all over her abdomen to demonstrate that there was no more pain.

There was also nothing like the presence of blood in her urine after the healing, contrary to before the prayer when then needles used to cause internal bleeding which would come out in her urine.

Reflecting on the miraculous event, Prophet T.B. Joshua drew the congregation’s attention to the Word in the Book of John 3:32-36.  ^“He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit. The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.”

She advised the world, especially the youth to put their hope in God as He was the only One who could save them. It was true she had spent a lot of money in the process of searching for solution but now, she has known God and did not pay a dime to receive this total solution from Him. God is great and His mercy endures forever.

Last Sunday came with its glory and passed with great splendor to mark yet another special day at The SCOAN when God was worshipped in the beauty of His holiness during the Live Sunday Service. Not even the heavy rains could dampen the spirits of those who had braved the downpour to attend the service and have an encounter with our Lord, Jesus Christ. The sound of thousands of believers praying together, thundered like the roar of raging waters, in The SCOAN sanctuary where those under the bondage of satan were to be set free for the salvation of their souls. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, excited the already elated congregants and millions of Emmanuel TV viewers across the world when he touched on the issue of the new Anointing Water which he said would be made available soon.

Explaining the reasons behind the new Anointing Water, he said, “I want to see everyone being healed and delivered. This is my desire. When you receive it, I want to see you coming back to share your testimony. It is possible. Even if you don’t have faith, you will be healed immediately. It is like when you don’t believe that a snake can bite. Later, if it bites, you believe that it can bite. This is what will happen to the next Anointing Water.With Christ, all things are possible.”

The man of God then prophesied to the congregation before proceeding to minister healing and deliverance at the prayer line where people from various parts of the world converged for the touch of the Holy Spirit. Earlier, Wise Man Christopher delivered a compelling message titled, TOMORROW IS A MYSTERY, highlighting the uncertainty of man’s life and how only God Almighty determines the future.

Likening life to a flower which blossoms for a while and withers sooner, Wise Man Christopher said no one knows by the present signs or situations what the future holds for him but God. As such, he said, Christians should not exclude God in their decision-making but watch and pray. He enthused: “Those who exclude God today in their plans or battles are certainly not prepared for tomorrow. There is no excuse for being surprised at the uncertainty of coming events because God has purposely left us in the dark concerning future events. When I say, ‘today is our own, tomorrow is not’, this does not mean we should not make thoughtful and watchful provision for the future, nor does it consist in unnecessary anxiety or worry about tomorrow. It only stresses our need to involve God in everything we do, to trust Him and His Kingdom and free ourselves of worry about tomorrow. Does worrying about tomorrow guarantee one’s future? Only God can.”

He explained further: “The blessing of the world is a fading thing; so is the life upon which it is bestowed. But the blessing of God enriches our soul for eternity. Therefore, the rich should not concentrate on their wealth, while the poor should not concentrate on their misery. Let their minds rise and seek the things that are above, because Jesus has risen. It is by this attitude that we can detach ourselves from the lure of worldly possessions. Remember that treasures on earth have their habit of disappointing their owners as they don’t offer permanent security.Only treasures stored up in Heaven are permanent and secure. They retain their value because they are under God’s own security. Let’s focus on serving God so that we can be sure of tomorrow. When we are in God’s strong arms, we can confidently say, ‘Yes, I will be around tomorrow.’ ”

SIGHT RESTORED AFTER 40 YEARS

MRS. CELINA GODFREY LYIMO

As an accountant, the last thing Mrs Celina Godfrey Lyimo from Tanzania would ever want to experience in life is bad eyesight. But right from her childhood, she had seen the seed of this trouble germinate in her life as she could not see the chalkboard clearly while in school. Her vision was extremely poor and, as a result, she could not write fast enough and had to oftentimes copy from her friends. At the age of 15, she went to the hospital where they gave her spectacles which she would change every few years. She has worn glasses for the last 40 years. When she did not wear them, she would not be able to function normally. As an accountant, it affected her career because she spent a lot of time on anything she read. Realising that she could no longer rely on glasses, Mrs Lyimo, now 55 years-old, decided to seek permanent healing from the great Physician, Jesus Christ. She came to The SCOAN last year where she was prayed for and received the Anointing Water. Back to Tanzania, she ministered it into her eyes and went to sleep. To her amazement when she woke up the following day, her vision was clear without even putting on her glasses. To prove her total and permanent healing, she read out loud to the viewers without her glasses.

“Trust in the Lord; nothing is impossible for Him,” she said.

ONCE IMPOTENT, NOW A FATHER

MR. & MRS. GANI OLUKOYA

Mr Gani Olukoya was impotent and profusely having bad dreams including sleeping with women regularly as soon as he closed his eyes in bed. With this type of problem, even if he got married, he would not be able to have any children. His fears were confirmed some time later when he visited the hospital and tests were carried out on him. To make matters worse, the doctors could provide no solution for his condition and this led him to visit herbalists, moving from one witchdoctor to another. His pursuit to find solution at any cost, took him many spooky places where strange things happened. One day, he read in the newspaper about a powerful spiritualist and decided to try his luck. When he met him, he was told that he had to sleep inside an iroko tree. Desperate for a solution, he wasted no time thinking over it and then, followed through with it. In the middle of the night, the witchdoctor told him to ask for whatever he wanted. After the ritual was accomplished, the witchdoctor told him that his request had been granted. But, behold, solution never came as his life remained stagnant and was gradually wasting away in the same obscure lifestyle.

He had to visit another spiritualist who gave him a charm and words to recite at midnight. He was told that whatever he saw in his dream that night would be the solution to his problem. After following the instructions of the witchdoctor, he drifted to sleep and had a dream in which he saw the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. Excited, he went back to the witchdoctor and described the dream he had. The astonished witchdoctor told him that what he had seen could not be the solution and that they should try the ritual again. However, when Mr Gani reflected on the dream and the situation at hand, he decided to find out more about the man he saw in his dream – Prophet T.B. Joshua. One of his friends, who had been to The SCOAN and received a touch from the wise men, encouraged him to visit.

He told himself this was going to be his last destination. He came to The SCOAN and received the Anointing Water. Immediately after ministering it, he felt a strange sensation all over his body. Not long after, he received his miracle. He noted changes in his body and had the belief that he was indeed healed. Not long after, he got married and three months later, his wife was pregnant. His wife holding the bouncing baby boy, David, in her arms, came with her husband to praise God, knowing that it is only Him who could have performed such a miracle.

Mr Olukoya warned people who are suffering from his former ailment not to waste their time visiting spiritualists, but to run to God.

“If you meet some challenges in life, be persistent until you get your miracle from a right source,” he said.

GOD PUT A SMILE BACK ON MY FACE

Pauline Canon, a Nigerian living in France, was living a normal life until one day tragedy hit. She discovered suddenly that she could not see with one of her eyes. Part of her face was completely paralysed. At that time, she remebered that her brother also had the same problem. Scared, she realised this could be a generational curse. She went to the hospital where she received the shock of her life. The doctors told her the nerve behind her eye was actually paralysed. They bandaged the eye and as the doctors examined her with facial exercises, they found one side of her face was totally paralysed. In light of their discovery, they immediately broughta wheelchair for her to sit in. She could not even eat, talk or even open her mouth well. Her mouth had twisted to one side. The more the doctors explained to her about the problem, the more worried she became because she realised the seriousness of her dilemma andshe became depressed. As the problem progressed, she could not even feel the right side of her body. One day, she decided to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua on Emmanuel TV and, immediately, she felt some sensation in her body and surprisingly the dead nerves came back to life. On her own, she removed the bandage on her right eye and she discovered that she could see.

After three continuous days of praying with Prophet T.B. Joshua, she was completely restored. No more paralysis was seen; her face was back to its original position.. The doctors were still sceptical and told her the paralysis could happen again. They put her under observation for four months but it has been two years since that time and there has been no sign of paralysis. She is now able to eat, smile and even sing to the glory of God.   She advised, “Distance is not a barrier; just believe.”

BREAKTHROUGH AFTER 7 YEARS!

ENGINEER TEMPLE AUGUSTUS

From Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria, Engineer Temple Augustus was in the field of electrical engineering but the job he was doing was not in the specific area he had been trained. This limited his progress as he needed more training to be promoted. Unfortunately, the company he worked for did not offer the kind of training he needed. While his colleagues were being promoted to higher levels, he remained in the same position. New recruits would come, he would train them until they got their promotion but he would not be considered. He had become an object of ridicule and, instead of sympathising with him, people at work coined and conferred on him such titles as chief, guru and landlord. He suffered like this for seven years until one day, he decided to take his problems to God. He came with his wife to The SCOAN for The Candlelight Service held on December 31, 2013. He prayed with Prophet T.B. Joshua as he declared that the New Year was a year of destiny. He received the Anointing Water and Sticker that night and went home to pray with them. He had already given up on ever being trained by his employer and decided that he was going to go abroad to train in his field. He went to the US embassy to get a visa but he was denied. He was frustrated but believed that God was working out a solution for him. One month later, he received a phone call from his boss advising him that he had been selected to go for training in his preferred field. Specialists from Germany came to train them and after that, he was promoted. Thank You, Jesus!

ALCOHOL AND SMOKE MAKE ME SICK!

Addicted to smoking, drinking and clubbing for 16 years, Mr Foluwa Ukuti described that time period as wasted. He worked hard to earn a living as a supplier of sand for the building industry but there was nothing he could point at. For 20 years, he could not even develop a piece of land he owned. All the money he made was poured into these woeful addictions – women, beer and smoking. All this bothered his wife who had to stand his aggressiveness which came along with his smoking and drinking. She hardly enjoyed her life as a married woman. Knowing that God is the solution provider, they came to The SCOAN, received the Anointing Water and ministered it by faith. Instantly, he felt something leave his body and was very light afterwards. He discovered that the next time he went to the beer parlour, the smell of alcohol alone made him nauseous and even cigarette smoke was not a pleasing odour to him like before. Something great had happened in his life; he was delivered. Now able to save money which he had been wasting on clubbing, he was able to buy the materials to build a house and is now a proud owner of his own beautiful and spacious home. As if that was not enough, one night, his baby daughter stopped breathing and had turned pale. She was lifeless. He remembered the Anointing Water. Spraying it on her with a prayer of faith, she gasped for air and was instantly revived. Glory be to God!

FREE AT LAST: DISCONNECTED FROM ALCOHOL ADDICTION

MRS. GRACE GOBBO

It started in 1991. Mrs Grace Gobbo was drinking alcohol – six bottles of beer every weekday. On the weekend, she would drink every form of alcohol she could get her hands on including wine. Because of this, her Christian life was nonexistent. Her finances were suffering as a result because the money was going for alcohol. There was no progress in her life because all she could do was sit at home and drink and watch TV. She was not involved in anything to do with her family or the community financially because all of it was going towards her drinking habit. It got to a point where she asked her nine-year old son to go and get her alcohol as she was out but he refused saying that he was underage and he wanted her to quit.

One day in 2011, she discovered Emmanuel TV. She was sitting, drinking on the sofa while watching Emmanuel TV. She touched the screen of her television and began praying with Prophet T.B. Joshua that ‘Every chain that satan had used to connect her to himself should be disconnected; and whatever you must have eaten from the table of the enemy be flushed out!’ At that moment, she started vomiting again and again and was unable to finish the glass of wine she was holding. The next time she sat down on her couch with a glass of wine, the taste was not the same and she could not finish it. Since October 2011, she has not taken any alcohol and has been delivered from her alcohol addiction. Today, her life has taken a good turn and has been restored by Christ Jesus.

The service closed with the mass prayer ministered by the wise men during which many more people were set free from satan’s grip!

The supernatural power of the Holy Spirit is incontestable and when the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua moved among the congregants last Sunday, calling upon the name Jesus to free them from the grip of satan, heaven opened, the Holy Spirit took charge and The SCOAN turned into a mighty battleground where light subdued darkness as chains fell off people’s lives. Commanding every demonic hold on people’s businesses, finances, careers and marriages to loose, the anointed man of God reminded the worshippers of their rightful position before God as His children and, therefore, deserving of excellence. What followed was the great manifestation of satan’s defeat with many people vomiting blood and poisonous substances – evidence that the wicked stranger in their lives had been banished and that the Holy Spirit had taken over residency. Just as many people had been healed and delivered through the new Anointing Water the day before; thousands were set free on Sunday as it was ministered to them. Prophet T.B. Joshua then proceeded to minister healing and deliverance at the prayer line where hundreds of people from all over the world had gathered in search of Divine intervention in various aspects of their lives. Shedding light on the Faith Bracelet, an evangelical item which is worn around the wrist and is due for release soon, Prophet T.B. Joshua said: “It is to help you confess who you are in Christ Jesus and reset the state of your heart. Your relationship with God depends on the state of your mind. You may not talk but your heart is talking all the time. All kinds of things go through your heart. When you are sitting in the church, you are supposed to keep busy. If your heart is disturbed, you can pray, ‘Oh God, reset my belief. I want to be stable. All doubt, fear and unbelief – flush it out, Lord. I want to be right. Renew my strength.’” Earlier, Wise Man Daniel preached an enriching message titled: BE CONSCIOUS OF CHRIST’S PRESENCE, a call on Christians not to listen to the temptation to act out of character but to identify their source – Jesus Christ – through positive thinking, talking and acting. Picking his proof text from Mark 14:37-38 and other scriptural references, he said:

“When Jesus Christ told His disciples to ‘watch and Pray’, He equally meant to tell them to let their minds rise and seek the things that are above. Without the active cooperation of the mind, the Spirit has no means of expressing itself. It means that the Spirit expresses itself through the mind. Remember, God’s Word refreshes our minds while God’s Spirit renews our strength and it is acting on the Word that builds faith in the heart of the believer. Therefore, if this mind must cooperate with the Spirit, it must be taught to concentrate upon things of the Spirit because our mind must be our servant and not our master. One thing is clear here, if you would have a strong and intelligent prayer life, your mind must be your servant and not your master because our communication in prayer is imperfect unless it is aided by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, it is most essential that the mind should be made spiritual in order for it to be alert at all times. In other words, the mind must be made spiritual in order for it to be conscious of Christ’s presence at all times.”

A JAW-DROPPING MIRACLE!

Isaac Lenity

Before

Isaac Lenity was brought by his mother Agnes to The SCOAN in a terrible condition. He had a severely swollen jaw which caused the young boy excruciating pain and discomfort. Unable to sleep and barely able to eat because of the rapidly increasing swelling in his jaw, Agnes desperately took her son to various hospitals. The prognosis was grim: at his tender age, Isaac needed to undergo an operation. It was at this point that Agnes decided to bring her young son to The SCOAN for prayer. The results were extraordinary!

SCOAN Prayer Line

As Wise Man Racine prayed for Isaac, the intense pain immediately disappeared. Within three days, the swelling had miraculously reduced and Isaac was back to his playful, boisterous self. He began eating, sleeping and living freely! Isaac’s sister Deborah explained more about the severity of her young brother’s condition, adding that the family could not even touch the affected area as it was so sore. Immediately after prayer at The SCOAN, she testified that the pain her brother was passing through daily, disappeared, the swelling following suit shortly afterwards. The jubilant family encouraged people to put their trust in Jesus Christ, knowing that there is no mountain He cannot move.

MASSIVE DELIVERANCE FOR ZAMBIAN COUPLE!

Mrs Emelda Mbewe and her husband suffered massive problems. For two years she had severe abdominal pain while the husband was addicted to drinking alcohol for 21 years. The pain in her was so awful that she had to run from one hospital to another but could find no solution. This affected her job as a social worker. She could not do house visits to her clients. Many scans were done on her but nothing was identified as the cause of the mysterious illness. Meanwhile her husband was passing through severe problems of alcohol addiction, consuming between 28 and 48 bottles in a day. This made him angry most of the time. His wife was always in tears when there seemed to be no solution to the addiction in her husband’s life while she was at the same time having an inexplicable illness. She was a woman squeezed between a rock and a hard place. After everything had failed, the couple decided to come to The SCOAN, believing that only God could set them free. They were prayed for and given the Anointing Water. Soon after ministering the Anointing Water, she felt a sharp pain and when she went to the rest room, a massive and strange object fell out of her. She also vomited for about 30 minutes. Just then, the pain left her and she became well again, the problem having been flushed out of her system. While she was celebrating, her husband who had also ministered the same Anointing Water, woke up the following morning feeling light and with no feelings to go and take alcohol. Since that time, he has been free from alcoholism, all the urge having disappeared. To his wife, he is now the man she had always wanted him to be. They came to share that great testimony of how they received their deliverance and healing through the medium of the Anointing Water. Praise God!

HEALED OF HIV/AIDS FOR OVER 15 YEARS

When Mrs Abisoye Sokoya tested positive to the deadly disease of HIV/AIDS 1 and 2, she concluded that the end had come. As the psychological shock of the diagnosis set in, so did the physical symptoms as Abisoye began emaciating and experiencing pain throughout her body. Fearing the worst, Mrs Sokoya knew that her case had gone beyond medical remedy; she decided to seek Divine intervention, having heard of The SCOAN. As Prophet T.B. Madam Agnes Njabili knows what it takes to live in pain. The Professor of Education, who is currently lecturing at the University of Dar-Es-Salaam in Tanzania, suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and hypertension for 12 horrible years. Taking a daily cocktail of drugs to try and subside the numbing pain, her teaching career was severely inhibited by the steadily deteriorating condition in her body. Forced to leave her post at the University of Namibia due to the adverse weather conditions that aggravated her condition, she returned to her base in Tanzania. As a lecturer, Prof Agnes was unable to actively interact with her students because of the pain and even relied on the support of her students to climb up stairs to where her office was located. A blood pressure machine was her daily companion as she constantly had to check her levels, especially before doing any public presentation.
However, Prof Agnes’ story changed when she decided to seek the face of God and visit The SCOAN. She described a remarkable experience in the prayer line.

GUN BULLET DISLODGED AFTER 30 YEARS OF FAILED MEDICAL CURE

Withered, Mr Fabian Isaac Idika’s leg looked lifeless to the natural eye. That he was able to limp and hop, was only by the grace of God. Now a retired Assistant Superintendent of Police in the Nigerian Police Force, he was a victim of a gunshot that entered his leg and lodged there. He had been on duty on the fateful day when armed robbers opened fire on him and his colleagues. Some of his friends died on the spot while the impact of the shot sent knocked him to the ground. The erection of Mr Segun Omotosho refused to descend and he had to lift up his loosely-worn trousers in his hands – a futile attempt at creating some comfort that never came. Excruciating is the best word to describe the pain the married man was passing through. After several days without any respite, Segun felt there must be a spiritual element to his embarrassing condition. Resolving to visit The SCOAN, a word of prophecy exposed the unusual circumstances behind this bizarre case. Prophesying before the congregation, Prophet T.B. Joshua revealed his exact problem, adding that this problem started after Mr Omotosho cheated on his wife with a light skinned lady. He received prayer in Jesus’ name and fell to the ground. As he fell, so did his manhood! Following the prophecy and prayer, Mr Segun confirmed that the permanent erection became a thing of the past. He tacitly advised married couples to be faithful to their spouses, acknowledging that it was the act of adultery that opened the door for satan to afflict him. As part of the celebrations, the man of God held a special deliverance service on Friday for the thousands of international visitors who graced the occasion. The Saturday and Sunday services were also held and both demonstrated the beauty of depending on and serving the true and living God as the power of the Holy Spirit swept through the congregation to bring spiritual enrichment. The overriding authority of the name, Jesus Christ manifested itself through instant healings and deliverances. The man of God took the opportunity to introduce The New Anointing Water and Faith Bracelets which are yet to be made available to people for a more intimate relationship with God.   Earlier on, Wise Man Harry delivered the Word of God with a message titled: THE HEART WE POSSESS. The wise man examined the way different hearts have their individual characteristics. He said, “We have different hearts with different ways of doing things. FROM WHISKEY TO WATER – AN ADDICT’S TESTIMONY It must have felt funny when Mr Samson Lawrence Khumalo, a Zimbabwean living in Cape Town, South Africa, took his first sip of beer. Little did he know that down in the glass, a demon lurked who would turn his perceived joy into a total nightmare. It all started off in 1999 when he got shot at as a security officer. He realised that he should have come to God then but he went into drinking and mistook the ugly sneer of the devil for a smile. He used to compete with friends to see who could drink the most and still drive home. Sooner, his appetite became so appallingly strong that he soon became an addict. For 15 years, he walked from one joint to another futilely whetting the urge which never went. He would make plans but they would never see the light of the day. It affected him financially and those around him emotionally and socially. As a heavy drinker, he often would get hurt while consuming alcohol. Sometimes, he would discover that he had done something wrong like breaking a window or breaking a relationship. All these cost him dearly that he no longer found joy in anything alcoholic. He desired to quit but he found no magic wand to the problem. He got to the point of considering contacting Alcoholics Anonymous, a world renowned rehabilitation group. One day, he attended a family reunion where he saw his uncle, a well known drunkard, take only soft drinks and water. He was surprised because his uncle was a more notorious drinker than he was. Curious, he implored him to share his secret whereupon he was told about The SCOAN and the Anointing Water. Mr Khumalo began to watch Emmanuel TV. As he watched a mass prayer with his uncle, the uncle ministered the Anointing Water to him and, instantly, he felt a strange sensation run through his body and that marked the end to his agonising relationship with alcoholic substances. A man who could consume an entire bottle of whisky in one sitting, suddenly found alcohol repulsive and disgusting. He said the last beer he bought, several months ago, was still sitting in the fridge, unopened and untouched to the glory of God. Not that he nurses lingering temptations to go back to it but as evidence that when Jesus delivers you, you are delivered indeed!

HIS NAME IS JOSEPH JUNIOR! – A HAPPY DAD AFTER 17 YEARS OF BARRENNESS Mr Joseph Matala and his dear wife found themselves squeezed between a rock and a hard place where only Jesus could save them. His wife had fibroids while he had a low sperm count, rendering the couple unable to have children for 17 years. A national of DR Congo but living in South Africa, Mr Matala and his wife had gone to even the most expensive specialists and Chinese herbalists to get a solution to their infertility but there was no change. It caused him so much trauma especially when one day, his biological mother told him that she would not die in peace because she had not seen his children. No assurance could calm his mother’s concerns. This was a bitter memory that lingered in the back of his mind, accompanying his unsavoury condition of barrenness. The repercussions followed him wherever he went. Anytime he was applying for things and had to fill out forms or take interviews, he would be asked questions like, “How old is your first child” which would send him on another downward spiral of depression. Tired of trying, he suggested to his wife that they went for adoption. His wife encouraged him that God was still alive and would give them a child. “When you have a problem and you become tired, it is then that the power of God is close to you,” he said. After all those challenges, the couple decided to partner with Emmanuel TV. To their greatest surprise, an Anointing Sticker was sent to them in the post. Unknown to him, this was how his story would begin to change. The Anointing Sticker meant so much to him and his wife that they cut it in two and each kept their own part on their person anywhere they went. They did this so that if either of them lost theirs, they would still have the other one to pray together with! They prayed to God to bless them so that one day, they too would go to the church to testify of how their problem had been solved. His wife then missed her period. He was happy but this had happened many times in their 17 year struggle without the corresponding result so he didn’t make too big a deal out of it. They went to do a pregnancy test and just like that, his wife was confirmed to be pregnant. Today, they have a two and half month old baby boy – Joseph Junior. He advised that the power of God in the Anointing Sticker is as powerful as that in the Anointing Water. In their case, they did not start heckling the headquarters that they had not received the Anointing Water, they just prayed with the Anointing Sticker, believing that it was God’s answer to the question of the barrenness in their lives.

DIVINE OPERATION RESTORES WOMAN’S SIGHT “I am healed. I can see, thank You, Jesus!” It was a cry of joy as Miss Charlie Alexis Richards from USA – once blind, finally received her full sight. It was a priceless thing to have happened to her considering the opposition she had encountered on her way to The SCOAN. The moment she made up her mind to come to The SCOAN to be prayed for after all medical help at leading hospitals in the USA had failed, people tried to discourage her. They told her she would just waste her money. Right at the airport in America, she discovered that her feet had become swollen. Not only that, her baggage was routed to a wrong destination. Everything appeared to be working against her trip. But her will to seek the face of God was so strong that she could not allow any detractors stop her. Her faith was not without reason. Before coming to The SCOAN, she had a dream. In that dream, she was in the church auditorium. Everything looked the same but there were no chairs. Then, she saw herself in a line of people. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua called her to come forward as she was late. She went forward to the front and what looked like a hospital came down upon her. Inside, she saw surgical tools of all kinds all around the walls. Afterwards, a man came to her and said she could see the screens in front of her. She instinctively replied that she could not but the man insisted that she could and when she tried, she found out that her blind eye could now see the objects in front of her. Finally, finding herself at the prayer line of The SCOAN that historical day last Saturday, she witnessed the launch of the New Anointing Water through which she was to be set free. She explained her experience under the power of the Holy Spirit: “As soon as the Anointing Water fell into my eye, I felt like something was moving in my blind eye. I lost control. I could not find a hand to hold and fell to the ground”. Unknown to the human eye and those that were in her vicinity, a divine operation was taking place just as she had experienced in her dream. After a few minutes, her eye popped open, darkness disappeared and to her inexpressible joy, she was able to see the man of God clearly for the first time. In the Book of Isaiah, it was foretold that when Jesus Christ would come to save us, the lame would walk, the dead would be raised and the eyes of the blind would see. The age of miracles has not passed; the Miracle Worker is still alive. His name is Jesus Christ.

CALL HIM HONOURABLE – THE STORY OF A FORMER MOTORBIKE RIDER Mr Effiong Edet Effiong, now answering to the title ‘honourable’, perfectly described his former life as one that had been ‘manhandled, ruffled and squeezed not just by poverty but abject poverty’ which bread anger, frustration and aggression. He was a motorbike rider, riding a jalopy assembled in a makeshift fashion by various roadside mechanics. He would leave home in the morning and after working all day in the blistering sun, come home with nothing, day after day. Most of the money he gained, he would have to spend on repairing the bad motorbike. Like many making a hard living on the unfriendly streets, he developed the bad habit of smoking. As a rider carrying people from one place to another, he heard so many stories, some of them strange. One of them was about Prophet T.B. Joshua, the man whom people said was performing miracles.  Some said negative things about him. He was confused and one day decided to ask his wife if she had heard anything about the prophet. Her answer was an emphatic, “Yes” and that she had actually seen him preach on Emmanuel TV through the black-and-white television in his house. His wife insisted he came to The SCOAN despite any nasty or discouraging stories he might have heard. He resignedly agreed and came to The SCOAN using money borrowed from various friends. So desperate was he that as he was coming, he said to himself, “I will roll on the floor outside the church if necessary just to get seen by the man of God.” He knew that he would get solution and was not ready to go back with the same problems. He sat in the canopy and “sang louder, danced faster and prayed harder than anybody else.” Such was his belief that this was the end of his life of hardship. Having received the Anointing Water and Stickers, on his way back to his state, he prayed to God, “If You are the One who created the Heavens and earth, please, do not let me continue riding on this bike again”. Mighty miracles started happening. His state launched a poverty alleviation project and he was one of the lucky few given a brand new vehicle for business. His joy was so much that he slept for two days in the car before going home. The same man from the state Governor’s Office called him for a big contract not long after and he was able through this venture to register a company. He enrolled at school and successfully passed his OND and HND qualifications which were far off dreams for him to achieve in his former position of poverty. One contract after another came his way and he was able to buy a property. He is now a proud home owner and the employer of 14 staff. He stopped his wife from selling fish and bought her a personal car. His influence in the state became prominent and was encouraged by a friend that as God was with him, he should stand for election in his local government. He won the position. A few weeks later, the chairman of his local government gave him the gift of another brand new car. “I came to share this testimony to give others hope that if a motorbike rider could be elevated to the position of an honourable member of the local government, your position would soon change as long as you continue to believe and trust in God!” He testified.

  I GAVE BIRTH WITHOUT FALLOPIAN TUBES From a human and scientific view, Mrs Onuche Mariam was not to ever have children. She had barrenness that had humiliated her for five years. This was as a result of an ectopic pregnancy during which led to the removal of her fallopian tubes. This scientifically made it impossible for her to get pregnant. As a lecturer, she loved children but would be troubled to see that she did not have her own. Still, she believed in God that one day she would conceive. Her brother told her not to believe man’s opinion but to seek God’s. He collected her medical report and took it to The SCOAN for prayers. When he returned home, he gave it back to her and said, “God has changed your report!” Meanwhile, she was introduced to Emmanuel TV and, during the Candlelight Service crossing over from 2013 to 2014, she prayed along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. That night, she had a dream in which the man of God told her she would come for a testimony. The following month, she discovered that she was pregnant. Now, she came to give that testimony and standing with her brother before the congregation, she displayed her six-month pregnancy to the glory of God who had re-written her medical report and made possible what doctors had said could not happen.

INTRUDING NEBULISER MACHINE SACKED He came carrying his nebuliser machine in his bag. Much as it sustained his life during sleep in those hours of difficulty in breathing, he detested the whole idea of having to strap a mask over his face for the rest of his life. Without it, he ran the risk of sleeping and not waking up again. His wife rightly called it the ‘intruder’ for its inconvenience during intimacy. So, Mr Kwasi Tete Asiedu, a Ghanaian living in the UK, carried the intruder all the way to The SCOAN, praying that Jesus Christ would relieve him of the burden and hand him and his wife a new lease of life. For 12 years, he had suffered sleep apnoea – a potentially fatal sleeping disorder. He would have difficulty taking in oxygen and would snore loudly. In the morning, he would be too tired to carry out his daily activities. In recent months, he was introduced to Emmanuel TV and saw other people receiving healing of similar problems. That put faith in his heart to come to The SCOAN to receive his own touch. He was arranged on the prayer line and was very privileged to be one of the first few people to receive a spray of the New Anointing Water. Under the instruction of Prophet T.B. Joshua, one of the evangelists ministered it to him, in Jesus’ name. For the last time, he removed the nebuliser machine’s mask from his face. His breathing became completely normal. Since then, he sleeps like a baby without using the machine. “If you are sick, come to Jesus; He is the Healer,” he said, now free from wearing a mask to bed.

BLIND AND BLEEDING EYE RESTORED

Princess Felian Assam Czesnat, a Cameroonian residing in Germany, was chatting with her brother on Skype one day when he alerted her to a trace of blood running from her eye. Unsuspecting of anything serious, she went to the mirror and horror stared back at her. Pure blood was running down her eye. She called an ambulance but when they got to the hospital, the doctors did not see anything wrong with her yet she could not see, walk or write. The eye kept bleeding. At a point, the eye started coming out and they had to give her an eye patch to keep the eye firmly in place and from getting contaminated. Then, it was discovered that the problem was from the nerves in her eye. Alerted to her scary predicament, her father bought her a ticket to come to The SCOAN. Her case had deteriorated so much that she couldn’t see even the time or date of the flight on the ticket; all she knew was she was travelling to Nigeria from Germany. Arriving at The SCOAN, she listened to a testimony of a lady healed from blindness after receiving a spray of the New Anointing Water. The testifier had told of how during the ministration into her eye, she had felt a warm sensation and something like a worm moving in it. However, when the New Anointing Water was sprayed on Ms Czesnat, she did not feel the same. In fact, only a few drops had landed on her face. She considered this not to be enough. Her sister assured her to believe and put her faith to work. Back at the hotel the following morning, her sister alerted her to the fact that her eyes were no longer bloody as they had been the previous day before the Anointing Water was sprayed on her. “Leave me alone, I am a blind woman,” she shouted back. However, on her sister’s insistence, she called for a mirror and behold; the eye that was once full of blood and completely blind, was clear and she could see. She confessed her healing and when she was given a book to read, Ms Czesnat did so convincingly. Unlike the first time when she came to The SCOAN led by her sister, she came without any assistance. She walked by herself and faced the camera, smiling.

WE RAN OUT OF ROPE AND GRABBED UNTO FAITH Honourable Ladi Oko from Benue, Nigeria suffered from multiple fractures of the ankle after an accident. She had to use a pair of crutches to be able to move around. She could not carry out her daily activities. Her family members had to help her to the bathroom before she could have her bath. She went to many hospitals and herbalists in search of solution but could not find any. The doctor even said that she would need an operation but the doctor was not sure how the operation would affect her leg. The family decided to bring her to The SCOAN where she was placed in the prayer line and Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her in the power of the Holy Spirit. Immediately after the prayer, she felt a sensation in her body and was able to walk freely without the crutches to the glory of God! Now, she can do everything by herself, drive her car, walk around and even run for the glory of God! The family advised viewers to trust in God Almighty.

46 YEARS CRIPPLING PAIN WIPED AWAY AT ONCE Mrs Gabriella Filak, from Hungary in Eastern Europe, suffered excruciating pain with which she woke up with tears every morning. It started when she was born that the doctors said she was unlikely to survive as she only weighed just over a kilo. When she was very young, she fell on a rock with her hip and the pain started from there. She had to use a metal frame to move around. The doctors were able to diagnose that she had tuberculosis in her hip and spine. She went for an operation whereby the doctors intentionally broke her leg to try and reattach the leg properly to the hip but the operation was not a success. Over the years, the situation became worse. She was no longer able to lift up or play with the children where she worked in a nursery school because of her painful condition. She had suffered this for 46 years. It got to a point that the doctors told her that there was nothing more they could do for her. One of her sisters who speaks English told her about the ministry of Prophet T.B. Joshua and encouraged her to come to The SCOAN to receive her healing. She was filled with faith and came in the name of the Lord. When she was at the Prayer Line, Prophet T.B. Joshua touched her three times and told her she was free to walk. She immediately began to walk and even burst into a run as she discovered that all the pain which usually hindered her movement had vanished. She described the experience as if it had been God Himself embracing her. At last, 46 years of crippling pain have been ended by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ. During the service, when the New Anointing Water was ministered to her, she felt like her entire body was being stretched and straightened out as she fell on the floor and vomited. Now, she feels new and refreshed and can walk like a normal person. She explained that previously she felt like her body was twisted and had to drag her left leg behind her as she walked but that was all a thing of the past since the prayer of Prophet T.B. Joshua. It was an amazingly glorious service day which ended with mass prayers where every demonic based problem was exposed by the light of God to the joy of all!   Emmanuel – God with us!

Spiritually insightful and prophetically life changing! That is how last Sunday service can perfectly be summarized. Speaking with power and inspired by the anointing of the Holy Spirit to share power-tools needed in effective prayer and spiritual utterances, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua ushered the congregation into a heavenly classroom, drawing a huge line between religious people and Christians in the way they hold themselves before God. He explained that knowing God is not only seeing His works but learning His ways. Addressing the awe-inspired congregation he said, “When you learn His ways, you will work with His projects and act with His projects. You will know God’s opinion about others. You will begin to know God’s opinion about yourself and others,” he stated.

He warned people against using the recently launched Faith Bracelet as religious people would. Religious people count their faith with their hands and talk with their mouth. But Christians count it with their hands but talk with their heart. Count your faith means, speak and meditate the language of the Bible you have just read. If you talk with your mouth, others will hear but God will not hear. We use our ears but God uses our heart. Only faith pleases God. Faith is of man’s heart. You have been talking with your mouth but the Faith Bracelet will teach you to talk with your heart.

Describing mankind as living in a ‘two-language world’ – the language of the Bible and the language of today. He said the language of the Bible God uses to create and save us, to heal and bless us, to judge and rule over us is what Christians must speak. The language of today people use to gossip, tell stories, do business, give direction, talk to their children.

BECAUSE OF CHRIST, I CAN WALK AGAIN!
The story of Mr Osaretin Douglas is heartrending. For five long years, he suffered horrible back and waist pain. He could neither stand, bend or sit. To perform such simple tasks proved impossible. In search of root cause, he visited numerous hospitals and had numerous tests carried out on him. The doctors could not diagnose a thing let alone offer solution. It reached a point where he was lying down horizontal, not even able to sit up, completely dependent on others. In this state, he was carried to a hospital in Abuja where they recommended a lumbo sacral test for him. To conduct the test cost a huge sum of money which he could not afford. In desperation, he had to sell his only car. The test uncovered severe tuberculosis of the spine. He was told the only solution was an expensive and complicated operation. That aside, he was told that it was 50-50 chance of him coming out better or worse. As a temporary support, they offered him a lumbar corset but that could not banish the excruciating pain that got worse by the day.

Last Friday, as he was contemplating how he could raise the money for an operation, he switched on Emmanuel TV and there was a live Friday service going on. As he watched, the man of God Prophet TB Joshua praying for those at the prayer line, he fell asleep and had a vivid dream where he saw the Prophet praying for him at The SCOAN. As soon as he woke up, he told his wife that they needed to travel to The SCOAN immediately. By faith, they made the challenging journey due to his condition. Arriving late, they were told to sit at the overflow congregation. During the long hours of the service, he could not sit down and was trying to use his hand to suspend himself but his healing was just around the corner.

He positioned himself physically and spiritually and as the Anointing Water was ministered to him, he claimed his healing. Within seconds, he felt instant relief, stood up and started to walk. He joyfully asked his wife to remove the lumbar corset. Unsure if this was a wise thing to do considering the severity of his sickness, she unbuckled him only to see her husband maintain his standing stance and walk about – a thing he could not do before. Since then, he has been moving freely without pain. Because of Christ, one spray of the Anointing Water released him from the bondage of tuberculosis of the spine. Because of Christ, an operation is no longer necessary. Glory be to God!

BEDWETTING DISHONOURED ME!
What could shame a politician more than waking up one morning to discover he had bed wetted? Such was the horror Hon Tamaraudoubra Zimughan from Bayelsa State, Nigeria found himself in. One morning, three decades ago, a friend he was sharing a room with, pointed to his mattress that was wet. It was evident this was no ordinary water. He had bed wetted and he was not a small boy. He was gripped with shame and embarrassment that a friend had found out. What he thought was a once-off thing, proved stubborn and bound him in chains of shame and embarrassment for 30 years of private torture. He could not disclose his affliction to anyone for fear of stigma and continued to single handedly wrestle with it discreetly. No one in his family suffered from such a problem and this fact humiliated him so much. He spent all his nights sleepless, waking up at night to turn on the fan to dry his wet bedding. He would also iron his bed sheets before dawn. He tried to pray and fast. He even visited spiritualists all in a futile attempt to rid himself of this affliction that had dishonored him so much. One day, when his eyes were opened to the healing power of Jesus Christ, he came to The SCOAN, seeking total healing and deliverance.

SCOOPED FROM THE ARMS OF THE GRAVE
At an early stage of life, all was well for Alhaji Kassim Ajisebata. Business was booming, prospects were looming and he had friends in high places. He was a well-known business man in Kaduna, Nigeria, well established and wealthy. But these good times ended all too soon as his life took a tragic twist. His business collapsed and his close associates flee. Having lost everything he had labored for, he found himself moving from one spiritualist to another, desperate for a way out. The ‘way out’ they offered him came in the form of charms and mysterious items. In one extreme desperation, he was taken to a stream and taught some diabolical incantations. He was also given various evil items supposedly to restore his fortunes but he discovered that they did the absolute opposite. The items included pots with sand inside, black soap, a sponge, oil and other strange substances. He was also given a cloth from the graveyard which he was told to keep under his pillow. These practices isolated him from normal life. His friends became the dead and his comfort was the graveyard. Both day and night, he would be tormented by dead people, following him and hunting him down. He was a dead man living. With his body plagued with sickness, he began in earnest to seek for deliverance. One night in a dream, he saw many elderly people coming towards him and then he heard a voice say, “Go to Prophet T.B. Joshua”. At that instant, he woke up and determined to visit The SCOAN.

Sitting in The SCOAN Sunday Service the previous week, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua pointed him out, prophesying that he had some mysterious objects in his house. Confirming the prophecy, he declared that it was 100 percent accurate. He went back home and returned last Sunday with his diabolical items. He displayed the mysterious diabolical items before the children of God, exposing what he had previously hidden, even from his own wife. Emphasizing that these items are now rendered powerless, Alhaji Kassim Ajisebata spoke of the freedom he had received in spirit, soul and body after receiving the prophecy. Now, he no longer has nightmares or sees dead people. He has peace and rest of mind and is free from diabetes and many other afflictions that had turned his body into an altar of sicknesses. He advised people to run to God and not away from Him. Short of words to express her joy at the freedom that has now taken over her once fetish home, his wife thanked God for delivering the family.

LIVE MAGGOTS CRAWLED OUT OF MY LEG!!
Mr Christian Ekaplugh, a Nigerian Police cadet, was on a journey in a vehicle with 23 colleagues when they had a horrible accident. They were all trainee cadets at the national Police Academy and on their way for attachment in another state. For some time, the coaster they were travelling in had been cruising and at the same time sounding wobbly as if one wheel was loose. Just when they were about to point this out to the driver, the inevitable happened. The wheel flew off and the vehicle somersaulted several times before it caught fire. There was confusion as onlookers stood helpless and watched the roaring tongues leap into the air and threaten to consume the vehicle in one swoop. Trapped inside, the only option was to break the windows. It was in this process that he broke his leg, rupturing and shattering his bones. The driver was burnt to death right there while another passenger sustained serious injuries and burns to the head. None escaped unhurt.

Rushed to hospital, the doctors diagnosed a compound fracture. The damage to his leg was so severe that they decided that the only option was amputation. Refusing the amputation, the doctors attempted to fix the bones back together using an external metal fixation, causing excruciating pain and a ghastly sight to behold. Instead of healing, his leg started decaying.

A strong healthy young man suddenly found himself unable to use his legs or do anything without assistance. He remained in this state for one and a half years until he came to The SCOAN. Due to the severity of his condition, he was brought in a car. Unable to attend the prayer line, he received the Anointing Water, took it home and ministered it by faith. A short time later, he had a dream where the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, warned him not to go for an operation which doctors had recommended. He opted to follow the advice and kept on ministering the Anointing Water. The next day, the creepiest thing happened. He watched with horror as two live maggots crawled out of his leg. However, to his utmost relief, the severe pain and burning sensation stopped immediately. His appetite that was lost immediately returned and he demanded for food upon food which he ate like a hungry lion.

That moment proved to be the turning point. His leg continued to improve; for the first time, it responded to treatment and flesh started covering the wound. His shattered bones miraculously came together and the dead bone was formed again. He began to sleep peacefully and without pain.

SHE WAS GIVEN JUST SIX MONTHS TO LIVE!
To Rauna Kakehongo, 29, from Namibia, the news that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 bone marrow cancer came like a ton of heavy bricks. Not even in her worst dreams could she have pictured herself faced with such a dreadful health dilemma at such a young age. For the first time in her life, she could see her vision of a great future – dream career and happy family, melt before her own eyes like a sweet dream that suddenly turns into a horrible nightmare.

It all started when she was admitted to the ICU because her lungs had collapsed. She was placed on life support and her blood had thickened. Not long after she was discharged, she discovered dark brown spots sprouting all over her body. Before she knew it, she was admitted again and with her strength waning by the day, a wheelchair provided her only support and means of mobility. Numerous tests were employed and with each, the outcome was devastatingly no better. Doctors discovered that she had excessive fluid and blood. Her spleen had enlarged three times its normal size. In a haste to stabilize her fading state, blood transfusion was quickly conducted. As fate would have it, her blood platelets refused to return to their normal count. To find out the cause of this, doctors conducted a bone marrow biopsy. They were forced to stop in the process due to excess loss of blood. The second biopsy was conducted while she was conscious, causing excruciating pain. Though braced for the news, the results were too sickening to the ear. She was diagnosed with blood cancer and stage 4 bone marrow cancer. She was given just six months to live.

Desperate to cling to a strand of hope, she opted to go for the incredibly unpleasant chemotherapy treatment. This caused her to lose all her hair and her stomach ballooned. As her condition deteriorated, she resigned herself to her fate, tearfully contacting her insurance company for funeral arrangements; the date was fixed for April 9th, 2014.

It was in this pitiful and frail state that she found out about Emmanuel TV. Encouraged by the testimonies she watched, she grabbed onto faith having run out of rope. Even though her tunnel was so dark, she could see a flicker of hope at the end of it. She pulled out all stops and against all odds arrived at The SCOAN, Lagos, Nigeria. At this point, her left side was half-paralyzed and she could barely stand. When Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her at the prayer line in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, she felt something was ejected out of her chest. That night, she slept peacefully for the first time since the onset of her sickness. The next day, to her surprise, her hair started to grow and her nails which had turned dark brown returned to a healthy pink – a confirmation of lifeblood flooding back to her strained form. As each day went past, she got stronger and felt better.

On her return to Namibia, she went back to the hospital for a test and the doctor confirmed that there is no cancer in her body. To prove beyond reasonable doubt, tests were conducted in four different hospitals, all confirming her healthy and cancer free. There is no amount of words and tears that can express her sincere gratitude to Jesus Christ, her Rescuer from death. Praise the Lord!

CONFESSIONS OF AN EX-LESBIAN

Miss Genevive Anyama was aged nine when she had a bizarre dream. She saw herself under water in a deep sea. Straight from that dream, an evil spirit had entered her. She developed affection for women and visited lesbian pornographic sites on internet. She had no affection for men but desired fellow girls. She was then living in India with her sister, a nurse, who also was having her own nightmares – having affairs in dreams, masturbating and clubbing. Away from the watchful eye of her parents, Genevive started dating fellow girls and living as a lesbian. They never went to church let alone read the Bible. Discovering what their daughters were engaging into, her mother would call them and urge them to watch Emmanuel TV. They would laugh it off because, to them, there was nothing wrong with the life they were living. Her mother was left with no choice but to summon them back to Nigeria by tricking them with a promise to travel to America. Instead, they were told they had come to be prayed for and get delivered. They were implored to start watching Emmanuel TV but found everything ridiculous. They would laugh when they saw people manifest on Emmanuel TV. It was until they came to The SCOAN and were arranged at the prayer line that the severity of their spiritual life was exposed. In that mighty battle between light and darkness, the evil spirit that had taken residence in them spoke out and confessed to having been responsible for her indulgence in the illicit sexual relationships. The evil spirits were cast out and the Holy Spirit took over. Delivered and set free, she no longer desires fellow women. The Bible has become her close companion and she no longer listens to worldly music. They advised, “Smoking and clubbing are not the joy of life but praying!”

MIRACULOUS INSTANT DELIVERY

While at the Prayer Line, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for Ngozi Nwokolo who had an overdue pregnancy due to a tight cervix. She was booked for an operation but had instead opted to come to The SCOAN for prayer, believing she would deliver her baby safely and naturally. A few moments after the prayer, she became incredibly uncomfortable and was rushed straight to the labour room. Within a twinkle of an eye, she delivered her baby safely and smoothly. Later in the service she and her husband came to testify to the extraordinary miracle Jesus Christ had done in their family. Glory be to God!

ACKNOWLEDGE GOD, ALWAYS!

This Sunday service, a build-up on last week’s when the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua exposed the traits of religious worshipping in contrast to true Christianity, was another learning experience of the deep things of the Holy Spirit. Engaging the congregation in a sermon that was abound in practical and spiritual applications for Spirit-filled prayer that brings Jesus on the scene, he described the heart as a communication point and therefore, worthy of purity and embodiment of peace within. Prayer, he said, should be from one’s heart because ‘the heart is the medium God uses to speak to us.’ He explained: “Heart means spirit. Your spirit must be immersed in the Spirit of God to declare the peace. If your spirit has not joined itself to the Spirit of God, there can be no peace of heart. It is not all up to God; certainly, it is not all up to you. Your genuine willingness and God’s ability must come together.”

Teaching about the folly of seeking material things above things of God, he said, “The dividend of peace of heart is contentment; you will be content and stop comparing yourself to others. A man may be poor, yet be a friend of God. When your wealth is more than your spiritual life or you are known all over the world but it is not from God, all that you have will be spending you instead of you spending it. That is, money is spending you.”

“If your spiritual life is zero, your life is zero. The Bible says ‘the wealth I give you is not as the world gives.’ One can get wealth by other means but the difference between the one from God and the one from other ways, is peace of heart. You are to prosper in your spiritual life. If you are not prospering in your spiritual life, it will be enslaved by your financial life. This is why the Lord has given us this day to build your spiritual life. God is busy building Himself into us, making Himself a part of us.”

The man of God then prophesied to the congregation before proceeding to minister healing and deliverance at the prayer line where many souls were set free from the grip of the devil at the mention of the name, Jesus!

Earlier, Wise Man Christopher educated those listening about how wrong it is to seek the face of God for personal reasons and sidelining Him when all is well. His message was titled: WE NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD and its proof text was taken from Deuteronomy 8:10-20. He said: “If you want to enjoy forgiveness, healing, deliverance, blessing, prosperity and victory forever, you must discover the need to acknowledge God, the Source. No one closes the source of water and expects it to flow; but he who cares for and sincerely appreciates the source of the water, will continue to enjoy a steady supply.”

He also said, “The danger of seeking forgiveness, healing, deliverance, blessing and prosperity only to forget the source after the needs are met is that, when the blessings diminish and finally fade away, one begins to see Jesus in a bad light and ask obvious questions: Why are we poor or sick again? Why are we entangled again in our problems?”

He advised, “If you are to have victory over the situation you are in, you should appreciate the good works of our Lord, Jesus Christ and His presence around you.Thank Him for lifting you up when you stumble. Thank Him for not allowing your enemy to rejoice over you. Many have gone because of the same sickness or problem that you had in the past but here you are living freely. Those who are placed on top of a horse should always remember those who cannot ride on a donkey; the privileged should remember the less privileged.When you think about God and all His blessings upon your life, your greediness, grumbling and doubt will give way to praises.”

ANOINTING WATER WASHED ME TO PROSPERITY!

Mr Precious Nnadi and his wife were living in woeful poverty. However hard they tried, they only managed to walk in full circles of poverty – from one financial problem to another. With breakthrough seemingly impossible, they decided to relocate to Lagos but they could not afford it. Borrowing money from friends after a long struggle, they finally arrived in Lagos where they rented a tiny room. In the wife’s own words, they ‘smelled of poverty’. Meanwhile, they had heard of how God was blessing people at The SCOAN and decided to visit in search of divine solution. He received the Anointing Water and Anointing Stickers, went home and continued to hunt for a job – any kind of job that would put food on the table. Soon, one of his friends introduced him to a clearing and forwarding business but they were deceitful people. As a child of God, he was shocked. He wanted to do the same job decently and earn clean money. He continued to minister the Anointing Water and asking God to locate him. Soon, things changed.  People started giving him small jobs and eventually, big offers followed. From 20,000 naira a day, he was now making up to 500,000 naira. More money poured in and they were able to move from the small hut into a more spacious apartment. Their life having improved, he decided to economically empower his wife and asked her to find a space for a shop of her own. He stocked the shop beyond the wife’s expectation. But that was not all. He asked her one day to go to the car dealer and pick the car of her choice. He paid cash and since then, a family that could not even afford a loaf of bread and had to borrow money, now leads a prosperous and happy life all because of Jesus!

FROM DEMOTION TO PROMOTION!

If there is one who knows the real meaning of demotion and stagnation in life, Mr Bartholomew Okougbosun from Edo state, Nigeria, is the one. He was faced with spiritual attacks, setback and nightmares. At a specific time at night, he would have a creepy experience of a cockroach falling on his head and crawling over him. With the help of his wife, he would turn the room upside down, hunting for the filthy creature but would not find it, let alone catch any. In the midst of this confusion, he was also having an affair with a strange woman in his dreams. When this happened, nothing would work out for him the next day. He was employed by the federal government in the Youth Service Corp. While his peers were getting promotions and progressing in life, he remained frustratingly chained to stagnation. At one point, they wanted to actually demote him. Because he was the best for the job, he was astounded to see his name on the retrenchment list. He knew then that his situation was not ordinary and decided to seek Heavenly intervention. He came to The SCOAN where he received the Anointing Water and in faith prayed, asking God to reverse his demotion and manifest His greatness in his life. He ministered it in his home, on himself and at his office. One day, he received a call from his office. He was not perturbed, having left the battle in the able hands of God and true to his belief, not only had he been retained in his job, but was also promoted. He is now head of another local government with greater responsibility. Praise God!

ASTOUNDING FAITH BRACELET TESTIMONIES FROM THE YOUTH!

At least ten youth came forward to give incredible testimonies of how they had experienced the powerful presence of God through the Faith Bracelet which they received recently from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. The enemy behind the spiritual battles they were facing was exposed by the Faith Bracelet they had received. They talked of how the Holy Spirit, through the Faith Bracelet, had set them free from spiritual attacks, chronic addictions to pornography and many vices associated with the modern generation.

One of the youth, Joseph Chukwuma, had been battling with the spirit of lust. In school, he had joined a gang of bad friends who started influencing him in many negative ways, skipping classes, following girls and many other things. The evil spirit affected his academic performance. Lustful thoughts had taken over his mind and this led him to making love with a strange woman in his dreams. Like the rest of the youth, when he received his Faith Bracelet, he began to meditate, asking God to ‘Take more of me and give me more of You – Your holiness, kindness, peace, love, hope, and faithfulness’. That same day, he slipped into sleep and had a dream where he saw himself in a gang of his notorious friends. He then saw Prophet T.B. Joshua pass by and he tried to walk towards him but his friends held him back. They tied a tight noose around his legs and waist so that he couldn’t move. Suddenly, he saw that he was holding his Faith Bracelet. A great strength came upon him and he tore the rope off. Something ministered to his heart to touch the leader of the gang with his Faith Bracelet who fell to the ground and the rest of the gang panicked and fled. He was able to move forward and reach where the man of God was standing. Smiling, filled with joy and victory, he spoke a word to parents that technology was destroying youth like him all over the world and they should try to get the Faith Bracelet for their children to capture their thoughts to the glory of God.

Success Ozeghe testified that she had suffered ceased menstruation for two years. When the time came for her to meditate on the Word of God or pray, nothing would happen and it affected her emotionally and spiritually. After receiving her Faith Bracelet, she started to meditate that God should take more of her and give her more of Him. She had a dream and saw a tall, giant man who wanted to stab her with a sharp object. She held her Faith Bracelet and immediately saw a sharp object appear. She grabbed it and quickly threw it at the giant, hitting him on the forehead. He fell to the ground dead. Not long after, when she woke up, she discovered that her menstruation had started to flow again after two years.

Miracle Ogbodo, another youth, was addicted to playing computer games. When he woke up in the morning, all that preoccupied his mind was playing games. This affected his education. In class, he would be playing games on his phone instead of listening to the lectures. At home, he would not listen to his parents as all they did, said or asked was distracting him from what he loved the most – playing games. He also had a spirit of anger which made him act violently towards everybody around him, especially when he was not able to play computer games. When he received the Faith Bracelet and got home that day, something strange happened. As he sat down to play games as usual, he found that instead of reaching for his phone or computer to play games, he took the Faith Bracelet from his wrist and started meditating the Word of God. Now, he spends his time counting his faith with the Faith Bracelet, meditating with it and staying connected to God.

CEASED MENSTRUATION FLOWS AFTER SEVEN YEARS

Mrs Mbecho Emilia from Cameroon was suffering from ceased menstruation and hormonal imbalance. For seven years, the affliction caused her pain and trauma. It was in the midst of such tribulation that she decided to visit The SCOAN and seek the face of God. She received the Anointing Water and back home, she prayed and ministered it by spraying it into her mouth and on her stomach, asking God to intervene in her issue. That night, she had a dream. She saw herself in a theatre where she was being operated on. When she woke up from sleep, her menstruation had resumed. When she went back to the hospital for an examination, the doctors were stunned at the miracle that had happened in her life. What they could not solve, Jesus did – a further confirmation of the truth that man may treat but healing is of the Lord! She advised people not to lose hope in God.

EMMANUEL TV IS ‘LIGHTNING PROOF’

Mr Yemi Ajayi and his wife came to The SCOAN from Kwara State in northern Nigeria for the first time to give this compelling testimony. In July 2013, they were at home watching their favourite channel, Emmanuel TV and something mysterious happened. It started raining and suddenly they heard the sound of terrifying thunderstorm. Lightning burst into the room through the window and hovered over them. It then shot to the television, circled the screen three times and went out as quickly as it came. None of the 21 people who were in the room were hurt neither did it affect any electrical appliance. Everyone started to praise God for their miraculous survival which was brought about by the presence of Emmanuel TV that was on. It was reported that strange lightning strikes had been killing people in the same area.

Narrating their miraculous escape, Mr Ajayi said of Prophet T.B. Joshua, “We might see him as a human being with a modest stature but the mighty power of God inside him is of immeasurable size!” Prophet T.B. Joshua said that the lightning had been sent by evil forces to kill a woman in their midst but had encountered the voice of God coming through Emmanuel TV and was dispelled.

DELIVERANCE FROM SPIRIT OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND SUICIDE

From birth, Miss Divine’s life was one filled with pain and hatred. She was a product of rape, her mother having been raped while in secondary school. Angry that the incident had interrupted her education, her mother who was living in Ghana then, waited until the little girl was seven years old and brought her to Nigeria at the pretext of visiting relatives. But her mother left her with them. It was when she was 12 that she discovered they were not even distant relatives.

Divine became a house help. Although she was able to go to school, she could see that she was not a complete member of the family. She lacked love and felt unwanted. As time passed, she would be passed on from one family to another. When her mother called her on the rare occasions she did, she would sign off the phone conversation by reminding her that she had interrupted her life.

Thank God, Divine at one point stayed with a businesswoman who was into clothing design. It was there she learnt the art and was able to start her life from that point. Later on in life, a friend she trusted enticed her to travel to Lagos where she said she would easily get a contract as a model. But it was a lie and she was instead, initiated into prostitution. On that fateful day, the other girls she had found in the compound posing as models called for a welcoming party. While everyone was drinking alcoholic drinks, she asked for a soft drink because she had never tasted alcohol before. They gave her a soft drink but, unknown to her, it had been drugged. The moment she drank it, she slipped into a deep sleep and when she woke up, she discovered she had incisions on her legs. She also discovered that she had an anklet on her ankle and jewellery around her waist. She had been initiated into prostitution and through that, wherever she went to, she would always come back to them. Without any notice, a man was brought into the house and raped her while everyone was watching.

She bled profusely and thought she would die. Gathering courage, she packed her bag the following day while no one was watching and bolted out the door. As she left, she did not even know where she was escaping to. A young man, Mr Kingsley found her sitting helplessly on the street and brought her to The SCOAN. After the New Anointing Water was ministered to her, the evil spirit in her manifested, identifying itself as the spirit of suicide and sexual harassment. She was then delivered in the name of Jesus Christ. Since that time, she is free and her dreams have become blissful.

Opening further our spiritual faculty, the man of God decried man’s tendency to neglect his reliance on God and become more of self, saying this was why man cannot control himself; he has become unfaithful and is unkind towards one another. He noted that man today takes things for granted to the extent that he does not see the need for God until tragedy hits.
The man of God also taught on the need to rely on the power of the Holy Spirit. Quoting from scriptures in 2 Peter 1:21, Colossians 1:9 among others, he enthused that holy men of God spoke the word and wrote the Bible as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit and if we are to read the Bible, we should be carried along by the Holy Spirit in like manner. He warned: “If we are not carried along by the Holy Spirit, in what we read, teach or preach, all our effort would be idle, meaningless, and oftentimes destructive. Prayer and Bible reading must go together. If you miss one, you miss all.”

Earlier, Wise Man Daniel delivered an enlightening message titled: Depend on God for Everything – a premonition to Christians that they need God. Picking his proof text from the Book of Acts 16:16-18, he said Satan can only be stopped in the spirit, by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ.
“Therefore, in Christ Jesus, we have a firm and well grounded expectation of future felicity. Apostle Paul became victorious in his confrontation with the evil spirit because he depended upon Jesus Christ alone for his strength and victory in his battle against the evil spirit. Apostle Paul knew that, all authority in Heaven and on earth has been invested in that name, Jesus Christ,” he said.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT CAN NOW COUNT HIS BLESSINGS

The story of Chief Okon from Yola, Northern Nigeria was one of a life condemned to persistent frustrations. Despite being a chartered accountant, his career growth did not reflect the caliber of his qualifications. He watched his peers and those he had personally trained ascend the ladder of promotions to levels of Commissioners while he stood grounded in the same position of rejection and watch with bitterness. To feed his family and to send children to school was a back-snapping strain he had to endure. It was while chained to the bondage of such humiliating limitations that in 2013, he agreed with his wife to seek the face of God.

They came to The SCOAN where they received the Anointing Water. Back home, they prayed in the name of Jesus Christ with faith that God would locate and reposition them. He ministered the Anointing Water and three days later, he received a call that was to change his story. A man he did not even know but working for the government in the capital Abuja, asked him to file his CV to his office. He was surprised; it was the first time that someone had asked for his resume without him expressing interest. He was told government was looking for a man to do a job involving the verification of solid minerals for southern states. A few days later, the same man called and told him that his name had been confirmed. Glory be to God as that marked the end of his limitations; and he went on to carry out the project satisfactorily. Today, they live a happy life of progress, drive nice cars and are building houses which they could not afford in their former financial state. They advised people to believe and trust in God, saying, “Ask and you shall receive.”

SUPERNATURALLY HEALED!
With a vibrant entry that left the sound of praise ringing in the rafters, Mrs Uyok Edofia shouted aloud for joy to the Lord for what He had done for her. She was attacked by armed robbers in her residence from where she rushed to the hospital for treatment on the various machete cuts on her body by the armed bandits. It was from one of the injections given to her in the hospital that an abscess in her buttocks developed which degenerated into untreatable gangrene that almost consumed her entire right buttock.

She was taken from one hospital to another in search of specialists who could save her life but there was no one who could help her. The specialists said that if they removed some of the affected cells, the wound would heal by itself but as the doctors removed the bad tissues, the gaping hole in her flesh only sank deeper. Sooner, the buttocks began to rot. Hospitals started to reject her, saying that the wound was more advanced than they could handle. Anywhere she went, the pungent air clung to her – a constant reminder of the intensely painful injury she carried. She always had to lie down. For four months, she could neither sit nor stand and her brother summoned from school had to be with her all the time, feeding and bathing her every day in the hospital bed. As if her words had not painted a vivid enough picture, the photos taken while in bed displayed on the board were like something taken from a horror film – such was the degree of damage the abscess had caused. That was her condition until she came in contact with the Anointing Water of The SCOAN given to her by a colleague which she began to apply to the horribly shattered buttock! Her brother also began to play The SCOAN’s CDs and videos for her to further buoy up her faith just as her husband also went to install Emmanuel TV at home. She was unable to stand or sit throughout the time she had the abscess in her right buttock and was permanently lying on one side. Left with no option but still hoping for a miracle, she began to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua on the screen and ministering the Anointing Water day and night. Suddenly the power of God came upon her as the side which had become dead began to receive new life. Flesh emerged and the terrible wound in her buttocks began to close and cover up day by day as they continued to minister the Anointing Water over the affected area. It was such a rapid transformation within a month that the doctors who had written her off were dazed by the miracle. Then, a picture showing the tiny mark which was all that remained of the once rotting abscess in her backside completed the testimony of God’s awesome restorative power. She concluded that men should trust in Jesus Christ’s authority and not man’s majority.

I HAVE MORE CONTRACTS THAN I HAVE TIME
Chief Ndubuisi Christopher, a native of Anambra State but living in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, found life a constant struggle. Being involved in the computer and construction industry for over 10 years, he would wrestle to receive the payment of the contracts and projects he completed.

Some small payments would take over a year to be made and many big projects were still outstanding until he came to The SCOAN and received the Anointing Water. As he took it home and began to minister it to himself and his environment, his payments that were owed to him automatically started coming in including some even from people he had lost all hope that they would ever answer him. In a year, he would get only between one and three contracts but just three weeks after he received the Anointing Water, he had already received four contracts. As he stood before the congregation fondly holding a large file of papers, he proclaimed that since receiving the Anointing Water, he now had so many projects that he could not even finish them all in a year! He counted them one by one – 11 contracts in all from the ministry of aviation and seven other large scale jobs from the Millennium Development Goals Initiative all of which he said were not the kind of contracts he had been used to doing rather they were all extraordinary projects. His face told the story; his destiny and his testimony had been restored.
While the worldwide audience was still savouring the uncommon outpouring of blessings upon Chief Ndubuisi’s life, he further shocked the listeners as he testified that he had also been in the area of Abuja that had recently been bombed, stating that his office was even in the same plaza where the attack took place, and he had passed the exact area of the attack about three minutes before the carnage broke out. That week, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua had appealed to people to fast and pray over an attack in the city. He and his family heeded the instruction in righteousness and miraculously he had a narrow escape from the calamity that eventually befell the plaza! That is how he escaped what would have been his death. He showed pictures of the bomb blast scene with smoke rising from the demolished vehicles left in its wake. He summed his testimony up with a stirring word of advice that we should learn to trust in God in all situations and acknowledged that if all this had happened to him in just the space of a few months of receiving the Anointing Water, the best was definitely yet to come.

FAITH BRACELETS BREAK BAD HABITS
Youth from The SCOAN continued with their wonderful testimonies, narrating how God had intervened in their affairs and how they had received self-healing and self-deliverance through the Faith Bracelet given to them by Prophet T.B. Joshua. The first to recount his breakthrough was Benjamin Nosa. Before receiving his bracelet, he was addicted to Facebook and pornography. These bad habits had led him to meeting women online and engaging in ‘phone sex’ with people whom he had never even met. These fleshly addictions ruined his spiritual life and his relationship with God until he started praying with the Faith Bracelet. He started to meditate with it and ask God to flush out all negative thoughts and urges that polluted his mind. Today, he testified of his freedom, Jesus Christ having broken sin’s power in his life.
Another youth, Tabitha Chukwuka, had a violent spirit of anger. Although from a Christian family where her mother insisted on reading the Bible before going to bed, she would not find the time to read hers. At school, she would fight with people and at one point; the school principal had to write her parents over her unbecoming and violent behavior. In her dreams she would wash her clothes but they would disappear. She did not know what was happening to her life. Having received the Faith Bracelet, she started to pray for the spirit of anger to depart of her. The same day, she had the same dream. This time around, she caught the culprit who was stealing her clothes, grabbed her and sank her finger deep around her chest, trying to rip her apart. She was so angry, until Prophet T.B. Joshua appeared on the scene and spoke calmness which seemed to wash over her being like cool water. Without a word, she had received her deliverance in that instant and was set free. Now, she has received calmness in place of the storm which once ruled her life.
Abidemi Bello had an inexplicable hatred for her mother and often wished her to die. She would not associate, spend time or even speak with her mother for days at a time. It tormented her so much because on her own, she would begin to think about her mother lovingly until she set eyes on her and the hatred would be rekindled. That was until she received the Faith Bracelet and began praying for the Holy Spirit to take more of her and give her more of Him. Since then, her hatred for her mother has become history. She has received self-deliverance and her life with that of her family, has been transformed. She now joins her mother to cook at home and in domestic chores she used to avoid for dread of contact with her. She advised youths all over the world that with Jesus Christ, all things are possible.
Deborah Ikuemonisan had been bedwetting from birth. In her dreams, she would see herself enter the restroom to ease herself only to suddenly wake up to find that what she had dreamed to be the lavatory, was her own bed. This prevented her from visiting friends and sleeping over. She could not also invite friends to her place, lest they discover that she was bedwetting. Since she received the Faith Bracelet and began to count her faith, the problem of bedwetting has become a thing of the past.
All the youths who came forward testified of how their lives had transformed the instant they started using the Faith Bracelet and advised fellow youths to watch out how they use modern social media and to take the Word of God as standard for their lives.

GOD GAVE US A TESTIMONY
For many years, Mr and Mrs Ajah, residents of South Africa had been praying to God to give them a testimony as they had seen others give on Emmanuel TV. Their problems started the moment they got married.

They did not have a stable income and could not support their home of four children successfully. Inspired by people they had seen testify on Emmanuel TV, they came to The SCOAN this year where one of the wise men prayed for them. They also received the Anointing Water and left for home. They were a couple living on their last penny. Even on landing back home at the airport, they had no money for a taxi. One day, they heard of a property which had been put up for sale. Although they did not have money, they decided to go and investigate. A voice spoke to the wife to take up the property and use it for charity. When the agent heard what they intended to do with the building, he handed over the keys without them paying anything and offered them a generous time frame within which to pay. Now they run a ministry of charity, reaching out to many souls and God has blessed them abundantly. They could not feed themselves, now they are able to feed others. They have a pre-school, agricultural land and a school bus – all in a space of four months. They have become employers, creating jobs wherever they go. When God sets you free, you are free indeed!

So awesome has the week been that it will go down the annals of history as one of the most gracious occasions when the Lord visited His people; so the backslidden would rediscover their old love for Him and to set free those that were in bondage. Such was the significance of the great miracle crusade the man of God,  Prophet T.B. Joshua held in Colombia last week that God’s presence was very tangible. Bursting with the irresistible power of the Holy Spirit, the bustling city of Cali was the centre of international attention with thousands of people flocking in from various states around the Southern American nation to bear witness to the great move of God.

Jam-packed, the elegant Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadiumcarried an unprecedented mammoth crowd of worshippers who filled all the terraces and spilled to the playing field.

The emergency prayer line snaked and stretched across the pitch with people strewn all over the place in search for an encounter with the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. True to their faith, the Lord opened the Heavenly gates of anointing through His servant Prophet T.B. Joshua and what followed were great signs, miracles and wonders. Multitudes of people who came to the crusade received Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and went back home with their spiritual battles settled. Those who came on stretchers, hopping on crutches or wheeled in on wheelchairs, returned to their homes healed and glorifying God.

Prophet T.B. Joshua preached to the gospel-hungry multitude about the power of the Holy Spirit and the relevance of the Bible in every Christian’s life. He said, “Just as the authors of the Bible ‘were carried along by the Holy Spirit as they spoke the Word that came from God, we must also be carried along by the Holy Spirit to read, teach and preach it. Are we carried along today? This is the challenge we have in Christendom today. Remember, when we are not carried along by the Holy Spirit, our effort will be idle, meaningless and often times destructive.”

Referring to John 6:63, the man of God explained to the awe-inspired gathering: “It is clearly stated here that God always works through His Word and His Spirit. Both His Word and His Spirit are paramount to bringing His Will. His Word speaks about His promises; His Spirit executes it – carries it out. The Word is not complete without the Spirit. If you speak the Word without the Spirit, it remains idle. This is the big challenge in the ministry today.  There is no harmony between the Word and the Spirit.” The man of God then, under the direction of the Holy Spirit, moved to minister prayer at the prayer line where healing was like breathing as he declared healing in a mighty manifestation of God’s power to bless, heal and deliver.

Back home at The SCOAN, Wise Man Daniel preached a reflective message titled ‘Our Standard of Living As Christians’ which highlighted the Bible as the roadmap to be followed.  “We are to live by it. It is the only book that transforms life. It is the book of books by which we chart our course to salvation. Our Lord Jesus Christ will not open His door to salvation to the one who keeps his Bible shut,” he said.

I LITERALLY LOST MY LEG – PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLER!
Mr Monaco Bezon Tabondjo, a Cameroonian professional footballer based in Ghana, was earning his living through pushing the leather in the country’s second division when his lucrative career crashed. After ten years of a high flying career, his contract came to an end in 2012. His agent then organised that he travelled to Turkey to sign a new lucrative contract when trouble hit. He was standing on the pavement on his way to purchasing his air ticket when, from nowhere, a car crushed into his left leg breaking it in two. He almost lost his leg due to the accident which affected his tibia and fibula. The accident was so swift that he did not know what had happened to him until he woke up on the hospital bed. Then, he knew that his career was finished. But that was not his main worry. What he feared most was if he was ever to walk again. For two years, he suffered the effects of the accident and had to support himself on crutches until one day a friend brought him the Anointing Water. He prayed in faith, asking God for a permanent healing. He then ministered the Anointing Water to his leg and what happened was a miracle. The bones came together and now he can walk. He showed x-rays of how his leg has completely healed. To the glory of God, he showed his healed leg and jogged, something he could not do before. He advised viewers to give their lives to Jesus!

NINE MONTHS PREGNANT AFTER 10 YEARS OF BARRENNESS

Back at The SCOAN Sunday Live Service, Mr and Mrs Kelvin Komolafe had been facing a mountain of problems but the greatest was their inability to have a child for ten years. Before the two married, the wife was married to another man and they had no child between them. Doctors and specialists told them that she had a womb blockage and there were no chance she would ever bear a child. Because of this, her husband pushed her out of the house and married another woman. She became a laughingstock and centre of ridicule in society. Everyone would laugh at her for her condition. Out of frustration, she decided to go back to school just to pass the time and keep away from her tormentors. There, she met Mr Komolafe, her new husband. Still, nothing improved. There were no signs that they would have a child. In fact, Mr Komolafe’s family was against the marriage. One day, the Holy Spirit opened their eyes. She was at a friend’s place where she watched Emmanuel TV. She heard testimonies of people who had been blessed with children after ministering the Anointing Water. She came to The SCOAN where she received her own. They started to pray and anointing themselves, asking God to open her blocked womb. They slept as husband and wife and soon, she discovered she had conceived. She was actually three months pregnant. Happy and full of joy that God had done it for them, the couple decided to come to return the glory to Him and say, “Thank You, Jesus!” They advised couples in a similar situation not to despair but keep their faith and trust in Jesus Christ.

DOCTORS TREAT, GOD HEALS!

When Dr Dorothy Mumba, a medical personnel in Zambia was assigned to travel to the northern part of the country for an emergency, all that raced through her mind was how to reach her destination and help save life. An outbreak had been reported in that area and she was to offer her expertise. Unfortunately, on the way, they had a terrible accident. One tyre of the car they were travelling in burst, the car lost balance and somersaulted several times. She woke up on the hospital bed in the Intensive Care Unit where she lay in horrible pain for one and a half months. She had sustained head injuries and was covered in blood. Supported in a neck collar and covered in bandages, she was told that her full recovery was highly unlikely. One day, a visitor who came to the hospital saw her condition and the agony she was in. He ministered the Anointing Water to her wounds and, slowly, she noticed great change in her condition. She felt better as the fractures rapidly healed. Soon after, she was freed of her neck collar. Standing before the congregation with the wonderful testimony, she showed how fit she is once again after the ministration of the Anointing Water. Of the injuries, all that is left is a little scar on her forehead – a reminder of the severity of the injuries she had sustained. Now free and fit, she advised viewers to believe in God’s healing power.

FLESHLY LUSTS FLUSHED OUT OF THE YOUTH!

More youths came forward to testify how they received self-deliverance through Faith Bracelets they received from the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. Confessing how satan kept them under the bondage of fleshly lusts, they now testify that they are free. The first, Miriam Ezekiel, had the case of a spiritual husband who used to torment her in her dreams. Actually, he used to appear to her physically when she was alone. After receiving the Faith Bracelet, she started to count her faith with it. That night, she had a dream. The spiritual husband appeared again but on this occasion, she was not alone – as she counted her Faith Bracelet, she saw Jesus Christ standing by her side. As the demon charged towards here there appeared between them a large billboard with the words inscribed, ‘No More Torment!’ When the notorious spiritual husband saw this, he was scared and hurriedly ran away. Jesus Christ then removed the ring which had been on Miriam’s finger and cast it into the river from whence the spiritual husband had come. Since then, the spiritual husband has not appeared to her; she is free and her heart is at peace meditating on God’s Word.

For Agbo Israel, he had the spirit of lust and was addicted to pornography and masturbating. As a result, nothing worked for him in his studies. This made him depressed. The more he tried to stop the foul habits, the more they increased. When he received the Faith Bracelet, he started to ask God to deliver him. He meditated repeatedly, counting with his hand and speaking with his heart. He received his self-deliverance and is now free, to God’s glory.

In her case, Deborah Sunday had the problem of heartburn. This forced her to be selective of the food she ate as eating certain foods would result in immediate discomfort and internal burning sensations. Upon receiving her Faith Bracelet, she started to pray and ask God to heal and deliver her of this situation. Today, the heartburn is a thing of the past.
Another youth, Stephen Lenity, was also addicted to watching pornography. It all started one day while in the company of bad friends. He found them watching pornography and when he joined to watch, the evil spirit entered him. He became addicted to this bad habit and his thoughts were polluted and he began to lust after girls. Following his reception of the Faith Bracelet, his life has changed. He testified that he is no longer a slave of fleshly thoughts and even the idea now repulsed him.

Last Sunday was another spectacular encounter with our Lord, Jesus Christ as He manifested His supreme power over evil through the mighty move of the Holy Spirit to set His people free. Congregants at The SCOAN were left awestruck after watching a few clips of the miracles God had performed in the nation, Colombia through His anointed servant as multitudes of people walked free of satan’s grip in the Southern American country. It was humbling to see people who had come to the crusade on wheelchairs, stand up and walk home on their own two legs. All these were shown to the congregation and their faith was boosted up so much that soon they experienced their own encounter. As the evangelists ministered the New Anointing Water, every trace of darkness was exposed and evil spirits expelled out.

Earlier, Wise Man Daniel preached to the congregation a powerful message titled: ‘Hold Fast To Your Confession Of Faith’. As a Child of God, he said, it is important to know that ‘God’s Word is the tool in the hands of the Holy Spirit to nurture us and to furnish us with all we need to succeed on earth.’

“When we realize that we can never rise above our confession, we are getting to the place where God can really begin to use us. Christianity is called the great confession. The law of confession is that, I confess that I have a thing before I consciously possess it,” he explained.

Picking his proof text from 1Samuel 17:44-45 and 49, he said although Goliath never confessed defeat, he found himself in the realm of defeat because his confession was not in harmony with God’s Word unlike David whose confession came from faith and as a result ‘the course of the battle went in the footprint of his confession.’

He expounded, “By faith, David confessed victory against Goliath and it became a visible reality. This clearly shows that, as Christians, what we speak becomes a visible reality in this natural world as we constantly hold fast to our confession of faith. To hold fast to your confession of faith is to say what God said over and over, until the thing desired in your heart and promised in the Word is fully manifested. In other words, confession is saying what God has said in the scriptures – saying the same thing the scripture has said. It is simply agreeing with God. Our Lord Jesus Christ evidently walked in the light of His confession. Therefore, our faith follows in the footprint of our confession. That is, our healing, deliverance, blessing, victory or breakthrough follows in the footprint of our confession.

LIFE-THREATENING EPILEPSY BANISHED WITH PRAYER
Mrs Keshinro’s daughter, Adeola, had been suffering from epilepsy for seven years. Her case was chronic. When under attack, she would lose her senses and fall to the floor. She would then shake uncontrollably and injure herself by, among other things, chewing on her tongue. Because of this problem, she was unable to perform in school and had to drop out. They visited many hospitals and herbal clinics but doctors were unable to provide solution. “Everywhere we heard the name Jesus, we went,” said the 22-year old.

Sad to say, many of those calling the name Jesus were not true men of God but petty spiritualists. They would ask for money and demand materials such as fowls or rams for sacrifices. At one place, the little girl was made to stay in a tiny, damp and windowless room for weeks until her mother realised this was not the way out and took her away. In another instance, a man calling himself a pastor asked if the girl was a virgin. When the mother said, “yes”, he told her he must sleep with her as a way of expelling the sickness from her body. Mother and daughter took to their heels. At another place, the mother was told to travel into a forest with the witchdoctor at midnight to purportedly see who was responsible for her daughter’s predicament. She saw nothing although this did not spare her from parting with seven rams. She went to places too many to mention all in an effort to free the little girl from a sickness that was tormenting her existence.

They spent so much money that when they heard of The SCOAN in 2008 when the little girl was now 15 years old, the mother refused to come. She told the Good Samaritan who had told her about The SCOAN she had no more money to donate to so-called pastors. However, on the insistence of the little girl, she borrowed money and travelled all the way from Abuja to Lagos to meet the man of God. Arranged at the prayer line and having paid no money, Adeola was prayed for by Prophet T.B. Joshua who, in the name of Jesus Christ, commanded the evil spirit to come out. Since that time, she has not had any epileptic attacks and is doing well in school. She brought her medical report proving that she has been tested negative to epilepsy. Praise God!

EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT AFTER 14 YEARS OF BARRENNESS!
Mrs Anthonia Udeh had become an easy target of name calling. No wonder, when she came forward to testify to the goodness of God over what He has done in her life, torrents of tears sped down her cheeks – a testimony to the end of the mental torture she had had to endure for almost a decade and a half. When she got married to her lovely husband, there was nothing but peace and bliss. Neither of them suspected they would have to endure years of childlessness. As days turned into months and years, she became increasingly worried. They watched young couples become mothers and fathers before their own eyes. Soon, they became a target of ridicule. People started mocking her, calling her a barren woman. They even went further, fruitlessly though, to suggest to her husband to send her out of the matrimonial home and bring in another wife who would give him children. This forced her to try everything deemed solution. She went to many places in search for help and drank a plethora of concoctions all in an effort to conceive and be called a mother. For 14 years they waited in vain and pain; and nothing worked until one divine day. A friend came to The SCOAN and obtained the Anointing Water and encouraged her to pray with the medium. Mrs Udeh ministered it into her mouth and prayed in Jesus’ name and behold; she soon missed her period after meeting with her husband. Now, a relieved and happy woman, she displayed her eight months old pregnancy for the world to see and bear witness to the glory of God. SCHOLARSHIP GRANTED AFTER 14 LONG YEARS!
For Mr Leroy Levi McNara, chances that he would go further with his studies had simply deteriorated to zero having graduated way back in 2001. By the passage of every year, his chances became narrower and he almost gave up. He applied to several overseas institutions for scholarship but could just not break the barrier. He then discovered Emmanuel TV and after watching testimonies of God’s great works in people’s lives, he came to The SCOAN for prayers and received the Anointing Water. He began to minister it on himself and his laptop. The next time he sent his application, he prayed for God to locate him. This time around, he received a reply that he should send his documents to the institution he had applied to in the USA – Pennsylvania State University. What had been illusive for 14 years became possible and he was given a full scholarship. He advised: “Be steadfast in prayer and God will answer you in His own time. He is a prayer answering God.”

DREADFUL ASTHMA FLUSHED OUT!

Mrs Delali Awadey, 27, was an asthmatic from birth. This problem affected her in many ways. Sometimes, her asthma attacks could be so severe that she would collapse into a coma. The same problem caused her to drop out of school. When she became pregnant and tried to deliver her child, she was unable to do so normally and had to undergo an operation.

Believing that God could heal his wife of this sickness of asthma, her husband came to The SCOAN and obtained the Anointing Water. She ministered it in Jesus’ name and that marked the end to her bout with the unrelenting sickness. She has not had any asthma attack again. She brought her medical reports to show that by His stripes she is indeed healed of the problem she was diagnosed with. Thank You, Jesus!

YOUTHS SHARE FAITH BRACELET TESTIMONIES!
For the third week running, youths came forward to testify to the greatness of God following the self-deliverance they received through the medium of the Faith Bracelet. The first to testify was Blessing Edeh. She was afflicted with the spirit of suicide and suffered a mental disorder. Her own father had died of this same problem. Whenever Blessing slept, she would see her late father in her dream, calling her to follow him. In one such bizarre dream, he tried to lure her after him with the red shoes he had earlier bought for her in the physical. After this, she always had thoughts of committing suicide and started behaving abnormally. The moment she received the Faith Bracelet, she felt a vibrating force run through her body. That is how she was miraculously delivered and since then, she has had no more suicidal thoughts and is free from the problem of mental disorder. The red shoes had mysteriously vanished too!

Another youth, Rachel Christopher, was experiencing nightmares. She traced this problem to when she was six years old. When she slept, she would see dead people in her dreams. This would make her feel like she herself was dead. She would keep to herself. When she received her Faith Bracelet, she had a dream; she was being chased by a large crowed. As she ran for her life, she found the Faith Bracelet lying on the floor. She grabbed it and instantly, her assailants turned back and ran away as she began to chase them. Since that time, she has been free.

Another youth had the spirit of anger and lust. He had no respect for his mum or senior members of the family. This problem led him into one trouble after another especially after violently beating several of his classmates. He had also developed the bad habit of playing games on phones. All this ended when he received his Faith Bracelet. Now, he no longer has the spirit of anger as he has learnt to treat his mother and sisters with respect. He has become a good child. PROPHECY SET ME FREE FROM HEART & DIABETES PROBLEMS

Patson Tembo from Zambia had a terrible heart problem that was compounded by a serious case of diabetes. It started in 2001 although he did not know then that he had a heart problem. All he knew was that he had diabetes which he had been battling for seven years. This problem hindered him from performing his daily roles as a minister of God and businessman. Worse still, some of the medications he took had many side effects. In 2008, he heard of The SCOAN and decided to come. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua walked up to him in church and gave him a word of prophecy. He said he saw something in his heart, an enlargement in the heart, and that he should not go for an operation. The man of God then prayed for him upon which Mr Tembo fell to the ground. After receiving this mighty deliverance, he heeded the word of the man of God and, instead of going for an operation, he went for a checkup. Praise God, the same doctors who had lined up an operation for him, discovered that he no longer had diabetes or the heart problem. God had already performed the operation, divinely. He was medically declared free just as Jesus Christ had effectually set him free. Since then, he has been free, healthy and has lost the unhealthy weight diabetes had added to his stature. His advice is that God is alive and if one has faith, God is faithful enough to see one through. With Him, he said, all things are possible.

The Holy Spirit-filled service came to an end with the ministration of the New Anointing Water on congregants; an event which turned the whole arena of liberty into a huge amazement of signs and wonders as chains of darkness in people’s lives fell and the outpouring of divine blessing descended on the people!

 It was an atmosphere of serenity at The SCOAN last Sunday and one that radiated the magnificence of God’s glory. The awesome power of the Holy Spirit was thick in the church’s auditorium as the choir broke into a Heavenly chorus of worship, calling on God’s anointing to rain down. As the church joined in, lifting their voices to the Heavens, the gates of anointing swung open. The evangelists ministered the New Anointing Water and no one could escape the fire of the Holy Spirit as demons were cast out and people set free in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, ministered to the congregation for the first time in two weeks after a successful crusade in Columbia, South America. He thanked the congregation for their prayers which he said, had contributed to the good success of the revival.

 Earlier, Wise Man Harry preached a life-changing message titled: Get Prepared for Christ. With proof text taken from Mark 10:17-22 – the story of ‘The Rich and the Kingdom of God’, he said: “Many seem to desire to know what they must do to receive from God but are not prepared to do it. As a child of God, you need to know that life is not fun and games; it is a warfare where only the spiritually minded are victorious. If you truly love God, nothing should be too small or too big to give out for God’s sake. The rich young ruler seemed to desire his duty but he was not prepared to do it. He seemed to desire to know what he must do to enter the Kingdom of God but he was not prepared to do it. His love for wealth and riches here on earth surpassed his love for Christ. Do not let this happen to you today!”

He concluded, “If we exclude God today in whatever plans we are making, we are guilty of the sins of arrogance and self-sufficiency and certainly, we are not prepared for tomorrow. This does not mean we should not make careful, thoughtful and watchful provision for the future, nor does it consist in unnecessary worry and anxiety about tomorrow. We should recognise who we are before God, realizing that He is God and we are not, that He is the Father and we are but children, that He is a Shepherd and we are straying sheep”.

COLOMBIA FOR CHRIST!

The great revival led by the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua in Colombia which took place this July shall certainly go into the record books as God manifested His love and power to the people of the South American continent. After a two-day crusade at the Olympic Stadium and a Pastors’ Conference, Prophet T.B. Joshua and the Emmanuel TV Team purchased thousands of dollars worth of foodstuffs, supplies, meals, drinks and medical supplies for single mothers and their children. Huge packages of supplies were distributed, one for each family. Medical doctors were also on hand to assist with basic medical needs of the children, citing difficulties due to malnutrition among the young population. The event put smiles on the faces of the young children of Colombia as Prophet T.B. Joshua went further and pledged to provide scholarships for those in need.

The man of God was also invited to address members of the Colombia National Police Force and representatives of the Ministry of Defence, where he received an award of recognition for his service to humanity, especially in Colombia. He dedicated the award to widows and widowers whose spouses had died in line of duty, providing the country security. He then donated US$100,000 to the police for social welfare to take care of the infirm, wounded, and children with special needs. Prophet T.B. Joshua then encouraged the police to remain dedicated to their job and offered to partner with them through prayer for the security of Columbia, assuring them that the divine hand of God would be with them as they fought for peace.

FROM ABJECT POVERTY TO BENEFACTOR

 Mr. Emmanuel was, in his own words, a reject of his community. Nothing he laid his hands on ever prospered and he was in such abject poverty that his own wife walked out of the home, taking with her the children. No one wanted to associate with him anymore and it was at this peak of despondency that he came to The SCOAN in search of divine intervention. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, gave him the Anointing Water and told him to go home and start believing. Immediately, he started to pray with faith and ministered the Anointing Water in Jesus’ name. Shortly after that prayer, he received a call from the government and was offered the consultancy job which he had previously applied for. This marked the start of his breakthroughs that were to write his ‘from-grass-to-grace’ story. With a life anew, he aspired to buy new land and have his own home. He wrote to his employers and surprisingly, they agreed to pay him upfront. It was very unusual but he had the backing of the mighty hand of God. He was able to purchase land for an estate and was able to build a mansion. He now has a fleet of expensive cars and is engaged in works of charity – reaching out to those that are in need. He showed pictures of his elegant home and the sleek cars he now drives. He advised people to put their trust in God and to remember those that are in bondage.

KIDNAPPER’S BULLET WAS ‘FASHIONED’ BUT COULD NOT ‘PROSPER’!

MR OKECHUKWU

When a Nigerian businessman, Mr Okechukwu decided to set up a small factory in his home town, he became a target for mischievous individuals. Notorious criminals were monitoring each of his movements and, believing he must be rich, they ambushed and kidnapped him. They took him to an isolated place where they were keeping other victims. He feared for his dear life. Not sure what to do, he removed his bottle of the Anointing Water from his pocket and started ministering it on himself, calling on the God of Prophet T.B. Joshua to come to his rescue. This annoyed the kidnappers who ordered him to stop his utterances. At one point, out of rage and having failed to intimidate him, one of the kidnappers fired a shot at him but the bullet missed him. He kept the bottle of the Anointing Water in his pocket and continued to pray.

Angry, the kidnappers took him to an underground apartment and demanded N10 million from him at gunpoint. He told them he did not have such money. Suddenly, a village vigilante who was passing by spotted the gun-toting kidnapper. Fearing that he had been spotted and that the villager would raise alarm, the armed kidnapper started to shoot at the vigilante, wasting all his bullets in the process. The kidnappers then took Mr Okechukwu to another location in the depth of the forest. There, God gave him a chance and in a split second, he escaped from his captors. The following day, the kidnappers called his wife to go and collect Mr Okechukwu’s car at a particular location where they had abandoned it. When husband and wife retrieved it, they realised that the Anointing Stickers were on it. Thanking God for his escape and his life, Mr Okechukwu advised people never to doubt God’s ability.

SPIRIT OF ALCOHOLISM SURRENDERS TO BREAKTHROUGH!

Mr Alex Ahmadu from Kaduna, Nigeria was passing through a patch of hardship in his former life. Things did not improve even when he decided to relocate to Lagos in search of greener pastures. He got a job but life remained miserable. He was drinking heavily and all the money he made went down the drain. It wasn’t until he discovered Emmanuel TV that he saw light and accessed his turning point. He installed the channel in his house and started to exercise his faith by praying with the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua. Every time the man of God declared calmness in lives of viewers, Mr Ahmadu would claim and confess it. One day, in his dream, he had an encounter with the man of God who prayed for him and delivered him from the spirit of alcoholism. When he woke up the following day, he discovered to his surprise that the urge for alcohol had left him. The very smell of alcohol he once loved and savoured, he now hated. Since that time, he stopped drinking and started experiencing breakthrough in his life. Through the money he was able to save now that he no longer spent it on alcohol, he has been able to buy land and build a big house. Not only that, he has two cars also. He thanked God for transforming his life and advised viewers to believe in the liberating power of Jesus Christ! For Mr Ahmadu, a million words are certainly not enough to say, “Thank You, Jesus!”

I DESTROYED MANY MEN AND MINISTERS OF GOD!

MISS PAULINA

Miss Paulina from Equatorial Guinea rushed to The SCOAN last week, praying to be delivered of something she was not sure of. All she knew was that things were not working out for her in a very weird way. She had had two marriage disappointments, lost a baby through asthma and faced serious setbacks in her career. So, sitting in The SCOAN last Sunday, she patiently waited for her turn as the evangelists ministered the New Anointing Water. Pandemonium erupted, however, the moment a shower of drops landed on her face. The otherwise calm face changed to annoyance and anger. The stranger hiding in her was exposed and identified itself as Lucifer. The enemy could not stand the mighty hand of God and screamed out and confessed to having been responsible for Miss Paulina’s nightmarish life, from the age of two. It was eventually commanded out in the name Jesus Christ to the cheers and applause of the congregation.

Testifying of her great deliverance on Sunday – seven days after her deliverance – Miss Paulina said she was 12 years old when the demon caused her to be raped by a neighbour. From that rape incident, a battle line had been drawn between her and any male who came her way. She became hell-bent on destroying any man she could. She had powers in her eyes and any man who looked into them would have feelings for her; that would be the end of their success in their education, career, marriage and finances. The next time she met them, they would be reduced to beggars. She had power to afflict men with the spirit of masturbation simply by speaking to them on the phone. Many ministers of God had been destroyed through her when she either slept with them or told lies about them just to ruin their ministries. If she went to church and people were being delivered, the evil spirit in her would tell her whether the pastor was powerful enough to deliver her. The moment a minister of God laid a hand on her, she would look into the pastor’s eyes. In her heart, she would be mock them, knowing that they were signing the end of their own careers. In addition to this, she had a spiritual husband who afflicted her with the spirit of anger. That was until her mother introduced her to Emmanuel TV and she decided to come to The SCOAN.

Narrating her experience of what she had felt like when the Anointing Water was ministered to her, she said, “I felt strange. I felt hot. I was on fire and I became so angry!”

Thank God, she was delivered and since that Sunday, her life has transformed. Jesus Christ has taken custody of her soul and calmness and peace have returned to her life. She no longer has the heart to destroy men. She advised people to run to God when they have any problem and the youth to be careful with internet.

DEMONIC STRONGHOLDS DEMOLISHED!

FAITH BRACELET

Numerous youth came forward to testify of the liberation they received in Jesus’ name through the medium of the Faith Bracelets. The first youth, Godswill Ossai, said he used to have a spiritual wife who was so overpowering that he could not even scream whenever she came to him. When he woke up he would feel devastated. This affected his spiritual life; he could not pray or read the Bible passionately. This continued for a long time and affected his academic life. When he received his Faith Bracelet, he started to pray and meditate in the Word of God. In a dream that night, he was kidnapped and found himself in a car with a strange woman donning long hair. He surprisingly remained calm and miraculously found himself out of the car, dragging the woman by the hair. He was calling on the name Jesus fluently, which he had never been able to do in previous encounters. The woman cried out in terror and disappeared in a burst of flames as he spoke the name of Jesus Christ with boldness. Ordinarily, when he had an encounter with the woman and he woke up, he would be terrified. Not this time. He was smiling, knowing that the battle was over and won! Since then, he has not encountered the spiritual wife and is free. He now reads his Bible and prays with devotion.

For Benedicta, she was suffering from a spiritual husband and had affairs in her dreams. As a result, she used to have lustful thoughts every time she saw a boy. When she received the Faith Bracelet, she was strangely angry. She did not like it and did not want to put it on. However, she forced herself to pray with it and discovered she had been set free. In a dream that night, the giant man came to attack her but he could not do anything. That marked the end to her nightmares and encounters with the notorious evil man.

Another youth, Philip, had the spirit of theft and anger. From a young age, he began stealing people’s belongings and in dreams, he would see himself in a mortuary or casket. The consequences were immense. He was experiencing backwardness in his life and became a young man saturated with anger. Concerned, his parents took him to many churches for deliverance but nothing worked. When he received his Faith Bracelet, he started praying and meditating on God’s Word. Since that time, the nightmares have become a thing of the past and he no longer has the urge to steal.

Another youth, David, was addicted to playing games. Any money his mother gave him to use at school, he spent on computer games. At night, he would encounter the people from the games but this time, instead of winning as he did in the physical, they would fight him and beat him up so severely. In the morning, he would be angry and a spirit of stubbornness soon developed in him. He stopped listening to his mother and would go out and come back late in the night. All this came to a grinding halt when he received the Faith Bracelet. He started to count his faith, asking the Holy Spirit to take more of him and give him more of Himself. Since then, the urge for games is long gone.

All youths urged their peers to give their life to Christ as one life for Christ was all they had and that one life was so dear.

The service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water during which many more souls were liberated and saved. Glory to God!

The glory of God was an evident illumination that radiated and glowed on the multitudes that congregated at The SCOAN last Sunday and, in His infinite mercy, brought salvation, healing, blessings, breakthrough and deliverance. Engaging the worshippers who had come from all over the world, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua tasked all to be good citizens, saying, “Good Christians make good citizens for that which makes us good Christians such as – do not lie, do not kill, do not steal, also makes us good citizens.”

He encouraged all to honour the laws of their countries, saying, “Be proud of your country and God will be proud of you.” The Prophet then ministered prophetic messages to individuals in the congregation and every chain satan had used to connect them to himself began to break, in Jesus’ name.

Moving to The SCOAN Prayer Line, he ministered prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit and those whose bodies were burdened with sickness and disease received healing. The lame walked out of wheelchairs and discarded their crutches and walking sticks while the possessed were set free from the evil spirits that held them captive. Those who once felt far from God were made near through God’s Word and by His Spirit. The Anointing Water was then ministered to everyone in the congregation. Truly, this was the day the Lord had made for His people to rejoice and be made glad in it.

WISE MAN RACINE

Earlier, the congregants received an inspiring message from Wise Man Racine, encouraging all to be forward lookers in a message titled: Be Forward Lookers. He said each time we try to move forward, satan is there to remind us of our unworthy past in an attempt to provoke our guilt and tarnish our future. To be forward thinkers, he said, is to follow the condition God lays down as it says in Isaiah 43:18-19. “No one is too good or too bad to qualify for the grace of God. Therefore, stop thinking and talking on the level of your old life. Jesus never considers your past to determine your future. He accepts anyone who comes to Him in faith, even those who previously rejected Him, those who previously sinned against Him. Don’t look back. Look forward to Christ Jesus,” he admonished.

OVARIAN CANCER OBLITERATED!

When Mrs Lieza Ayom from South Sudan was diagnosed with fibroid, she became depressed but the real devastating news was yet to come.  She was found to have ovarian cancer and a combination of the two was a painful and cumbersome burden for the Australia-based woman. She could not walk and had no strength for her to live a normal life. She was in constant pain and soon became a common face at various hospitals. At one point, she bled continuously for three weeks and was put on chemotherapy.

As her condition deteriorated, doctors operated on her and removed her uterus while trying to rid her of the cancer but all yielded nothing. When her cousin heard of her predicament, he was shocked and rushed to The SCOAN, believing there is no sickness our Lord, Jesus Christ cannot cure. He received the Anointing Water and sent it to her in Australia. By this time, her whole body had started to close down. Soon after she started ministering in the name of Jesus Christ, everything that had to do with her health began to recover. The doctors had earlier told her that if she would recover it would take at least two years but within the period of two months she was restored back to her original condition, in good, perfect health. She boldly displayed her medical reports of her health status before and after ministering the Anointing Water. The report after administering the Anointing Water showed there is no more evidence of cancer in her body.

RESCUED FROM AN OPERATION

Mrs Acha Juliet Atuh had delivered her first child through an operation and was booked to deliver the second child the same way. Doctors said if she was to deliver naturally, the baby would rupture the uterus and she would bleed to death and the baby too, would die. When she insisted, the doctor told her that if she wanted to go through natural delivery, she would have to sign a document stating that if she died in the course of the natural childbirth, the doctor and hospital would not be held responsible. Faced with such a dilemma, she wasted no time but flew immediately to Nigeria to attend The SCOAN. The night before the service, she saw Prophet T.B. Joshua in her dream, praying for her and she fell down under the power of the Holy Spirit. When she woke up, she ran to the church where she was arranged on the prayer line. With her faith strengthened, she returned home and continued to pray over her pregnancy with the Anointing Stickers. The next morning, she felt signs of labor and went straight to the hospital. Three doctors gathered around her, preparing for the worst but were shocked when the baby miraculously came out naturally with no complications! It could not be understood by the doctors because it was beyond their knowledge and imagination. Jesus is real!

TESTIMONY IS MY NAME

For four years, Mr and Mrs Joseph had been facing barrenness. Each time his wife became pregnant, she would miscarry.

Making matters worse, one pregnancy turned out to be ectopic and she had to go through an operation for the baby to be removed. After this, the couple decided to come to The SCOAN for solution. They were placed on The SCOAN prayer line and received deliverance in Jesus’ name. Shortly after that, to the glory of God, Mrs Joseph became pregnant for her husband. To secure the pregnancy in the name of Jesus and the fire of the Holy Ghost, they decided to minister the Anointing Water throughout the pregnancy.  To their great joy, the baby survived and Mrs Joseph gave birth safely to a bouncing a baby girl! To give glory to God for turning their test into a testimony, they named their beautiful little girl, Testimony!

OVARIAN CYST FLUSHED OUT

From Cameroon, Miss Mbong Claudine had been experiencing pain in her stomach for over a year. It was so severe that she could not sleep or rest. At the hospital, she went through a medical examination which revealed that she had an ovarian cyst.

The doctor told her that she was very young to have a cyst and advised her to seek her parents’ permission for an emergency operation to remove it. She told the doctor that she was a viewer of Emmanuel TV and would not accept that diagnosis. She left the hospital and showed the results to her mother. The mother, who was not a viewer of Emmanuel TV and did not believe, told her not to waste time but to go for the operation. She instead took the situation as an opportunity to demonstrate to her mother the power of the living God. She had the Anointing Water and prayed, asking God to give her a testimony. She sprayed the Anointing Water in her mouth and on her stomach and that night she slept like a baby. In the morning her mother commented on her peaceful sleep. She told her that it was as a result of the Anointing Water and told her she was healed. To prove her healing to her doubtful mother, she returned to the hospital for another test. The test revealed that the young woman, who was told her situation, was too severe and needed urgent operation, was now perfectly free of any ovarian cyst!

US VISA IN TWO MINUTES!

MR GBENGA AWODOKUN AND MOTHER

Mr Gbenga Awodokun had been attending school in the UK but needed to change and move to the US. However, every time he applied for the visa, he was denied. After complaining to his mother, she collected the Anointing Water from The SCOAN and sent him. He prayed for God’s mercy and favour, in Jesus’ name. To his joy, he was soon accepted to the University of Cincinnati, College of Engineering and Applied Science. The officers at the University told him that it would be difficult to get the visa from Nigeria but that he should still try. Remembering what God had already done for him, he prayed over his application with the Anointing Water. When he arrived for his visa interview, he observed that each interview lasted no less than 45 minutes. He continued to pray with the Anointing Water and when his turn came, they spent only two minutes with him and issued his US Visa. He came to The SCOAN holding his passport replete with visa and University of Cincinnati papers. He advised viewers to always believe in the name Jesus Christ and not give up when things appear impossible. To God is the glory!

HOW GOD KEPT ME ALIVE AFTER A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT: FAITH BRACELET TESTIMONY

Mrs Consolata Ngimbwa, a chairperson of the Contractors Registration Board in her country, Tanzania is a regular visitor to The SCOAN. During Prophet T.B. Joshua’s 51^st Birthday this year she was in attendance and was blessed with a Faith Bracelet. Back in Tanzania, she would use it to meditate on the Word of God.

One day, she and some government officials including the Minister of Works were on an official visit when her car encountered a terrible crash. A car had appeared from nowhere and was trying to overtake a couple of cars including hers not knowing that another vehicle was coming from the opposite direction. In the confusion, her car was hit and it somersaulted three times before it landed heavily, upside down. A crowd of shocked onlookers quickly gathered around the car, believing anyone inside the vehicle would be dead. Praise God, Mrs Ngimbwa, who had been counting her faith prior to the accident, was alive and holding her Faith Bracelet! The rescue services quickly came and pulled her out of the wreckage to the hospital. To their surprise, she was not hurt in any way. She was nevertheless rushed to hospital. As the doctors started to remove her Faith Bracelet to put a drip on her wrist, the Minister of Works who was with her and had seen how God had kept her alive through the evangelical item, warned them off, saying, “You can remove everything including her underwear, but don’t tamper with that [the Faith Bracelet]”. She advised people that once they receive their Faith Bracelet, they should not play with it but use it effectively to meditate on God’s Word in every situation.

The service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water to the congregation which also witnessed the presence of the Holy Spirit with diverse manifestations of deliverances and breaking of evil yokes. Stay blessed!

Wrapped in the anointing atmosphere of God’s presence, The SCOAN on Sunday oozed grace as the man of God;Prophet T.B. Joshua, mounted the altar and engaged the congregation on the important topic – forgiveness. The message, inspired by the case of a barren woman from Ghana who received her fruit of the womb after a prophecy by the man of God last year, stirred the congregation into self-reflection. In the prophecy, the woman was told to forgive her husband for his infidelity as the key to her overcoming her childless condition. Upon obeying the instruction in righteousness through the prophecy, she returned to The SCOAN heavily pregnant!

Explaining Jesus Christ’s words during His crucifixion, the man of God stated: “He never said, ‘Father, forgive him or her’ – He said, ‘Father, forgive them’. It shows you and I are included.”

He went on to explain the implications of un-forgiveness, saying, “If you look at the cause of your stagnancy – why am I not moving forward; what is happening to me; if I go up, I come down again, why is this trouble? Look at the issue of forgiveness. Something is holding you. By now, you are supposed to be at the center of your own world but something is hindering your joy. Ask yourself – what is that thing that is hindering my joy? When you are at the point of breakthrough, something takes you back again. When you have breakthrough, you will begin to experience discomfort, trouble here and there so that you will not enjoy that breakthrough. Something is somewhere hindering you, causing you pain. For 99% here, the answer is forgiveness.”

The man of God then proceeded to minister prayer at the Prayer Line to hundreds of visitors who had come from all over the world to worship at the arena of liberty. The sick were declared healed and those possessed with contrary spirits were set free, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!

Earlier, Wise Man Christopher delivered a powerful message titled: The Best Investment whose proof text was from Acts 9:36-42 – the story of a woman who was kind and good to the poor.

He reiterated: “The case of Dorcas reminds us as Christians that when we help or give, we are planting seeds that will be multiplied back to us in a hundred fold. He who helps others like Dorcas, is conscious of the future for he will find help if he ever falls into trials. If we say that we are Christians, all our concerns, aspirations and earnest heart desires must be subject to the Gospel by works of Charity. If you say that you are a Christian, then you are called to be a father to the fatherless, mother to the motherless, a son or daughter to those who are barren, benefactor to the needy, companion to the lonely and helper to the helpless. They are fatherless so that we can be their fathers. They are motherless so that we can be their mothers. They are lonely so that we can be their companions. They are sick so that we can care for them. When we do this sincerely, we make ourselves so valuable in the Kingdom of God that He will not afford to lose us. The secret of blessing is in giving; the secret of receiving is in giving as in Luke 6:38.”

FORGIVENESS MAKES THE FUTURE POSSIBLE

When Judith’s phone rang, little did she know the call was about to spell turmoil in her marital home. A strange female voice on the end of the line informed the Ghanaian banker that she was pregnant for her husband. Shock, horror, confusion and betrayal! Words were not enough to depict how Mrs Marfo felt at that moment. Divorce was her immediate resolve. After looking for the fruit of the womb for many years, the news tore her heart apart. After much counsel and pastoral intervention, Judith eventually decided to remain in her marriage and feigned forgiveness to appease the reconciliatory parties. However, deep down in her heart, she had not released forgiveness to her husband.

After several years of seeking medical solution to her barrenness without solution, Judith decided to visit The SCOAN for prayer. However, as Prophet T.B. Joshua approached her in the service, the secret details of her marital challenges were unveiled through a profound prophetic message. Calling on Judith to release forgiveness to her husband, Prophet T.B. Joshua boldly stated that such action from the heart would result in her fruitfulness. Deciding to obey God and forgive, Judith testified that after the prayer from Prophet T.B. Joshua, it was as if a huge weight was lifted off her shoulders and heaviness was replaced by calmness.

Returning home to meet her husband, a few months later the prophetic promise had become an incredible reality! She was confirmed pregnant! Judith advised the congregation not to be hasty in taking drastic decisions when marital issues arise but rather release forgiveness and leave the battle for God.

MAN SET FREE FROM HIV/AIDS THROUGH THE ANOINTING WATER!

Life suddenly turned black for Mr Kivon Orina Mariera from Kenya as the doctors announced the terrible news to him. The laboratory tests carried out on him had confirmed his fears. He was HIV/AIDS positive. Apart from symptoms such as high fever, general body pains and weakness that plagued his life, he suffered from emotional turmoil. All hope was lost, knowing that naturally, HIV/AIDS has no cure. He was giving up on life when he came across Emmanuel TV and started watching the cable with keen interest. PLETHORA OF SICKNESSES DEALT A MIGHTY BLOW

Mrs Cecilia Murdock was born with asthma and soon, she had diabetes, osteoarthritis of the shoulders and knees coupled with sleep apnea. At the hospital, doctors said her lung was very weak to bring the carbon dioxide out. As a result, she had to take medication after every meal. In fact, life became so miserable that she could not leave her house without bringing her breathing machine. Her life depended on it, without which, she would wake up weak and very sick. With the problem of osteoarthritis of the shoulders and knees, she used to feel excruciating pain and loss of balance. This problem affected her body movement and eventually, cost her job as administrator in the UK. Concerned with her situation and seeing that no medication was proving effective on her, a pastor introduced her to Emmanuel TV.

Deciding to be free as she had seen on television, this woman who had been asthmatic since birth, made her long journey to The SCOAN to receive a divine touch. At The SCOAN Prayer Line, Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for her and commanded her to get up and since then, she has been healed from all the problems. She has stopped taking her medication. A million thanks are not enough for what Jesus Christ has done in her life.

BEDWETTING HUMILIATION SUCUMBS TO JESUS’ POWER

Mr and Mrs Abraham Bankole were living in agony. Their daughter had been bedwetting from birth and so chronic had the problem become that the whole household was concerned about her. However hard she tried, every night she would wet her bed twice. Not only did the problem bring isolation and shame to her life but also hinder her from having an admission to go to the university. Her parents did every possible thing to root out the embarrassing affliction which also prevented her from sleeping over at friends’ places but all efforts yielded nothing. One day, after watching Emmanuel TV and listening to a testimony of someone who was set free from the same affliction, they encouraged her to pray along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. That marked the end to her problem! She was delivered from bedwetting and when the next university intake was announced, her name was on the admission list. Standing before the congregation, no amount of words could sufficiently explain the relief and happiness that now engulfs the Bankole family. It is all because of Jesus!

DOUBLE BLESSING FOR TANZANIAN COUPLE!

When poverty struck Mr and Mrs Simon Tumbuka’s household, it was as if a terrible plague had been unleashed at the Tanzanian family. They could not afford even the most basic things let alone own a house to their name. Their efforts at entrepreneurship suffered a barrage of stagnation from every direction and badly needed solution which was nowhere in sight. Meanwhile, Mr Tumbuka had been chain smoking for 19 years. They told themselves, ‘enough is enough’ and came to The SCOAN where Prophet T.B. Joshua prayed for them and blessed them with the Anointing Water. The transformation was spontaneous. Their sports equipment business took off with power and soon they experienced a boom with some of their merchandise sought from after from neighbouring countries. Completely transformed, they now order their goods from overseas and have built and owned an elegant mansion with a fleet of cars. To crown it all, Mr Tumbuka’s addiction to smoking left him and the urge is long gone. What a God we have to worship, what a Son we have to praise and what a future lies before us!

SAVED FROM TERRIBLE CAR ACCIDENT

Her job involved frequent travelling and, as one who had made Jesus her protector and defender, she regularly ministered the Anointing Water to herself. Miss Presillia Nduta from Kenya also had Anointing Stickers placed on her car with the sole purpose of always being covered with the saving blood of Jesus Christ. One fateful day, she drove for a long distance of over 200km when, suddenly, one of the car tyres burst. She lost control and went on for about 500m. All she managed to do was call on the name, Jesus.

The car hit an electric fence before it finally rested on top of a tree, damaged beyond repair. She felt a shower of splinter glass rain all over her body while another piece flew into her eye. The rescuers had to cut down a few trees in order for the remains of the car to be brought down. When finally she was pulled out of the wreckage she was miraculously unharmed save for the glass in her eye which had to simply be washed out without causing any damage. She came to The SCOAN to testify to this great work of wonder and miracle. Glory be to God!

HEALED OF MULTIPLE ILLNESSES!

Mr Isaac Anang had lumbar spondylosis, arthritis of the hip and a liver problem. He could hardly sleep due to excruciating pain to such an extent that even his friends had given up hope on his survival. At one point, his doctor encouraged him to go for a medication in Cuba. However, when he got to the hospital, he discovered that everything in the medical store room from where he was meant to be treated had been gutted down by fire. This, he told himself, was not ordinary. The more he waited, the more his condition worsened. His friends had even stopped visiting him, believing that there was nothing else they could do for him – all hope was shattered. One of his friends took him to The SCOAN for a heavenly touch that would bring suffering to an end. He was placed on the prayer line and was prayed for by Prophet T.B. Joshua. Instantly, he felt the years of affliction and bondage loose their grip on his fragile body and began to exercise himself anew! Back home in Ghana, he went for a laboratory test and was confirmed free of all the ailments. Indeed, if millions are to believe, they must see proof that Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever.

UTERINE FIBROID, MISCARRIAGES FLUSHED OUT

Mrs Abigail Dube had irregular menstrual cycles and when she did have one; she would bleed profusely and become weak due to loss of blood. During this time, she endured two miscarriages. When her cycle came, she would be depressed knowing how bad she would bleed. When she visited her doctor to determine the cause, a scan revealed to her dismay that she had a uterine fibroid and that it was this problem that had caused her miscarriages. When a friend was coming to The SCOAN, she asked her to bring the Anointing Water for her to use. She ministered it to herself, declaring her healing in Jesus’ name. Immediately, she felt light and her bleeding subsided. When she went back to the hospital, good news was awaiting her. The fibroids had been flushed out. Her appetite which was long gone returned and she could now eat. Praise God!

The Sunday service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water during which many people who got in contact with the medium were set free by the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus Christ!

What a splendid and glorious occasion it was for the multitudes that congregated at The SCOAN on Sunday! From the heavenly songs of glorious adoration that soothed broken souls and prepared the way for the anointing of the Holy Ghost, to the power-packed sermons, the beauty of the Lord was irresistible. It did not matter either whether one was worshipping through Emmanuel TV as millions of viewers do worldwide or using online mediums; the touch of our Lord, Jesus Christ, was unmistakable. As the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua launched a chain-smashing prayer against the kingdom of darkness, people could be seen vomiting blood and other poisonous substances the devil had deposited in them to breed sicknesses, disappointments, failures and other vices in their lives. They were declared free of their afflictions, in the name of the Healer and Deliverer, Jesus Christ.

The man of God also mounted the pulpit and delivered a powerful message that brought edification and comfort as people discovered the missing piece to successful and lasting relationships. Titled: NO PERFECT RELATIONSHIP, he urged all to exercise forgiveness at all times, saying, “There is no perfect relationship. Where I am weak, you are strong”.

Aided by scriptures from Romans 15:1-4 and Galatians 6-1, Prophet T.B. Joshua reproved the spirit of self-righteousness, saying such a relationship cannot last.

He explained: “The word ‘relationship’ means cooperation where people involved benefit or gain. What are we benefiting and what are we gaining? If one is weak in one area, he might be strong in another area. This means, we have our strengths and our weaknesses. We must recognise this in each other. Wife, you must recognise the weakness in your husband and his strength – the area of his strength and weakness. So also, you husband. We must recognise this for our relationship to endure and last.”

He added: “This is the secret of my humility. I know you deserve my respect and I also deserve your respect. If I first see you, I should first say, ‘Good morning’. That is what life is all about. Not, I see you but because I am a man of God, I don’t say, ‘Good morning’ and wait to see whether you will greet me or not. I know you deserve my respect, my honour and I too, deserve your respect and your honour. It is not one-sided. That is what relationship is all about. If you reject one because of his weakness, you also reject his strength. If you know your friend’s weakness, help him instead of rejecting him because a person who is a thorn in your flesh today may be your helper tomorrow.”

 
Earlier, Wise Man Daniel preached a life-transforming message titled, ‘God is Interested in Genuine Believers’. He encouraged everyone to be genuine believers and not the kind to whom Jesus Christ is the Lord only when the times are good – when there is money in your pocket. He declared that by His resurrection, Jesus Christ demonstrated that He is worthy of being the object of our faith and belief.

“It is never too late to start believing and obeying God’s Word. If we realise that our capacity to believe is not enough, we can offer prayers for faith and Jesus Christ will enlarge our spiritual coasts,” he said.

WASTE TURNED TO WEALTH

Life for Mr and Mrs Makgoba from South Africa was a complete contradiction. They were in a waste management business. Contracts were hard to come by and yet, even when they finally got one, they could not execute it. Firstly, they were not given the go ahead to start the contract for two years. Each time they tried to follow up on the contract, they would be told to wait. Secondly, they did not even have the waste management trucks needed to start the contract. Stuck between a wall and a hard place, Mr Makgoba decided to come to The SCOAN and seek the face of God. They prayed and received the Anointing Water and Anointing Stickers. Back home, they ministered the Anointing Water and prayed together as a family and within a short period of time, God blessed them. From one truck, they raised money and soon, they were able to acquire 13 brand new trucks with which they were able to carry out the contract. Their business has boomed and they are now employers of scores of people. A couple that was staying in a small two-bedroom apartment now have their own palatial building tastefully furnished on a large expanse of land apart from another 8.5 hectares of land already purchased for business purposes, after they had prayed and ministered the Anointing Water. It was a miraculous turnaround in their lives. They advised everyone to wait upon the Lord because God’s time is the best.

SAVED FROM BEING CRUSHED TO DEATH

That Mr Duru Ferdinand from Anambra, Nigeria is alive today, is not an ordinary miracle. It is an exceptional rescue by God’s power and one which has to be celebrated with thanksgivings to God; hence, he came to give the glory back to Him through this wonderful testimony, explaining how his life was miraculously saved from a fatal car accident. He was travelling in a public bus one day and following behind them, was a very big truck. The brakes of the truck behind them failed, resulting in the truck crashing into their vehicle and crushing to death everyone travelling with him in the vehicle. Miraculously, only Mr Duru and a young boy sitting next to him were spared. Before he entered the ill-fated vehicle, he had prayed and ministered the Anointing Water on himself! He said that in those few seconds of near-death, all he noted was that his body was covered in diesel fuel. And to his horror, while he was still stuck in the wreck, he saw a flame of fire starting. He remembered his Anointing Water and with faith, he sprayed it on the fire and it was immediately quenched. Astoundingly, he was also able to sneak out of the wrecked vehicle and when the rescue workers arrived on the scene, they were amazed at how he had escaped alive. The young boy who was seated next to him in the vehicle also survived but had to be cut out of the wreck by the rescue services. Mr Ferdinand gave glory to God for giving him another chance at life. Thank You, Jesus!

CURSE OF HIV/AIDS BROKEN

Mr Matome Jonathan Mohale from South Africa sat patiently yet anxiously in the doctor’s office, waiting for the results of his blood test to be read out to him and when the doctor did, he had a shock of his life. He had tested positive to HIV/AIDS 1 and 2.He was devastated, knowing that there was no medical cure to the disease. Given chance, he would have preferred to die than to continue living with the virus and watch himself edge to the grave. He desperately wanted to reverse the time back and avoid all the wrongs that had landed him in the predicament but it is never possible. The symptoms that had forced him to undergo the tests such as headaches, running stomach, dizziness and weaknesses, became worse and he was rushed to hospital. Unable to eat, he found himself on the sickbed, dependent on drips day and night.

A few months after his diagnosis, a friend encouraged him to visit The SCOAN. He was not too sure of this, questioning whether it was really possible for one to be cured of such a deadly ailment. He decided to give it a shot and, by faith, he arrived at The SCOAN. That was two years ago in 2012. Placed at the prayer line, Wise Man Harry prayed for him in Jesus’ name and he instantly felt relief. He later received counselling that restored his battered state of mind and was advised to stop blaming himself and instead receive total forgiveness from Jesus. On his return to South Africa, he was determined to live a new life in Christ and abstain from sexual sin; he began to change his pattern of living. He started to develop his relationship with God by reading his Bible every day. A few months later, he went for a blood test and to his profound joy, he was confirmed HIV/AIDS negative. He went to another government approved laboratory where they conducted advanced tests and he was also tested to be negative for HIV/ AIDS.

The doctors were surprised how this could be possible. They even asked him if he had visited spiritualists. He told them of his encounter with the Master Healer and Creator of all, Jesus Christ. He admitted his unfaithfulness to his wife and advised all men to remain faithful to their wives and not look for love elsewhere.

A final encouragement was for all not to despair or feel despondent but to put their hope in God who is able to reverse every disease and sickness, no matter how fatal.

I DERIVED JOY TO SEE MEN IN PAIN

Miss Christy Hangula from Namibia was living her life and growing up just like any innocent girl until she was seven years old when the devil hit. From nowhere, she just found herself masturbating. As she grew up, she could masturbate three times in an hour. This spirit of lust destroyed her affection for men. Each time she masturbated by crossing her legs a certain way, it would physically feel as if she was with a man.

Aspiring to be a model in her teenage years, she opened Facebook accounts on the internet where she marketed herself to potential clients and accepted an offer from a man claiming to be an Indian who said that he could give her an opportunity to be an international model. The man asked her to pose for him via webcam on Skype and do different poses for him in revealing clothes. As she stripped for him, she felt as if something had entered her and she started to receive evil powers and knowledge on how to seduce men. She started seducing men physically and by placing seductive pictures of hers on her Facebook account. She was on a mission to seduce and destroy men. She especially targeted those not interested in her. After seducing them, she would walk out of the relationships just to break their hearts. The evil powers in her eyes were a point of contact for the evil spirit and she could read the minds of her victims before even talking to them.

Thank God, she came to The SCOAN last week and received her deliverance from the evil spirit that tormented her. During her deliverance at the SCOAN prayer line, the evil spirit that was in her cried out and identified itself as an agent of lucifer. It also confessed to having been responsible for the wrong things she had done and that it was on a mission to destroy youth. Testifying to the congregation, she warned young women against falling into the trap of accepting offers from strangers on Facebook and other social media sites offering to pay for everything, including travel tickets and accommodation. She warned women that such people were trapping young ladies into posing for pornographic pictures. After her deliverance, she says she now feels free from the spirit of lust and no longer hates men. Having received the Faith Bracelet from the man of God, she is rapidly building her relationship with God each time she prays with it; Jesus Christ is now her best friend.

FIBROIDS FLUSHED OUT AFTER A FAITH BRACELET TOUCH

Mrs Ene Adeka, a civil servant from Benue, Nigeria was privileged to receive the Faith Bracelet when she visited The SCOAN during the period of Prophet T.B. Joshua’s 51^st birthday in June. When the man of God gave her the Faith Bracelet, he spoke prophetically that the anointing would break every yoke in her life, including any fibroids. She claimed the prophecy by faith and began praying with the Faith Bracelet, believing that the blood of Jesus Christ would flush out every sickness from her system. She noticed that each time her arm with the Faith Bracelet touched her body, she would start shaking. Moments later, she desperately needed to go to the bathroom. On reaching there, what came out was a large mass of blood. It was shortly followed by two more large clots of blood. Instantly feeling relief from the pain and discomfort, she praised God and immediately photographed the flushed out fibroid for evidence in her testimony. Convinced beyond all doubts that she was healed, she returned to the hospital. A test was conducted and confirmed that she was truly free from all fibroids.

She encouraged all that self-deliverance is possible. Her son Ode Joshua Adeka who accompanied her for the testimony also received his deliverance on praying with the Faith Bracelet. He was delivered from stubbornness, nightmares and an evil spirit inhabiting his life. His mother testified that even before the Faith Bracelet touched him, he had begun to manifest. He is now a new person entirely. Her advice was simple: All you need to do is believe and meditate on Jesus Christ and His sufficiency while using the Faith Bracelet.

CONFESSION OF SCOAN VISIT IMPOSTERS

A couple from Zambia living in Swaziland made a shocking confession on Sunday. Faced with financial challenges, they tried to extort money from people desperate to visit The SCOAN. They placed an advert in the local newspaper advertising that they could facilitate visits to The SCOAN at a registration fee of $100 USD per person. When people started calling them asking whether they were official SCOAN group leaders, they would say they were, whereas The SCOAN was not aware of their activities. The SCOAN does not charge people for visiting the church. However, their ill-conceived idea to dupe people backfired. After placing the advert in the newspaper, their problems became worse and they had to start selling their property to make ends meet. They were even duped by a con man for the first time in their life after placing the fraudulent advert. One day, a man called and warned them to stop their dubious activities and they had to switch off their mobile phones. They confessed their wrong doing and asked God and the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua to forgive them. They advised people that they should be careful not to fall into the hands of fraudsters masquerading as official group leaders of The SCOAN. He said, “Those indulging in such fraudulent activities should refrain immediately because you cannot hide from the Holy Spirit.”

The service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water by the evangelists during which many were liberated from demonic forces.

Satan had nowhere to run on Sunday as the Holy Spirit swept through the congregation, setting free those that were in bondage in a powerful move that affirmed The SCOAN as the arena of liberty. All souls that came weighed down by worries and demonic oppression went back cleansed, renewed and energized to reposition their stand in Christ Jesus. As the anointed servant of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua delivered a prayer of deliverance in the power of the Holy Ghost; even the most obstinate demons could not withstand the fire from above but to surrender their occupancy for the light to take over. The man of God taught a prophetic message on the need for maintaining a Christian character, saying nothing can maintain our position except character. Whatever we will become, he said, is not a big deal but maintaining whatever one becomes.
He taught, “In this case, we have a role to play. It is not all up to God, certainly, it is not all up to you. Whatever you are waiting for; the miracle, the healing – you deserve it because God wants excellence for you.

But if those things are bigger, too heavy for your character to carry, then, it is better not to be famous, wealthy and popular without character. The man of God then ministered to visitors at the prayer line where God manifested Himself through healings and deliverances. Many people were set free of various sicknesses and evil possession, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Earlier, Wise Man Harry preached a message of restoration titled: MODIFY YOUR MIND whose proof text was from 1 Corinthians 2:12-16.

EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT AFTER 11 YEARS OF BARRENNESS!
When Mrs Justina Chilambwe from Zambia got married to her husband 12 years ago, she eagerly looked forward to a fruitful marriage. Unfortunately, it was not to be. She could not bear a child and no one could offer solution. It became a big concern as days turned into months and years but with no fruit of the womb. People started to gossip and abuse her over her predicament and soon the situation became a crisis. It was no longer a marriage of joy for them. It was one filled with tears. Mrs Chilambwe began to visit hospitals where they conducted tests but could find no problem with her. Actually, they told her she was fertile. Everyone was confused. Out of desperation, she started visiting herbalists where she was made to drink various concoctions but still nothing worked out.
She was so depressed that she started to toy with the idea of committing suicide. One day, she was told of Emmanuel TV which she encouraged her husband to install in the house. As she watched the testimonies of people who were once in her own predicament but now holding babies in their hands after prayer, she got excited and began to believe that her solution lied with God somewhere in Lagos, Nigeria. When she eventually received the Anointing Water and the Anointing Sticker through a pastor who frequently visited The SCOAN, she became the happiest person. Mr Mbaliso Mbambe from South Africa was under heavy bondage that threatened to break his once happy home. He was addicted to alcohol and the smoking of cigarettes and hard stuffs such as cocaine, for ten years. This made him to sleep out of his matrimonial home and womanize. This gave him the spirit of anger and he became so violent that he often fought his wife. He knew this was a big problem and he certainly loved his wife. To add salt to the already festering wound, his business was failing and the little money it gave him, he spent on drug abuse. They visited churches and fasted but all in vain. The more they prayed, the nastier the urge became. Right from fasting, he would go to beer parlours, mixing up with bad friends all over again. Together, they would chain-smoke and abuse drugs. At one point, he was arrested because of the same problem during which he stayed under police custody for seven days. It was not until a friend helped him install Emmanuel TV in their house where they watched powerful testimonies of people who had been set free from similar enslavement that he saw the light.
The moment he received his own Anointing Water through a friend who had been to The SCOAN, he knew his problems were over. He prayed and ministered it on himself, in Jesus’ name. Immediately, he felt a stomach upset and he vomited poisonous substances. Since then, the idea of taking alcohol and smoking repulsed him. He read the Word of God frequently and always prayed to God to help him maintain the newly found peace. Not long after, his finances picked up and his business which had been suffering stagnation was also set free and he started receiving contracts. Mrs Faith Dimkpa and her family came with an extraordinary testimony. She had the problem of an overdue pregnancy and was experiencing evil attacks. When she was close to her delivery, the doctor said the baby was in breech presentation and they gave her only five days before she would have to be operated because her placenta was ruptured. She decided to rush to The SCOAN and was placed on the prayer line where the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, prayed for her. Immediately, labour started and she went back to the same hospital. To the glory of God, she delivered her baby safely without operation. The doctors described it as a miracle. It was a medical impossibility but a possibility by God. LECTURER’S SHOCK PROMOTIONS AFTER 26 YEARS OF STAGNATION!

It was all doom and gloom for Engineer Chris Onuegbu. For 29 years, working for one of the tertiary institutions in Nigeria, he only experienced promotion once in 26 years. It was one of the most frustrating setbacks. His last promotion was in 1994. He felt downcast and depressed as he watched others, less experienced and younger than him, cruise above him in ranks. It weighed heavily on him and always wondered why only him. It was not until 2011 when he discovered Emmanuel TV that his life changed. He started praying along with Prophet T.B. Joshua and the same year, he had the first breakthrough. He was able to complete his Masters degree that same year. This is a degree he had pursued for years but failed to accomplish. In 2012, the long awaited promotion came and he was made a senior lecturer. That is not all. He was the same year appointed Head of his department and later dean of faculty. As if this was not sufficient, he was appointed as director of one of the Institution’s campuses. He was also chosen to represent his institution at an international conference in India!
Meanwhile, his son, Akachukwu had been suffering from sickle cell anemia from birth. He had no medical chance to come over it until he brought him to The SCOAN after several frustrating medical applications. The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, prayed for him and he received his healing. Now his genotype has changed from SS to AA. That aside, the boy whose academic performances had once dropped to the lowest ebbs, is now one of the leading academic lights in his class. Their faces, radiant with joy and happiness; father and son came to share the awesome breakthroughs they have received in Christ Jesus.

NO LONGER CONDEMNED!

Before Mrs Ebak came to The SCOAN sometime this year; she was the saddest and most depressed woman in the world. Her husband, a mobile police officer, was in police custody charged with murder. He was accused of killing a senior police officer. If the husband was found guilty, he would spend the rest of his life behind the cold walls of a police cell, away from his wife and two children. What happened was that her husband had gone to the northern state of Nigeria when the alleged police officer was said to have been shot. However, there was no evidence that Mr Ebak was the one responsible. He was being wrongly held.
Behold, when she came to The SCOAN, she received her breakthrough through a prophecy from Prophet T.B. Joshua who mentioned the issue, saying, “Where is your husband? You are lonely and your house is scattered.”
Later in the Prophet’s office, she received the Anointing Water and another word of prophecy that as soon as the Anointing Water reached her husband, he would be released. She handed the Anointing Water, together with a letter explaining the words of prophecy she had received, to a brother who was to take them to her husband at the state where he was imprisoned. While the brother was still contemplating how he would get to the state considering the danger the route imposed, he saw the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua in his dream. The man of God gave him his Bible and said, “Hold my Bible, I will be ahead of you”. By the time he woke up, he was confident to embark on the journey. He readily took the Anointing Water and letter to Mr Ebak in prison. Miraculously, the following day after Mr Ebak had ministered the Anointing Water, his file that had been missing was found. His case was then taken to court where he was charged for an offence that warranted life imprisonment. The next time his case came up in the court, he prayed and ministered the Anointing Water again and all those who had falsely testified against him became speechless. He was soon discharged and acquitted for lack of evidence. Not only that, he was reinstated back to his job.

CHAIN OF CAPTIVITY BROKEN

Having no job to provide for his needs, Mr James Gba started to browse the internet in search of one but what he got at the end was not what he bargained for. During the period of browsing the internet for a job, he received an email with a link. Upon viewing the site, he discovered it was a pornographic link and he became addicted to pornography. That was the beginning of more misfortune for Mr Gba. He began to experience nightmares and his body became weak. Everything went down. He wanted to quit the bad habit but he could not master it. While in this predicament, a friend introduced him to The SCOAN. Later, he obtained the Anointing Water which he ministered in Jesus’ name. Immediately, his addiction to pornography was broken. Two days later, he received a call from an organization he had once applied to. He was offered a job. Shortly after this, he got another job offer from a bigger organization. Now a well-employed man, he has been able to procure a piece of land, pay his children’s school fees and live a happy life free of pornography. He advised people to be careful what they do on internet so they don’t fall into a trap as he did!

JUST A TAP! CHRONIC NECK PAIN GONE

South African national, Mrs Motlalepule Zulu woke up one morning with a pricking sensation in her shoulder and arm. It felt as if someone was pricking needles into her flesh. It felt terrible and she went to see the doctor but they could not diagnose any cause. The pain radiated to her neck and she was given a neck collar. If she dared to sleep without wearing it, she would wake up with a very severe headache. Her body was always heavy and sore. Picking Genesis 22:8 as proof text, the man of God said Christians should emulate Abraham who, when asked by his son where the lamb for the burnt offering was, said, “God himself will provide.”
He explained, “When you are facing challenges, you say, God Himself will save me. When you lack finances, you say God Himself will provide. Abraham’s faith was not on Isaac but on God. If our faith is on the Giver (God), even when what is given is taken away, we will still have hope. When what is given is taken away, that is the more reason we should believe in God, have faith in God the more. Abraham was asked to sacrifice the only son. Assume he had faith on his only son, he would not have courage to obey God’s instruction. Satan wants you to curse God. Satan wants you to live outside the truth where your light is coming from, while you are in pain, while under temptation or affliction.”
Speaking on the vanity of placing faith on one’s possessions, he said: “If your faith or belief is on your possessions, you will continue to be a friend of satan, you will continue to be tempted. If satan knows you like your possessions more than the Giver of the gift, you will not have a moment’s rest.”

SPINAL AND CERVICAL TORTURE COMES TO AN ABRUPT END!
Mr. Ben Makhuvele Soyaphi was an embodiment of sicknesses. He suffered a stiff neck due to severe nerve compression. As a result of this, he experienced numbness and could not do anything on his own. He had to wear a permanent neck collar and lumbar corset. He also had the problem of severe lumber spondylosis which affected the lower part of his body and as a result, he could not walk on his own. Doctors told him his situation could not be treated medically unless he was ready to undergo an operation with a 50-50 chance of survival. At this point, all the doctors could do was to prescribe him a strong pain killer which became his survival kit. Without it, he would suffer a severe and paralyzing pain.

Left with no option, it came with huge relief when he eventually made it to The SCOAN last Saturday in search of the Great Physician, Jesus Christ. Hunched in his chair at the prayer line, wrapped in a corset and his head nestled in a neck collar, he cut a pathetic figure of one in huge pain. When the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua approached and stretched his hand to him and touched his affected areas, the overwhelming healing power of Jesus Christ was unmistakable. Mr Ben twitched, writhed, moaned and groaned as health seeped back into his limbs and organs.

MR SEKHODIANE ESROM [ORANGE FARMER] 

Mr Sekhodiane Matome Esrom is a farmer from South Africa. He had been into the trade for seven years but there was little progress despite owning huge acres of citrus farms which generates high demand at the international market. His produce could not meet the required certification for exportation. Because of this, he was selling to local markets and juice factories. It was not until he started praying with the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, on Emmanuel TV that life changed. One day, a man came and asked to buy the land, apparently swayed by its potential. When he refused to sell, the man offered to help him. He brought in machinery and agricultural experts who sprayed chemicals on the piece of land. Thank God, when experts later visited and carried out inspections on his produce, they approved his citrus produce for export and he is now an international exporter. Overjoyed, he explained that all this was because of God’s intervention in his life. As a way of giving back, he is involved in charity works. He takes care of children on the farm by providing them with food and school material so they can do well at school and have a bright future. Praise God!

A teacher by profession, Mrs Mashabathakga Mapula from South Africa was severely handicapped in her career and personal life due to a crippling and debilitating Ankylosing Spondylitis of the spine and disc hernia. BURSARY GRANTED TO PHD STUDENT THROUGH ANOINTING WATER

Miss Ramokoena Camilla Matsek from Lesotho came to The SCOAN at a point when she was considering writing her PhD in Higher Education Studies with the University of Free State. Having received the Anointing Water, she filled in a bursary form which was being circulated online. In faith, she ministered the Anointing Water on the computer, punched the ‘send’ key and claimed her bursary, in Jesus’ name. After a month, she received a confirmation letter from the university, indicating that she had been offered the scholarship!

In another testimony, her daughter was having abdominal pain. This was after she had previously undergone an operation due to the same problem in the past. Faced with a similar situation and considering her tender age, she refused to endorse her second operation. Lucky enough, they had a few drops of the Anointing Water which she ministered on her and declared her healed. As soon as the Anointing Water was ministered, she started to behave like someone in labour and she discharged a massive of blood clot – a giant fibroid. For 12 years, Mrs Jennifer Afua from Ghana had been facing a court case concerning a piece of land and decided to come to The SCOAN to seek God’s opinion on the matter. Graciously, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied into her life that God would solve the case. Indeed, the prophecy came to pass with thundering force as just a week later, she returned to The SCOAN to confirm that the court case had been settled amicably outside of the court in just a day!
She also testified of God’s protection in her hospitality business. She owns a hotel and had suddenly experienced two terrible accidents due to ground floor industrial iron fires caused by negligence. However, the fire did not affect the building at all as she had ministered the Anointing Water all over her property,

The overcoming presence of God’s glory and the power of the Holy Ghost were unmistakably prevalent on Sunday as, in His infinite mercy, He filled The SCOAN with the anointing that brought healing and deliverance to the sick and afflicted, shattering chains and setting the captives free. The instant the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, spoke the word of authority and commanded satan’s grip to loose, Heavens’ response was spontaneous as people caught the fire, fell under the anointing and vomited poisonous substances to signify the expulsion of darkness for light. Those who worshipped through Emmanuel TV and other various mediums, were as equally convicted by the living and piercing Word of God as those that were physically present at the Arena of Liberty as satan lost his hold on their lives and bowed out.

Mounting the pulpit, the man of God meticulously dwelled on the important issue of faith, outlining deep things that are a hindrance to prayer. Flipping to the book of Hebrews 4:3, he pinpointed freedom of the spirit as one such barrier, noting that when one’s spirit is free it becomes sensitive to the Spirit of God unlike when it is in a state of dullness, worry and anxiety.

He explained, “Even when you are in the presence of God, you are worried. It is due to the activity of the devil’s nature. Keep your heart from cares, worry, anxiety or concern because Christianity lies in the heart. When you pray over some matter and yet afterwards, you find yourself still worrying over it, still full of anxious concern, just as if you have never prayed at all, it is because your spirit is not free. When your spirit is not free, it can never be sensitive to the Spirit of God. It can never feel the Spirit of God. It can never be attracted to the Spirit of God.”

Delivering an insight to powerful and effective prayer, Prophet T.B. Joshua said prayer for any matter should be followed by an attitude of absolute trust in God that He is now working out the answer. 

“You believe God will do it for you and He has been doing it for you. Why are you troubled, anxious and worried, then? Is it because you are afraid that He will not do it well? Christian faith demands that we truly rest in which the heart is free from worry, anxiety, depression, pressure and burdens, free from labour – that is Christian faith. For your heart to be free from worry, for your body to be free from labour, you must have faith in the finished work of our Lord, Jesus Christ, not faith in yourself. Faith is a gift from God”, he said before proceeding to minister prophecy to individuals and the world.

A LETTER TO JESUS STOPS BEDWETTING

Anthony Ochieng from Kenya and his mother, Mary Ochieng, came to share an astounding testimony of deliverance from bedwetting since birth.

The mother narrated the horrible situation the family had found themselves in as a result of her son’s affliction. They thought that it would be a temporary problem that would fade with age but instead of the bedwetting to reduce, it became worse. “He gave up on life at an early age”, she explained, adding that he would wet himself anywhere he was, including at school or in the car. He would force himself to stay awake at night and wait in an attempt to avoid waking up soaked but each night ended in disappointment.

Because of the bullying he was receiving at school, his parents moved him to another school with fewer students but that didn’t help either. The teasing continued and, as a result, Anthony became bitter, violent and rude, fighting every day. Mrs Ochieng would always be called to come and get her son as the teachers could not handle him. He was sent out from school and Mary found another one for him. In the third school, he got so bad that he started fighting the teachers. It was a sad day indeed when the headteacher called her to the office declaring that she should withdraw Anthony from the school and that they didn’t want her money. They also refused to issue a letter to enable them to apply for another school for Anthony.

One day, Anthony called his brother and told him that if his bedwetting did not stop, he was going to jump off the roof and end his life. His father and mother decided to give themselves to prayer. A short time later, a friend called her from the USA and asked if she knew T.B. Joshua. She had not but began to search on the internet and watch videos of the ministry of Prophet T.B. Joshua. She later installed Emmanuel TV in the house. One day, she was watching and a lady was giving testimony concerning deliverance from bedwetting. She instantly called Anthony to come and watch and told him by faith, “Ours must be over today!” Anthony on his own responded by getting a pen and paper and writing a letter: “Dear Jesus, God of T.B. Joshua, please help me to stop bedwetting and be a good boy”. He then placed the letter on the screen of Emmanuel TV and held it there until the man of God had finished praying. A few minutes later, he felt tired and went to bed. The next morning, to his mother’s shock and surprise, he came out and told her that the bed was not wet.

A curse of 15 years had been broken in a moment. Within a few months, Anthony returned to school and is now doing well. The affliction of bedwetting is only a memory and the rage and bitterness have completely disappeared.

Immaculately dressed, Anthony advised all viewers that they can receive their freedom just by watching Emmanuel TV and having faith in the name of Jesus.

GOD RESTORED MY GUTTED LIFE!

Successfully running a thriving spare parts business in Cameroon, Chief Kenneth Chukwuma was an undisputable guru in his trade for over 26 years when one day the devil hit.  A raging fire burnt down the shop and consumed everything he had laboured for, reducing to ashes property worth a whopping 350million naira. Shocked and himself equally gutted, he toyed with the idea of committing suicide as life no longer mattered to him.

Not long after, people who owed him money, started to pay back and he soon relaunched his business. To God be the glory, he now boasts of more than what the fire had destroyed. He also managed to build a magnificent residence in Cameroon where he has also now been appointed President of Nigerians living in Northern Cameroon. He can once again call himself a successful man.

He advised: “Trust God because he is the ultimate.”

INNOCENT

Mr Innocent who lives and studied in Ukraine, came to share what God has done in his life. He came to The SCOAN in 2002 due to the career setback he had been facing. He had previously won an award for his educational ability but despite this, he could not move forward in his education. He went to three different educational institutions but did not gain admission to the courses he chose. He became confused and didn’t know what to do. After his visit to The SCOAN, he had a dream in which he saw Prophet T.B. Joshua talking to him and discussing many things. When he woke up, he remembered ‘Engineering’. So he started to look for a course in Engineering. He found a course in Ukraine and applied for the national university.  He was accepted and God made a way for him to travel and start the course in Ukraine. As he started, his grades would range from a couple of A’s and B’s then all else would be C’s; for him to pass that would not do. He started watching Emmanuel TV through the internet and praying along with Prophet T.B. Joshua. His grades began to improve and throughout his third year he got straight A’s. He was awarded with a certificate for best student of the year and got a GPA of 5 out of 5. Needless to say, he achieved a first class certificate in telecommunications engineering. An educational turnaround indeed!

HOW THE SPIRIT OF LUST RAVAGED MY LIFE

Miss Kehinde Afolabi traced her pitiable life story to when she was only two years old. She had been sexually abused and unbeknown to her, an evil spirit of lust that would torment her for many years, had entered her. At age 15, she discovered she had a chronic lust for men and every man she wanted, she got. In a day, she would sleep with up to seven men purely for satisfaction. She had no control over herself, sleeping in guest houses with all sorts of men older than her. Later, she decided to travel to South Africa, hoping to eke out a new life. It only got worse. Sad to say, every man she slept with would eventually abuse and kick her out of his house. Inevitably she was introduced to prostitution which entailed the same lifestyle she had been living but included cash this time. The word love never existed in her life and she went to do abortions a number of times.

Last month, she encountered a man on the internet whom she befriended and agreed to marry. Lured to the idea of finally settling down, she returned to Nigeria where a nightmare was sadly waiting for her. The man was not who he said he was but a fraudster who simply abused her, snatched all the money she had raised while prostituting in South Africa and kicked her out. Stranded, she went back to prostitution.

Last week, she resolved to go back to her old life in South Africa when at the airport, she met a multitude of people from South Africa coming to The SCOAN. She was astounded because she had always regarded the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, in negative light. As God would have it, the moment she landed in South Africa, she was deported. Her next destination, as it were, was to be the same place she had stayed away from due to false rumours. In search of divine help and left with no options, she swallowed her pride and came to The SCOAN. During the ministration of the New Anointing Water, the evil spirit inside of her was exposed and forced to confess all the atrocities it had caused her. Delivered and declared free in the name of Jesus Christ, she came to express how her life had finally changed and how she no longer lusts for men. All she wanted now, she said, was to take care of her six year-old twins she, by the grace of God, had not been able to abort. She advised parents to properly take care of their children and make sure they are indeed in school. “Many children are prostituting and not in school as they make you believe,” she warned.

WEDDING RING RETURNED, MARITAL BLISS RESTORED

Strange addictions and experiences tormented the life of Kenyan national, Joseph Muthee Mukindia. All seemed well and sweet before marriage but after the ceremony, each time he looked at his wife, he was disgusted. He no longer saw her as beautiful and gave every excuse in the world not to meet with her. He heard a voice telling him to remove his wedding ring and as soon as he did, this signaled the death of all affection between them.

Soon, they were sleeping in separate rooms and Mr Mukindia kept praying that one day his wife would be tired and leave the matrimonial home. Whenever friends or colleagues asked if he was married, he would be angry. In social gatherings, he would move with single people. Something within him felt that it was right for him to be a single man. All the while, his wife was silently praying and fasting, believing that their situation could turn around. In six years of marriage, they had not met as husband and wife. Nobody knew this. Those who knew them were just asking where the fruit of the marriage was.

While discussing the issue, he prompted his wife that it would be better for both if she would just leave. But she insisted, saying that even if he could not perform, that should not be a reason for her to abandon him. He became frustrated with her stubbornness to stay! While all this was going on, the same evil spirit that wanted separation was evoking a strange addiction within Mr Mukindia. He developed a craving to eat his fingers. After eating his dirty nails, he would proceed to sink his teeth into each of his fingers, one by one. Once he had brought blood from a finger and felt satisfied by the taste, he would move to the next finger and bring out blood from it. This became a daily habit. As if that was not enough, he kept on getting sick with various bacterial stomach infections plaguing him every moment. He became lean and weak.

Apart from that, his wife had become tired. She sent him a text, telling him that she had prayed and fasted but was now ready to give up, declaring her intention to leave the marriage. A friend then encouraged him to watch Emmanuel TV and helped him install it in his home. As he began to watch, the heaviness within him was lifted and his hope became alive. He prayed with the man of God while touching the screen and that horrible addiction was gone in a moment. Incredibly grateful to God, he decided to visit The SCOAN in December 2013, believing for further deliverance and breakthrough. Just as he had believed, while at The SCOAN, he received what he had prayed for. Prophet T.B. Joshua while at the Prayer Line gave him a word of prophecy, telling him that there was crisis in his home and that his wife had threatened to leave him. He confirmed the prophecy and received his deliverance instantly. As he returned home, he called his wife who excitedly responded that she had watched the prophecy, over 5000km away in Kenya. The love returned between them and the affection was completely restored. The voice of confusion was gone and in its place a voice of peace came and told him to look for his wedding ring and put it back on. He did this and within a very short time, his wife informed him that she was pregnant. Not only that, he started having awesome breakthrough in his business after the prophecy and deliverance.

His advice was to all married couples: “You are because I am and I am because you are. Where you are weak, I am strong and where I am weak, you are strong. Divorce is not the solution. Deliverance is the answer!”

SHAMEFUL SACRIFICE EXPOSED

Last week, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied that there was someone in the congregation whom a friend had deceived to do a money ritual. A young man, John Otoera confirmed the prophecy. He confessed that a friend had told him that he knew someone very powerful who could help them to get rich. Intrigued, he decided to follow his friend to meet the powerful man. When they got there, the man asked him if ‘he was ready’ to which John replied, “Yes”, not knowing what this really meant. He was told he needed to pay something. They returned later to the place and the man became more specific, telling him that he needed to give his mum. He had prepared a cloth which John was supposed to place on his mum’s bed and call her name three times after she had slept on the bed and that would be the end of her. John left without the cloth, his conscience disturbing him as he could not imagine sacrificing his dear mother.

Life after that became a living nightmare. He started having horrible dreams of threats and attacks. His friend kept calling him asking what was wrong with him and he could not concentrate on anything. After the Spirit of God located him at The SCOAN and he confessed, John felt peace and calmness. Now, he can sleep peacefully and his friend no longer calls him. He thanked God for His mercy and favour upon his life. Prince Daniel Aiewekhoe, John’s employer was equally in the church when the prophecy was given. He joined John to thank God, testifying that John is evidently a changed man since the prophecy and deliverance.

URGE FOR ANIMALS STUBBED OUT

Bestiality can be as pervasive as it is beastly and Mr Bitrus learned it the hard way. It all started way back when he was a very young boy. When everyone in his household had gone to the market on a market day, he would be the one to stay and take care of the home. One such day, home alone, he saw a duck fowl and an evil thought crossed his mind to make love with it. Since that time, nothing attracted him more than animals. The urge was so severe that it ruined his life; it gave him the spirit of lust and was jumping from one woman to another. So chronic was the urge that a point came when he considered marriage as a solution. It was never to be and he ended up leaving one marriage after another until he married his current third wife. After some time, he told her to leave and proposed to marry a fourth wife.

He eventually decided to come to the Arena of Liberty. By God’s infinite mercy, the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua prophesied about a man in the congregation who satisfied himself by sleeping with animals. Shocked that his long-kept secret had been exposed, he walked to the altar to confirm the prophecy. The man of God further prophesied that Mr Bitrus also had a son suffering from the same affliction. The prophecy was welcomed by cries of desperation from his wife who confirmed everything the man of God had said to be true. Both he and his wife received their deliverance. His son was also called from the village where he had been living and received his freedom from the appalling evil spirit.

The service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water for all who were present both inside the church and outside in the overflow canopies during which many more souls were saved!

“The pain of one is the pain of all. It is indeed a sad and painful moment for the families and friends who have lost loved ones. It is equally so for us in The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (The SCOAN), under the leadership of Prophet T.B. Joshua.

“On Friday, September 12, 2014, at about 12:44pm, one of the buildings on The SCOAN property unexpectedly collapsed, tragically resulting in death and injury. Nigerians and citizens of other nations were affected. This incident was preceded by the appearance of a strange aircraft which flew very low over the building four times and then disappeared.

“Since the day of this incident, The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations, its members and partners, have worked in collaboration with the Nigerian, South African and other nations’ authorities to ensure that survivors are rescued, attended to with the best medical treatment, cared for in the most humane and hospitable manner and reunited with their families, while those who passed on – martyrs of the Kingdom of God – are retrieved, identified and treated respectfully.
Amongst those we are working hand-in-hand with, are: The Federal Government of Nigeria, the Government of the Republic of South Africa, Lagos State Government, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), the Lagos State Ministry of Health – doctors and nurses, the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON), the Red Cross, the Nigeria Police Force and various Non-governmental and humanitarian organisations and construction and engineering corporations.

“It is very sad that inaccurate reports are coming from some quarters that we are not cooperating with the rescue teams and other agencies in collating information and providing assistance on the incident. Contrary to this, we want to categorically state that the church has provided assistance when and where required and continues to do so – good Christians are good citizens.

“We emphasise our commitment to cooperate with all relevant authorities in establishing the cause of the collapse of the building.
The church views this tragedy as part of an attack on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations and in particular, Prophet T.B. Joshua. In due course, God will reveal the perpetrators of this unfortunate tragedy.

“We wish to express our gratitude to all who continue to work tirelessly, show their solidarity and share their condolences in this grievous time, particularly all Government and non-Governmental bodies mentioned above, Diplomatic Missions, National and International media houses, society groups, traditional rulers, all concerned citizens and the residents of our local community, Ikotun-Egbe. DO NOT MIND THE DEVIL!

Last Sunday service nothing could obstruct God’s anointing that filled The SCOAN and brought healing and deliverance to the sick and the afflicted. From the soulful songs of worship to the day’s message of hope, God’s outpouring of grace was prevalent for all who put a demand on the anointing.

 The man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, addressed the congregation on emerging issues before he moved on to the prayer line where he ministered to visitors who had come from all over the world in search of a touch from Jesus Christ through the man of God. Scores of people received deliverance and healing and were declared free, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Earlier, Wise Man Daniel preached a powerful message titled, ‘Do Not Mind The Devil’, saying, “As a child of God, whatever your situation is, there is a hidden agenda, plan, entity or principality satan is using to undo you or harm you. Fight the devil ‘til the last minute. Don’t give up! Take the strength you need from Christ Jesus. There is not enough physical strength to defeat satan. There is not enough mental strength to defeat satan; satan can only be defeated in the spirit by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ. Never doubt God’s desire or ability to help you. Be patient! Let God answer your question on His schedule, not yours. God’s time is the best. At God’s time everything is beautiful.”

He urged Christians not to be troubled by satan or frustrated by his tactics. Instead, he said, it was their duty and right to challenge him boldly in Jesus’ name because they have the power of the name Jesus Christ at their command.

Selecting his proof text from Ephesians 6:11-13, he said Christians must walk in the spirit in Christ Jesus always, if they are to claim victory over the devil.

“Remember, the right to pray and receive an answer is given to every believer. Therefore, a real Christian is someone who possesses what it takes to overcome and cast out satan – not only out of his own life but also out of the lives of others,” he said, adding, “It is clear that we are not combating flesh and blood but the principalities and powers of darkness in the Heavenly places. That is, we are fighting against demons of all ranks, of all kinds and of all authorities. Remember, satan is our common enemy; He is the one attacking mankind everywhere. To combat satan and emerge victorious is not a matter of combining your own strength with that of Jesus Christ. Rather, it is a matter of total and complete removal of your own strength in order to put on the strength of Christ Jesus.”

Shedding more light on the characteristics required to emerge victorious over satan, he said Christians must begin to believe in God, stand upon His Word and build themselves up spiritually “because our enemy is a person but a person without body.”

He explained: “You cannot build one up spiritually on philosophies or on theories about the Word, or on the history about the Word. We are made spiritual by living in the Word and the Word living in us. This means that, it is not only committing the Word to memory which is valuable, but also letting the Word become an integral part of our being by meditation. Remember, meditation in God’s Word is a visit with Him.”

“Satan knows that he cannot stop those who have spiritual insight into Christ’s life. God gives everyone plenty evidence to believe in Him. There is nothing more ridiculous than to allow your present situation to cause you to doubt the fulfilment of God’s Word or promises for your life.”

The service closed with the ministration of the New Anointing Water by evangelists and many more souls were liberated to freedom from sickness and affliction, in Jesus’ name!

 Last Sunday’s service came and passed but the declaration by the man of God, Prophet T.B. Joshua, to take the Gospel to South Africa’s doorstep will remain engraved in the minds of many people and remembered as the day when God let the gates of His anointing freely flow to the ‘unreachable places’ of Southern Africa. Addressing the congregation, slightly over a week after the September 12 incident, the man of God announced the need to commemorate the ‘martyrs of faith’ who passed on as a result of the incident.  Making the announcement to the thousands that gathered at The SCOAN and viewers worldwide, he said: “Those who are affected in one way or another and those who passed on to glory, their greatest desire is to see that the work of salvation they died and suffered for continues and for it to reach unreachable places. For that, what they are coming here for should be taken to meet them in their country. Once in a month, I will be travelling to South Africa to meet people from South Africa and other nations who find South Africa easier to visit, in memory of the martyrs of faith.”  The announcement was greeted with a din of applause from the 20,000 plus worshippers who gathered in the church auditorium and spilled to the canopies. Explaining the new development, the man of God said: “I cannot afford to offend the saints if I want to be a saint. I cannot afford to offend the martyrs if I want to be one. This kind of faith expressed by South Africans deserves this kind of blessing from God. It is a price I must pay. Satan is a liar.”  Prophet T.B. Joshua, however, said his ministration in South Africa would not be on Sundays so that people would have the opportunity to attend their respective churches.  He added: “The martyrs of faith had their various churches which they attended but came here for healing, deliverance and to increase their faith.”

A video was then shown of the first South African to visit The SCOAN. In the video, recorded in 1999 when the man – a pastor, set foot at The SCOAN, he said the Lord spoke to him to go around the world and look for an anointed man of God and receive from him. He went everywhere around the world and did not see a place where God was moving like The SCOAN. He prophetically emphasised that the grace God had given to the ministry should be allowed to go all around the world or great persecution would come that would force the ministry to go out into the world.

Commenting on the video and recent developments, Prophet T.B. Joshua said: “We have a role to play to protect the work of God; to protect God’s manifestation. It is like the church building here, God will not come and clean the church and the chairs. This is our role. We built this church. At this hour, you will know that what is happening here is from God. When the finger of God is passing through the shadow of death, you will know it is the finger of God. The manifestation of God is becoming too big and it needs to be cared for.”The man of God then proceeded to the prayer line where God manifested His power through healings and deliverances performed in the name of Jesus Christ.

Earlier, Wise Man Racine delivered to the congregation a faith-building and encouraging message titled: ‘Heavenward with Christ Jesus’ – a call for Christians to value salvation over other things. Quoting various scriptures, he said problems would always come but this should not divert people’s focus and belief in Christ Jesus, Who is the Way.  He said, “To get to Heaven, you must follow the way of the Cross. Jesus said that in this world we shall face problems but we should not be troubled because He has overcome. He promised to strengthen our spirit with His Spirit. To a true believer, death is his release from the imprisonment of this world and his departure to the enjoyment of another world. If you put your faith in Christ Jesus, death is not a period, it is only a comma. You need not fear where you are going when you know Jesus is going with you.”

The service closed with the ministration of The New Anointing Water and many more souls were set free from bondage of
disease, sickness and various afflictions.
